Amazing how KSR has overhyped this team. The best player on this team was ranked 118th in the country. This team is stiff and not athletic, will not be able to guard SEC caliber players, unable to create a open shot, and the best 2 shooters are inexperienced freshmen who won’t see the floor past Jan 1st. This team plays around 8 schools that are win stuffers and home games that are meaningless. Pope needs to grow up and become a adult head coach instead of dressing like a cheerleader. It’s evident there is a recruiting challenge for Pope, lack of commits suggest lack of respect, lack of belief, lack of trust of his ability of preparing players for NBA. This is going to end very badly as these players around mid February with 10 losses realize their NBA dreams are non realistic.

This was a podcast I looked forward to. Now all they do is talk negatively about Calipari and the direction of the program. It’s not fun anymore. Jack Pilgrim telling fans to grow up and is the last straw. He’s arrogant and I’m unfollowing on here and YouTube.

One of the better podcast for UK basketball, Jack and Shawn always goe in-depth when it comes to the many topics the cover. The length of the podcast is perfect, not too short or too long. I always come away feeling like I have more info than I did before I listened! Keep up the great work!

Come on, tell Jones to pony-up for a decent mic! Jack always sounds like he’s on the toilet, Smith sounds good. Great podcast, keep it up!

The show itself is solid and well-executed. Having said that, the audio quality and incessant technical issues/echoes/drop-outs are inexcusable and never get cleaned up. Production quality is a separating factor for real shows, so start taking it seriously.

It hurts my ears so much. What is that god awful music? Couldn’t find anything better than that?

I have never heard so much gloom, despair and agony since her haw. If he quit now he never would have been what we needed. Let the young man go home and just wait. You said Davion was the best thing since sliced bread last year, if he comes back you should not care.

Love the show - Jack and Shawn do a great job analyzing both the games and the recruiting. Really enjoyed the episode when Big Blue Drew joined too.

Jack & Shawn have the number 1 podcast for a reason. These guys make a great team & are good to listen to. 5 stars isn’t the best I can rate this podcast. I tip my hat to Jack & Shawn for being able to put out great content each & every week.

A great, to the point, podcast that is focused on the kind of content that the UK fan really wants. We’re not inundated with stories and examples meant to subtly show how great a guy Jack is. This is a podcast about UK basketball - not a showcase for the host. Truly a breath of fresh air.

The best decision Jack made was adding Shawn as a consistent host. I enjoy his knowledge of the game and the energy he adds each episode. I’m a Sources Day listener since the first episode and the show has improved significantly with Shawn and Jack together. The chemistry is there every episode. Keep up the great work!

These guys are great at their jobs and are hard workers and very informative. They both can be a little long winded and go 5-6 minutes without taking a breath so listening at 1.5x or 2x helps

Love the Podcast. Recruiting is frustrating but fun to listen to. Can you guys explain the contradiction of Cal that he plays NBA ready style basketball but doesn’t let his bigs play that way offensively? He wants to play dribble drive but wants an old school style big man. I don’t get it. He also wants shooters but recruits slashers and streaky shooters.

As a UK basketball fan this is fun talk and that is where it stop, for now. The Stockrisers kid is basically chewing on the microphone, I understand he’s going through puberty but please move the mic away another 3 inches. Some professional polish in his commentary would be appreciated too. I do enjoy that Jack includes his sources names, something good to be said about that since in this business most peoples sources are just their own train of thought. As a former media member I really do appreciate that transparency.
