Gigi_gigi_gigiListen you won’t regretI have been a first day listener but I finally am here to give a rating because I now know how to perfectly describe this podcast… this podcast is like if broad city made a murder podcast
-
Admiral LisaferFun yet respectful, I live for minisodesThis is the only true crime podcast I enjoy besides Criminal. It’s great for folks who find true crime compelling but also like podcasts that aren’t dry or stiff. The minisodes are like manna from heaven.
-
LKRyan118Karen and Georgia are the best!!I adore this pod because the hosts are so engaging and authentic.

PrincessPatriciaDay 1 ListenerOK, OK, I wasn’t really there on Day 1 but when I discovered MFM I did go back to Day 1 and start rom the beginning. I listened to MFM exclusively until I was current. Having Karen and Georgia in my ears every couple of days is like having Bonus Besties. I appreciate their format, their willingness to talk about tough social subjects and the donations they make.

audrey e. w.The OriginalI’ve been listening since a long, cross-country NP roadtrip, and now all of those park memories are tied in my mind to stories of horrific murders. Worth it! I love Karen’s wit and humor. This is the podcast that started it all.

kivajoyLove this show!I absolutely love this podcast and feel like I’m cozying up with a hot cup of tea to spend time with friends.

Fandom Feedback01.23.25Huge fan of the show and have listened to all of the podcasts. Today’s podcast was just unbearable - super unbearable that 1/4 of the way I had to fast forward to the end because I could not handle the guests conversation. Karen and Georgia have the best handle on vocabulary in all of the podcasts they put together (except for Hispanic names😝). Just my feedback.

Beingreal22Used to like itGot too political. Let’s stop hating on men so much too. It’s a true crime podcast, not a leftist political podcast. It doesn’t feel real either, so much reading off the page that a researcher did for you.
-
clmollanLove!!!!💕💕💕I have been listening for SO long and it’s still my favorite! Their humor, candor and sensitivity make listening to this podcast like chatting with friends. I sincerely don’t know what I’d do if I didn’t have Karen and Georgia to keep me company when I’m running around. Thanks, ladies!!💕💕💕You are the absolute best!

-
alyc00perStay Sexy & Rate/Review/SubscribeMy favorite podcast since 2016. I love this show!! Karen & Georgia (& all of the Exactly Right team) do such a great job each episode and I’m so grateful to have this podcast. SSDGM!

heymamaheckAcknowledge my trauma monetarilyGosh I love yall so much. I’ve been listening for years and I’m so sorry it’s taken me this long to express my love. You just said “ acknowledge my trauma monetarily” and I knew it was just time to tell you thank you. You are both doing exactly what you’re supposed to be doing. So much love 🤍🤍

pen name 2FunnyI think it’s hilarious that a lot of the one-star reviews are people posing as left-leaning fans sick of the “politics,” but using terms like “virtue signaling” and “woke” in a pejorative way. I think this podcast is great, even when I don’t agree with everything they say.
-
RmoonnYou’ve done it againLove pig Plunkett story!
-
dicko5141THE BESTLove this podcast soooo much!! Day one listener here. It’s awesome to re listen to some one the first ones to see how much we’ve all grown. Love y’all keep up the good work!

