A lot of nice information to outperform the market

I’ve been listening to The Insiders Edge to real estate Investing podcast for about 6 months now. As a new broker in the industry, investing in my own commercial real estate deals was always one of the big factors that drew me into the brokerage business. I’ve loved being able to listen to the different strategies of investors from large to smaller scale and how they have made their bones within their own markets. My day to day job entails speaking with buyers so that I can understand the specific trends occurring within my market however this podcast has given me another edge to understand what exactly is going on behind the scene from an investor standpoint that I can’t say I’ve personally experienced yet. I think this podcast is a must listen for any broker 0-3 years in the industry especially if they aspire to one day own commercial real estate themselves.

This is my go to show for learning about real estate. Every interview he does is very genuine and insightful and it really feels like I am included in the conversation. Definitely recommend!
