Halley's CometDestroyed His Own ReputationI have never seen anyone destroy their own reputation like Steve did on the Jun 6. How many times has Steve warned about apps collecting data or some other problem (ep. 886, 894, 905 are just a few). But Steve goes off the political 'DEEP END' to use his phrase with the proposed legislation that would have apps label country of origin. Considering the following story after he mocked this legislation where cameras were being using because of faulty app/software it shows how his politics override his cognitive ability. After 5 years of listening I have now unsubscribed becaue I don't want politics.

SouthFreshHard to trust when selling Kape Tech VPNSecurity Now should know better than to promote a VPN service from known malicious actors.

PenguinFredThe best security podcast out there!Steve and Leo have been doing this weekly podcast for many years, and it continues to be a must-listen podcast for anyone interested in protecting their computer(s) and their company. RobMilleGreat showIDK what the moaners are moaning about. Steve is informative and entertaining. Leo sometimes grates, but other times shines. Show is terrific and a hoot each

Scott👨💻Too long, not interactiveSteve does 90% of the talking on this show. He might as well do it independently. Not sure why Leo is still co-hosting it after all these years when he barely gets to provide any input. Steve needs to make it more interactive and open rather than shoving security scares down everyone's throat.

dmm482Great Info Boring presentationThe information on this podcast is fantastic. Unfortunately the presenter is not good at public speaking. For one he talks down to his audience and he strings his sentences out as if this was a Kevin Costner film. I would love to see Steve G write the outline for the show and have another excellent cyber security professional who is better with public speaking present the podcast.

[REDACTED] USERGreat info butBoring...

RalphPAThe Only Twit Show Worth Listening ToA lovely and informative show and the only Twit show where Leo respects his guest...because he realizes Steve's value. No politics...just the facts. My only minor complaints are the sci-fi spoilers...ANY information beyond I "recommend it" is a spoiler to me.

AmyashiiFavorite Netcast - Security NowI have watched Security Now and the TWiT network for many years. This is by far my favorite and most educational journey of a netcast I’ve ever watched. Steve is the reason I am so interested in security and he continues to impress. By far an educational-worthy material that any instructor would be proud to place in their security classes agenda. I also just love watching for fun. I believe this is the second best netcast for TWiT, with around 100,000 dedicated listeners/watchers. Well deserved, and thank you Steve and Leo.

a_v_callListening for yearsIt’s hard to find shows that take a critical look at security news and do so in a polished format, thanks TWiT! I’ve been a listener since almost the beginning and have only two criticisms. I don’t like all the off-topic banter. I know Steve thinks people appreciate it and I’m sure some do. I’m not one of them. I am also sometimes concerned about Steve’s willingness to assert presumptive facts. While he’s often right, he’s not 100% and it reminds me to think critically about any explanation I hear. Overall, I keep coming back because it’s a fine product and frankly, I owe my career success to Steve sparking an interest in the topic.
