Julian is slightly better than the previous host (can’t recall his name) but in many shows, Julian sounds like he would rather be doing anything other than recording the Panthers podcast. He openly despises talking about draft and preseason games with no starters playing. He talks very fast and even sounds unprepared. His football knowledge is also lacking. I listen to Locked on Bills with John Marino as well and the contrast between the two shows is remarkable. I wish there was a good Panthers podcast out there. This is still not it.

Julian does an amazing job. He gets honest and critical feedback. He has some good guest. He has an excellent voice to listen to. If you wanna podcast that is gonna lie, don’t listen to this because he tells the truth and is realistic about Panther’s expectations. I listen daily. I jump on the live stream when he host him really loving the lockedon network.

I’ve been a Carolina Panthers fan since 1995 and have been listening to Panthers radio, media and podcasts the whole time. This is currently my favorite source for daily Panthers info and updates. I even listen during the offseason. Julian does a great job with the Locked On Panthers podcast. Even during a 2-15 season, the podcast was informative, entertaining and insightful. Highly recommended for Panther fans. Keep Pounding.

Have been listening for just over 2 years now, really appreciate Julian’s commentary. Comes off as down to earth and insightful. With the current state of affairs, I find myself enjoying the podcast more than games lately (I’m sure I’m not the only one 😅). On a critical note, I think maybe Locked On hosts should have the option to shorten their shows a few times a week if there isn't much to report on.

Julian tells it like it is. This Carolina team is the WORST NFL team playing this year, and may not win another game. They are deficient at every position and their coaches are sub-standard and probably unemployable at other teams. Blow this team up and just start over. Disgusting.

Although I don’t always agree with Julian, I do appreciate his perspectives and am always interested in what he and his guests have to say. You can tell he does his homework and is a Panther fan himself. He also does a great job coming up with worthwhile content during those slow times of the season. Really like this podcast - give it a listen and I’m sure you will too!

KEEP POUNDING PANTHERS!!!!!

I live in East TN so don’t regularly get much Panthers news here outside of Twitter. I listen sometimes but I feel like the host keeps me from listening more. Comes off as obnoxious and self centered a bit too much for my personal taste.

Boring. Tried it for two weeks and haven’t heard any new no content. I give up. The reason this is a daily podcast must be so Julian can hear himself talk. I can’t stand listening to him say the SAME THING about the QB situation EVERY DAY. Give it a rest. Here’s an idea…put out an episode when there’s actually something to talk about! Sometimes less is more. Buh-bye.

Solid podcast, just think requesting “5 star reviews only” is cringe. Also not a fan of the host bringing his views up about things ie the vaccine. Otherwise great podcast one of my favorites.

As a Colorado Native I love the panthers coverage that I would never find here but it’s annoying when Julian constantly says address in charlotte as if we are all supposed to know where those places are.

It’s great to finally listen to this podcast, hosted by someone with enthusiasm and insightful commentary! The previous host was putting me to sleep. I will be “locked on”here this season.

Julian has the potential to be a great host, but he just harps and harps over the same things every chance he gets. Yes, we are all worried that the Sam Darnold trade will end up being a failure in the long run, but why do we have to spend 10 minutes of every pod talking about how bad he was in New York? I’d much rather listen to a Panthers pod that puts an optimistic spin on it by highlighting his upgrade in physical tools over Bridgwater or how the trade could end up being a steal IF it does work out long term. I along with most fans, would enjoy listening to a pod that makes me excited for the upcoming season instead of making me think it’s doomed before it starts. I know we have to touch on the negative sides of things going on, but let’s touch on them and then move on. We’re a rebuilding franchise, so ditch the overall negative tone every week and start finding things that fans should be excited about. Rant over lol

Was hard to get into even as a die hard Panthers fan. Was so glad to see and hear Julian was the new host. Loved him on WFNZ, now hosting this Panthers pod for the Lockedon series is great!

Had to unsubscribe last summer because listing to Bill was like listing to paint dry. Decided to check back in the week before the draft to see if he was still the host and was thrilled when I saw he wasn’t. Keep up the good work, Julian.

Julian does a great job with this podcast. Very in tune with the pulse of the fans. Fresh content everyday on what’s happening that day with the Panthers.

This guy has nothing to say and compounds the problem by repeating himself over and over within the pod and from pod to pod. I gave him two weeks to prove me wrong. Never again.

I really do like Julian. I don’t necessarily agree with all of his view points but the ability to have some one who is plugged in to the team I have followed since the first day they were announced as the next NFL Franchise. There are days when I love to hate him. That aside great content so far and I am looking forward to getting you something soon for your Friday Mailbag. Congrats on the new gig, look forward to listening to you daily!

I’ve been waiting for this! We needed a consistent host that knows how to guide the conversation and discuss things that panthers fans care about. Please continue to post content often. If you post consistently and give fans a chance to get to know the host, more people will listen... in the past I haven’t listened because I never knew when content would be posted. It was too inconsistent. The discussion also seemed to jump around a lot in the past... I think Julian is going to be great!! Great addition! Please continue to post podcasts throughout the offseason- and more fans will begin to support... great content. 5 stars.
