Pretty boring

The early episodes discuss a competing (and better) podcast called the Fraiserphiles Podcast. I thought I’d give that a chance but it’s no longer available in iTunes. Good thing I’ve adored Kevin Smith for decades and Matt Mira is pretty great in his own right. So I keep coming back.

Spoilers abound, don’t listen unless you’ve watched all of frasier

The show is very enjoyable when updated. It mostly isn’t updated.

I LOVE Frasier!!! I LOVE Kevin Smith!!! Really wish they would talk more about Frasier. However I do find Kevin & Matt's talks interesting & informative. I hope they post some new shows. Also hoping for more interviews with the Frasier cast.

Great tidbits of knowledge regarding the Frasier universe and hilarious observations and tangents. Ken and Peri episodes are fascinating!

I love this show. Wish we didn't have to wait months between episodes! Come on, guys! We need you now more than ever.

Occasionally this podcast has interesting inside asides and insight into writing sitcoms. Unfortunately, the hosts sort of place themselves between you and that content. Want to hear something genuinely interesting on the topic you clearly sought out- first you have to listen to us for 5 to 20 minutes. I tried to grade on a curve, as it's not a unique problem to podcasts but after an unfunny joke got called back so many goddamn times... I can't.

I already loved frasier, but now I'm into Batman, thanks dudes.

the secret ingredient for any successful podcast is bs and lots of tangents. I don't see how a Frasier commentary podcast could get better than this (besides regular releases ;)

Exactly what you want with Kev and Matt.

No lie, when I refreshed my podcasts in the morning before heading to work was DELIGHTED to see that the boys were back. Will need to do a bit of a rewind to come back to where the guys are with the episodes and season. One of my favorite podcasts with two very funny and natural conversationalists.

I hope this podcast comes back!

More scrambled eggs

One of the best podcast I've ever listen to who cares if they eventually get to Fraser it's about the journey and really it is a Fraser podcast built on a terminator podcast so my dreams have come true. Come with me if you want tosherry

Just started rewatching the series online so I decided to begin listening to this podcast to go along with it. With as much as Matt Mira talks about Frasier on other podcasts, he and Kevin Smith don't talk about it enough on a podcast that is supposed to be dediated to Frasier. They ramble on about so much other crap. One episode took them about 40 minutes to get to actually talking about the episode. I thought these guys would be great, but I was wrong.

I really love Frasier and actually watch it daily and it's what I fall asleep to. I find this very entertaining but do wish they talked a little more about Frasier.

While I do love Frasier, I would still listen to these guys if they never mentioned him. Matt & Kevin combine to form an encylopedic super hero of pop culture and rampant tomfoolery. This is my go-to podcast when I am feeling blue or I just want a good laugh with my new best friends. Please come back soon guys.

As a millennial who adores Fraiser, I was thankful to find a legitimate (contemporary) forum in which the depths of the show could be discussed. I was blindsided by how hilarious + fun Kev & Matt are. *nails guitar solo* Keep crushing, bros! This is our house!

I have been listening to the fist smodcast podcast and could listen to Kevin Smith all day. I didn't have any urge to watch Frasier until this podcast and now listen to this after ever two episodes.

Even though they don't talk much about the show, listening to them riff back and forth is hella funny even without weed or booze.

Probably should change the description from "every week" to "every few months" but it's still my favorite podcast when they actually put them out! Regarding the off topic complaints: come for the Frasier, stay for the Matt & Kevin (although I guess I prefer Fraiser-talk to video games too but I'll take what I can get).

Love this podcast! I have always been a fan of Fraiser and sitcoms in general. I have been watching these shows for at least the past 25 years and this podcast provides excellent new insights! I particularly enjoy hearing about the history of how the sitcom transformed to become an environment that gave the world a wonderful show like Fraiser. Listening to the background information on sitcom production, memorabilia, and backstage stories is a treat! This show is a must for anyone who is passionate about TV history, sitcom content, Fraiser, or Batman. Is it just about Fraiser? No, but in my opinion that is part of what keeps it fun. Both Kevin and Matt are fantastic hosts with an amazing array of knowledge! They are funny and keep the discussion lively. Download the show for love of Fraiser, but stay for the love of tossed salads and scrambled eggs. Just follow the conversation and you will have a good time!

As a fellow Massachusetts born, former Genius Bar employee, in my early 30s who loves James Bond movies, I'm a quick fan of what Matt does in general. In the 90s I loved clerks and Mallrats. Dogma made a huge impact on me as well so I'm always interested in what Mr. Smith has to say as well. I didn't watch this show while it aired but I'm really enjoying the ride along with these gents. (As I listen to this podcast durning my daily 3hr commute)... Keep up the good work friends. For fans of Terminator, Star Trek and fashion advice. OooooOooooOoohhh!

Love the show and the variety of content talked about keeps it interesting. Two of my favorite casters never disappoint

Great pod, though sometimes the digressions get a bit TOO digress-y. Otherwise, big fan of Matt Mira (James Bonding is one of my favorite pods of all time), all-in on Frasier, dig Kevin Smith’s toke n’ pod approach, down with mall massages, what’s not to like?

You don't need to care very much about Frasier to like this (I don't), but you probably do need to be fans of Smith & Mira. I am, so I enjoy their ridiculous tangents and don't mind that Frasier is secondary. And even though I don't specifically care about Frasier, when they do actually talk about it, I still find it interesting from a "inside TV" comedy nerd standpoint.

Love all of Matt's podcasts and he pairs well with Kevin. I enjoy it most when they DON'T talk about Frazier. Keep up the great work guys.
