karma meansMust ListenWell Researched and prepared interviewer This has become one of my favorite listens and I’m not sure if they are pausing or have stopped production. The exercise piece is with a leading author and makes clear what we have to do to live longer healthier lives. Please listen and support

ASoberingSuch a wealth of knowledge! 🧠This is one of the most insightful podcasts that I have ever come across! Kara does such a great job of sharing her wisdom and I love how she leads meaningful conversations with guests who bring so much experience to the table. Highly recommend checking this show out - you won’t be disappointed!

innovation ToniMy favorite pod castI learn something new every week. My week isn’t complete without #innovationhub my local station programs it during an odd time, Saturday at 2 pm but I try to listen or listen via podcast. Thanks Kara

K_SchmidtA Must Listen Every WeekMy favorite podcast. Each episode is well researched and Kara is prepared with thought provoking questions that makes for entertaining dialog with her guests. I wish my local NPR station carried the show.

Meat=MurderCleaning Gone Too FarI loved your recent episode aired on February 26, 2021, with Robb Dunn. I had previously unsubscribed to this podcast, but never bothered to delete it, so continued to get updates. I’m glad my inaction helped turn me around to loving it again.

frissjanKara Miller does an Excellent JobKara Miller is a skilled interviewer and an excellent broadcaster. She could mentor so many young women who are now entering the podcast world, apparently without training and sound like “Valley Girls.” They’re reinforcing the false narrative that (we) women have no intellectual expertise, credibility, or professionalism . Kara Miller is a model for them. Thank You Kara!

9/19/50Keeping America #1.Mr. Yglesias and The interviewer need to watch David Attenborough’s latest documentary, “A Life On Our Planet” before recommending a US population explosion. Why we need to be #1 totally escapes me. #1 in what? Consumption of resources per person? There was absolutely nothing in this podcast that addressed anthropogenic climate change or the negative effects of population. Very disappointing. I expect more from people at this level of influence. Seriously reconsidering sharing this series.

Byrne it upVolume levelI like the content, but it’s too quiet. Hard to hear when outside jogging, even at full volume.

lindsdmLove it!Excellent topics for my psychology and sociology courses!

92192.It’s a great show and I’ve listened for a long time. The episode feed has always been annoying but I’ve made a habit of weeding through the segments and only downloading the full shows. Recently, in response to complaints about the feed, they decided to do away with the full show and keep only the segments. I’ve unsubscribed

TimLynchUSATimothyPatrickI look forward to the download every Friday morning The podcast is always interesting with many academics discussing interesting topics (it has led to many good book recommendations as well). Cara is a good listener who always asks incisive questions.

Bob808413Exceptional PodcastI am a major user of podcast. My focus is on News and Podcasts where I learn something. Innovation Hub is, without question, the single best podcasts I listen to. There is a tremendous diversity in their podcast ranging from healthcare, news and politics to business, history and food all presented through fascinating interviews with authors and experts. The show’s host, Kara, ask the questions the listener hopes will be asked. She is a Terry Gross (NPR Fresh Air) level of interviewer. Innovation Hub really is that exceptional.

SinovialInnovators HubOne of The most consistent quality podcasts available. Kara has a wide ranging imagination and interest and knows how to ask really interesting and intelligent questions. Her guests are always the best minds reflecting on both the past, present and the future. Her show has led to the purchase of several new books...👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

BellaBearBBFix it!I love listening to Kara Miller and Innovation Hub! What I don’t love is dealing with the episode segmentation. Can you have a “Full Show” subscription and a “Segment” subscription? I don’t want to listen to everything twice!

Ras.robFascinating, Relevant, InspiringTopics that inspire, point to the future and hit at the heart of the very best of humanity in creativity and innovation - full of insight and entertaining!

Death ScrodEngaging and InformativeI love everything about this show - the way it is cut up into segments but also offers the full episode, the topics they choose feel like peeks at so many possible futures. They do a great drive at doing a pretty deep dive into a lot of important areas. I love the host. She asks great questions and is very good at adding value when she speaks with her guests. The show is often very inspiring for people who want to do innovative work on a large or small scale.

CL WatersSometimes good, too many academic guestsI've listened to this show for several years and have an interest in innovation, behavior, and entrepreneurship. While Kara is an enthusiastic interviewer, the show has become too reliant on academics who are sharing their research. Many interviewees are dull and some of the topics are given more time than they deserve. if each interview had a standard time limit, perhaps the quality would improve. I never download the "Full Show" but listen to selected segments.
-
kumquatdynastyIntelligent and engagingThe show is entertaining and educational across a wide array of topics. I love to be kept up to date on research and current academic thought. Out of the dozens of podcasts I've tried this has the best interviewing.
-
Kfoxtrot9Like the show, hate the formatI frequently consider abandoning this podcast because the glut of duplicate content makes using the podcast app more difficult. I listen during my commute and skipping through individual segments on the road is something I'd rather not need to to when the full episodes already exist!

