    4 minute leadership podcast
It is 3.5 minutes of commercials and 3-4 minutes (sometimes 5) of speaking on leadership. It is unfortunate that the commercials dominate as there is some good advice.

    Very informative
I’ve been listening to 7 Minute Leadership for a while now, and it’s become one of my go-to resources for leadership advice. The short format makes it easy to fit into my day, but don’t let the length fool you—each episode is packed with practical insights that actually make a difference. The host does a great job of breaking down leadership concepts into real, actionable steps without overcomplicating things. I’ve picked up a lot of strategies that have helped me communicate better, make decisions with more confidence, and keep my team motivated. If you’re looking for something straightforward, no fluff, and genuinely useful, this podcast is worth a listen.

Lol of the 7 minutes, 3.5 of them are actually him giving advice. The rest is all commercially. This podcast is bunk.