Maman d’HenriWhat is going on?Ok ladies, where is the banter? I listen every week to your podcast and I enjoy your banter as much as the true crime stories. Please bring the chitchat back! Hope you are ok during the LA fires.
-
SooperLuMy Favorite PodcastBeen listening to this podcast for years. I appreciate Karen and Georgia perspective on everything. Murder included. Mostly appreciate their support of normalizing the importance of mental health. Highly recommend!!
-
MadiR97my guilty pleasure, like cake after the gym. forever and alwaystwo hosts who have time and time again renewed my faith in the true crime genre. their growth and humility reminds me that constant learning is essential to the human experience. Georgia and Karen are as relatable today as i found them in 2016, much less crass now than 9 years ago, and still just as funny. listening to mfm is like overhearing my older sister and her friends sharing stories and gossiping in the kitchen. forever my favorite podcast.
-
RocketRose24I thought I already did this?I love love love these guys! This was one of the first podcasts I ever got into and I am ashamed that it seems I have not rated until now… I kept hearing the request to rate, review, subscribe… and I was like. Suckers. I did that YEARS ago. Anyway, this podcast is perfect for anyone that laughs when they’re nervous, overthinks every situation, and loves to learn about true crime (and crime adjacent) topics.
-
AshnaheaMy Favorite PodcastKaren and Georgia are so entertaining and funny. They are my go to podcast listen and first show I recommend to others looking for a new podcast.
-
Aim V. BOne of my favesI love this podcast. I found their book first, read it, loved it so much I decided I needed to listen to the podcast. I binged all the episodes in the last 5/6 months.
-
justamom0987654321Is this Capitalism’s fault?I have loved this show for years, but this latest episode feels, for the first time, like it’s not my friends. Turns out the banter at the top, which created a sense of community, was more important to me than the actual story. I know ERM is no more, but it is evident that business over community is pulling the reigns. Boo-urns!
-
A.O!!!!Nothing Compares….Two you.
-
Dovie11Love the RewindsI’ve been listening since late 2017 and I’ve done the whole podcast several times. Just wanted to let you know how much I’m loving the Rewind episodes. The commentary about where you both were at the time and the case updates are so great. Thanks for adding another podcast! ☺️ Also, truly an under-rated Georgia line, “What are Parrotfish?! They sound like dicks!!”
-
RayKay291Still A Fan, But Missing True Crime OriginsI’ve been a devoted listener since 2018 and have always loved this podcast. It’s “My Favorite Podcast.” In recent years, since Covid, the political discussions feel a bit off from what made the show great. There’s a wide range of listeners, and I think sticking to the amazing true crime + comedy stories is what works best. I’ve noticed the show is trying to get back to that, and I really appreciate it. Stay sexy and don’t get too political, PLEASE (Steeeven ➡️ now Alejandra “Help!”🙏)

dweezleheadShoulders back and Sally forthPlease let us know how the MFM and Exactly Right family is doing with the fire situation- thoughts with you - if you can’t sleep in the middle of the night the glorious Hoof GP on UTube is the best therapy around - gorgeous soul from southwest Scotland who- yup - trims cow hooves - try it!
-
KelsSkirchMy comfort show 🤍Even though this is a true crime podcast- it is so comforting to have two compassionate and funny hosts who are committed to being on the right side of history! I love you guys and the show!
-
LightamyMy number one favorite podcast of all timeI was a day one listener back in 2016 they felt like my own best friends I laughed cried was terrified, encouraged and inspired by these women, So many memories, but one thing that isn’t pointed out very often is their ability to make mistakes as women and boldly step forward anyway. That has giving me such courage, that’s given all of us such courage! Thank you for making mistakes for being foolish and silly and boldly continuing on not taking on shame. This is the best podcast there is you should all be listening to it,

