it’s rude to interrupt your cohost and your guests when they are speaking. one star removed for poor choice of co-host. otherwise it’s an interesting listen on the history of an impressive indomitable force that was ruth bader ginsburg. jeff illustrates in every episode just why we are grateful for trailblazers like rbg. may her memory be a blessing.

Opinions are our own

I don’t know much about Jeff or his background. He needs to go. He is very condescending. This is just my opinion kind of like RBG opinion of Trump is her own opinion that he spoke about by saying her “internal sensors are down.” If didn’t have such good information. I would stop listening because of him. I’m sure a good guy I don’t want to be mean just wish he would watch somethings he says, some sound very rude. Hey or maybe his internal sensors are down to say some of the things. See what I did there 😀

Love It All Except Jeff

So full of RBG’s amazing life and gives insight to the lives she has been able to touch. Loved the podcast and loved all of the info! Only complaint is Jeffrey Toobin interrupted EVERY single woman, and had to mansplain everything. He acted like he knew more than Poppy, who herself was very knowledgeable. Jeffrey is obviously well-learned on RBG, but he seemed very rude and disrespectful. Otherwise, loved everything else! Interviews were on-point! Wish Jeffrey didn’t ruin the podcast!!

Fluff piece propaganda on a woman who supports the murder of innocents

Head abortion advocate at the supreme court gets CNN to rub propaganda for her posterity. I take solace she will be, purposefully, remembered for " womens right to choose" the murder of her innocent child. Really shows her moral compasse is wild.

The subject matter of course is amazing. When of the best Supreme Court Justices we will ever have. Interviews were wonderful except J Tobin just kept interrupting and I felt he had a very sexist view of a lot of his comments but theirs to do it in a sleazy way. He also was always dropping names and trying to boost his status and peddles whatever he has going. His criticism of RBG comments about Trump were sexist and demeaning. I think he is certainly extremely jealous of her.

More discussion, less Toobin

This has been a fascinating and thought out out deep dive into RBG’s life and career, but I wish Jeffrey Toobin interrupted the women contributors less.

Could have been 5 stars...

This would be a 5 star podcast if Jeffery wasn’t interrupting all the time to boost his ego. He literally says, ‘can I brag for one minute?’ Why ask now?? The only other criticism is I wish it was told in chronological order instead of backwards. The easy way around that though was listening to them 6-1.

I love this podcast! It’s easy to follow, they get interesting people on the podcast and delve into interesting, relevant topics!

Great subject matter, interviews, and material. But Jeffrey and his constant mansplaining and interrupting almost killed this.

Jeffrey Toobin: Notorious Interrupter

Honestly, this is an amazing podcast about an amazingly fascinating woman. RBG has got to be in the top five of feminist figures in US history. Highly recommend listening. Jeffrey is the one fault of this pod. I wish he didn’t interrupt the female host and guests as much as he does. I understand he is an expert on RBG but his mansplaining is annoying.

Amazing

Any podcast that features a remarkable person like RBG is worth a listen. I knocked out one star because I found Jeffrey Toobin to be disrespectful of Ginsburg. Subject content is still 5/5.

Awesome!

Really love RBG and this podcast. One piece of constructive criticism: it’s really, really important to scrub ‘wet mouth noises’ from audio when possible. Really improves the quality and ‘listenability’ of the podcast. I found myself scrolling through some guests’ comments in order to avoid them.

Good, but...

I find the subject matter interesting, because RGB is a fascinating person but the irony of the only man in the podcast constantly interrupting and over-explaining issues to the women who had done the research or lived their own experiences isn’t lost on me.
