The Marvel run of the Transformers comic books series gets the LBC treatment, with honest takes on the classic series from longtime fans and relative newbies alike. The enthusiasm is strong, even during issues that may be “less loved” than others, and the conversations are always fun and as refreshing as pure energon :)

Love if Transformers, G. I. Joe, New Warriors and more. These guys talk about any and everything remotely related to the topic at hand and I love it. Plenty of ear worms and ridiculous running jokes from a group of friends with a noble purpose of reading comics.

Sorry I did not leave feedback sooner. Love these shows. I especially enjoy the Action film face off, transformers, and G. I. Joe chronicles shows. They always get their shows out in a timely manner and are all a great group of guys. Their content is always positive and entertaining. I really enjoyed meeting all of them at a recent convention and they went out of their way to take pictures and answer questions I had about the shows. Movie Muckabout - Great podcast, really enjoyable, lots of fun. What a cool idea to find people and show them a modern classic that they never got around to seeing.

Just started getting into comics. Love this

Enjoying this more & more—esp eps regarding content I have some background knowledge of i.e. Transformers, X-Men, & Spider-Man.

I never had the opportunity to get into comic books growing up. I started listening a few days ago after I got a recommendation from the dark web (Delvin). I enjoy the episodes as i learn about the history of said comic and also learn neat little fun facts. You gentlemen not only enjoy comics and discussing them but you also help bring people to comic books who otherwise would not know where to start. I don’t watch much tv anymore so any chance I get I find myself listening to the podcast. Keep up the good work, and continue schooling me on the huge world of comics.

I cannot express how much I love this network of shows! Pat, Delvin, Jason, and Jarrod are freaking hilarious and bring hours of joy to your earholes each week. Listening to them talk about topics ranging from Spider-Man to Flash Gordon (put on some pants, man!) is like sitting around with your old drinking buddies. Absolutely brilliant! From The Longbox Crusade, to Saturday Matinee Theatre, and MI6 Rookie Agents OHMSP, these guys check all the boxes for your pop culture geekdom. The production is top notch as is the content. But the best thing of all is four friends sitting around talking and having a laugh about the stuff they love - it's the kind of friendships we all wish we had. Highly recommended!

I love to hear the fun being had on this show, the guys are all really knowledgable but it really gets good when they get silly!

I never thought I'd find a podcast where approximately four hosts review Batman comic books and vintage Saturday matinee TV specials, while lovingly belittling each other, breaking into Sean Connory impressions, cracked-out Mary Jane impressions, singing '90s R&B slow jams and the theme to "Reading Rainbow", engaging with their audience through listener feedback segments, and dedicating anywhere from ten to twenty percent of each episode to outtakes that truly no one should ever listen to. And I still haven't found it, because the LONGBOX CRUSADE doesn't cover Batman comics, but everything else I said is pretty spot-on. So if that's your jam, you should definitely subscribe to this podcast.

The Crusaders (Pat, Jared, Jason, and Delvin) make a very entertaining series of shows. Whether it's the main show, Crusader Chronicles, or Saturday Matinee Theater, there's always a good time to be had. I give it five candy cane pipes! (That is the rating system, right?)

The lads are really cranking out good product and with the occasional guest host coming in, the one thing I can always say is this show is fresh and original!

Very entertaining podcast. I have a deep love of comic books & listening to this group makes me feel like I’m sitting around discussing comics with friends. Just found this podcast. It is funny and entertaining ride through there quest to “Read them All”. Check it, you will not be disappointed.

Listening to this podcast is like hanging out. The back in forth is great. Sometimes it feels a little like Mystery Science Theater 3k which was hilarious They share their opinions but back it up with supporting examples. Also they arent afraid to like something rather than share only negative. I've always trusted Delvin's opnion when it comes to comics. Looking forward to commuting with these guys

The Longbox Crusade is a nostalgia filled podcast as Pat goes on a crusade to read every comic in his longbox collection. Pat is frequently joined by cohost Jarrod as the two discuss any genre topic including movies, games, and TV before turning their attention to a specific comic for an in depth review and discussion. The show is always fun and it’s great hearing the two reminisce about all things geek. Give it a try. You will enjoy it.

Pat does such a good job with the show - I often say he's like an NPR voice with a great sense of humor that you really need to listen to catch - he's a crack up! I love that the show is very PG - my 10yo son & I listen on the drive to school & work in the mornings. Give it a listen!

I love the idea of this show, the idea of one dude reading and discussing all his comics, chronologically. And so far, a few episodes in, it's been a blast to listen to. Here's to many more fun episodes!
