    Not a Course
This is a guest lecture series focused on constitutional law issues. Unlike the Yale Open Courses series, this is not a course. It’s fine for what it is but still kind of lame (Ariana Huffington?… just why?). Btw, there would be a huge audience for intro to constitutional law/supreme court as an open course

    Extraordinary
This is thought provoking and a wonderful analysis in the interpretation and exercise of law.

    Too Slanted
Agenda of podcast is a bit too transparent, wanted to enjoy but couldn’t

    Typical perspective
Although I enjoy the deep thinking; as well as the virtue signaling, that’s what it is in many of the episodes don’t think for a second there is any kind of diversity of thought in any of these lectures. I didn’t hear one opposing opinion in a single lecture. What is terrifying is these people are teaching and lecturing many of the future rulers of America. Absolutely terrifying.

    Great Job, Yale
Since I'm taking a Constitutional Law elective, I thought downloading this would be worth my while. Not only was it fascinating, but it also helped me get an A on my essay on the first amendment.