Lyndsay’s reviewsThank you Karen and GeorgiaI am a day one listener and I don’t know why it took me so long to make a review on this show. When I look at life from 2016 to now, I can’t really think of very many people that have been with me the whole time. It wasn’t until recently I realized Karen and Georgia are some of the few people who have been with me the past nearly 9 years. I won’t bore you with my life story but here are just a few times (it’s more than a few, sorry) Karen and Georgia have been in my ear during The long bike rides down Cahuenga blvd to my acting school The long drives from LA to valejo and back to visit my boyfriend at school The drive from LA to San Diego to move in with my boyfriend who broke up with me the night we were supposed to move in The long runs on the beach to get my revenge body The long sits on the couch after I gave up on getting my revenge body An insane hit and run where I became the victim of my own true crime story and survived (tell ya about it later) Life guard shifts (I realized that maybe wasn’t the best idea) Serving shifts (again, not the best idea but people are intolerable) Walks/ car rides to class when I decided to go to college Those same college classes where my professors were probably saying really important things Homework sessions at various coffee shops where I never actually did any homework Literally when I got pulled over for my DUI (I wasn’t drunk but I wasn’t sober either) The long drive from San Diego to Phoenix when I transferred to a university The long drives (yes multiple) from Phoenix to San Diego to finish my DUI classes on the weekends When Covid got very real very fast and I had to drive from phoenix to home in Kansas City in a matter of hours Zoom classes The flight to and from phoenix to walk the stage after graduating from college On my way to my first date with my future husband Literally while I was taking a pregnancy test 3 months into dating said future husband On my way to all of my OB appointment the very long nights of being up and breastfeeding, desperately trying to stay awake And now exclusively listening to the podcast via earbuds because my toddler started picking up some words from the show I was 19 when my favorite murder came out and now I’m 27 and although much of that time seemed very very lonely, I had Karen and Georgia with me the whole time It’s not just a podcast, it’s a friendship The friends I never knew I had Thank you for keeping me sane during all the insane times Stay sexy and seriously, listen to my favorite murder
-
beeceefishMakes me laugh every timeI love this podcast. I’ve been listening for many years and these two ladies get me to and from work. It’s kind of like hanging out with two best friends and just shooting the breeze. It’s not just about murder. It’s really about the human condition. And how some people really don’t know how to self regulate and do bad things. Karen and Georgia are super funny and make my commute actually pleasant. Thanks to MFM, I have learned so much about so many random topics can I make small talk at any social gathering.
-
Elwoods66The bestJust literally the best nothing else compares
-
jodinvMurder + comedy = goldI’ve been listening since 2016 and absolutely love the levity added to these really heavy stories. I’m also here for the “take us as we are” vibe!!!
-
Leff1980I hope everyone is OK with those fires out thereSending my love and thoughts to the good people California.
-
Lot68Love the humorI have learned a lot listening to this podcast. And I love that there’s humor! It can be a very serious topic, of course but humor helps and still gets the point across.
-
HeyJolesAlways a great listenThe rewind episodes are so fun! I’ve been a listener for years and it’s nice to go back and reminisce with the Murder Mavens.
-
allwwjendndndbrndjddndnThe bestBest podcast that ever existed.
-
E-FranLovelyHowdy from Michigan. Georgia and Karen had me from day one because of their ability to find humor in sadness. That’s how I deal with most everything in my life! Progressive. Funny. Informative. Real.
-
vietnamazingggComforting and entertainingI love Karen and Georgia and truly enjoy being a part of the community. SSDGM!
-
ChitownCharsMy favorite podcastDay 1 listener. After over 8 years and listening to hundreds of podcasts, this one continues to be my favorite. I laugh, I cry, I learn, I don’t feel alone. These two are gems, both absolutely hilarious and incredibly thoughtful. Plus, their honest ability to grow and own up to mistakes is so rare and merits all my respect. They’re the big sisters I always wished I had. Thank you, Karen and Georgia!
-
Kellyjo1993Live! Laugh! Love!I have been listening to this show nearly since the beginning, and I love it. Thanks for joining me on walks and hikes, easing me into my bedtime routine, and for teaching me that I don’t need to be polite to strangers when they ask personal questions. Plus, I even lock my doors now!
-
mrsamberduncanWould you like a cookie and phenomenal content? Search no moreI have been listening to MFM for over eight years and it is my favorite podcast. Karen and Georgia keep me laughing, keep me thinking about the victims and their stories. I am thankful for their thoughtfulness around the importance of mental health. Stay sexy, listen to MFM and don’t get murdered.
-
Alexandria YMy Reason for Getting Up in the MorningOkay yeah, the title was a little dramatic but I can’t say enough nice things about Karen and Georgia. This podcast is phenomenal; my mom always asks for it when we go on roadtrips and my only sports talk radio fiancé says “yeah that’s fine” so a glowing review! The way they tell stories and advocate for the victims melts my heart. I love true crime but they show no mercy for the perps. Did you know they frequently donate funds usually 10k to organizations that advocate for the less fortunate or when there are natural disasters. They are incredible humans that have an intriguing, researched, and down to earth style of podcasting. They also own up to their mistakes when made and that’s the kind of people I want to associate myself or at least my earbuds with. Finally, their format is the best. Monday: Minisode Wednesday: throwback with corrections/updates (obsessed with this new add) and long form on Thursdays to really get into the story! Give it a listen, you won’t be disappointed. I’ve been listening since 2016! Can’t stop won’t stop SSDGM

AnnieKatherineObsessedBeen obsessed since the beginning and still obsessed. We want more more more MFM! Hilarious, murder mystery, nurture. An unlikely yet perfect combination.

BaileyB123333Love itI love mfm, I think I’ve listened to this entire podcast like 5x by now. I just find it comforting, weird I know. They’re so real and funny, and I appreciate how they are always growing and learning too.