SumwareNJGive insite on current issuesI alway download Innovation Hub. I load them onto my AudioFlood. (waterproof shuffle from SwimOutlet) It makes me look forward to my hour of swimming laps. It delves into interesting topics that I try to remember so I can check the Innovation Hub web site and more to increase my knowledge of the subjects Kara present.

mr6424Fun and informative!Every segment feels like a revelation on Innovation Hub. Can't wait for each new episode!

bw097A good all-rounderI discovered this podcast about a year ago. Plenty of topics of interest to me and of others I had no idea about but nice to find out about. I prefer to listen to Full shows as opposed to the others because it saves me the effort of queuing them into a playlist, along with other podcasts. I’m not from the Boston area but it seems Kara Miller may be pretty known there. Questions she passes onto the guests are pretty in-depth and it seems she’s asking exactly what I would want to ask if I were there myself. So for that reason I like this podcast. However, there’re times when the guest starts explaining and gets interrupted by Kara and this can be irritating because I’m hanging there waiting and wanting to hear what that guest is trying to say but they get shunted. A recent example I recall is a Full show where the guest asks Kara if she’d seen the Mona Lisa... Kara may be ‘simpatica,’ and her questions are brilliant and better than sharp, I think she could afford to kick back and let the guest do their talk without slipping into a coffee shop mode just with friends. If it weren’t for these interruptions, I’d rate this a full 5.

yitmooreSo much great infoGreat info. The moderator does well to fight her left wing urges and provide a balanced outlook on the world.
-
junior chomskyMost underated podcastThe host gets top-notch guests. The topics are super thought-provoking. The format is friendly. The host (Kara Miller) is the best undiscovered talent.
-
VinylApproachThe FutureReally enlightening interviews and segments. WGBH is a powerhouse of great radio with A-tier staffers. I always tune in.

We must go deeperGreat jobThis is a really good program that talks about really interesting ideas. I don’t know of any other program like this. My biggest complaint is that they duplicate their smaller episodes with a big one, and then I find myself listening to the same thing again. I’d rather just have the small episodes because I don’t have a lot of time to listen, so I try to pick the most interesting casts.

Mlm123456Love itInnovation Hub is entertaining, relevant, and provocative. I love this show and listen every week. Kara keeps things light and fun but asks incisive questions. The production quality of the show is awesome. This is a gem!

Daily Commuter 123Amazing!I truly love this show. I am picky when it comes to my entertainment on my daily commute, but I can always count on Innovation Hub to help me start my day. Thank you to all of those who make this show happen!!!!!!!!!
-
HMaloyCurious and captivatingVery interesting range of topics. Innovation Hub takes a look at where we’re headed in the future by exploring new research, fashion trends, or how we teach kids science in the classroom. Kara asks great questions and can handle any subject with any guest. Also dig the music choices! Great new find.
-
CluethemovieNew IdeasThis is a show that always gives me new ideas, and has people that I don’t normally hear elsewhere. I really liked the recent segments about how tech is changing how doctors practice medicine, and I liked the one about how celebrity was invented in the 1800s.
-
morphy232So informativeEvery guest has a totally different perspective, and Kara’s a great host.
-
NEO CommuterGreat podcast; annoying feedI really like the podcast. Topics are far ranging and generally fascinating. The feed, however, is beyond annoying. Every week they send out a complete version of the show with all of the constituent topics, then they send the constituent topics separately, except that there is generally at least one on the separate send that is not in the aggregated version. This means that every week you will either listen to much of it twice, or you get to play a guessing game about which to delete. That is the only reason they did not get a 5.

mmnp7Fun & InterestingIn addition to interesting interviews with unique guests, the show also is also interspersed with fun little features -- history stories, reporter stories, etc.

The bert of ArenasInformative and interestingThis show really keeps up with the times and serves up interesting stories and interviews that teach me something daily. Keep it up!
-
clifsterGreat Show Crippled by Unreliable WebhostGreat show with innovative speakers and timely topics. Episode list a little confusing, since many episodes are merely segments of longer shows within the same feed. Most problematic though is that the podcasts intermittently go offline, the website for the show (hosted off WGBH blogs website) is non responsive, making great content frustrating to access/share.
-
SurreptionKara is great!Kara and her team manage to get some of the best guests out there, a brilliant mix of business and technology. I really look forward to hearing the show each week and hope she'll continue her in depth interviews with some of the world's visionaries.
