I’m as obsessed with this podcast as I was with Melrose Place. Dan and Jenny are hilariously witty as they break down the happenings of MP. They have nuanced observations and spot-on impressions (Billy Campbell) that have me belly laughing. I’m a fan and I sincerely hope they do a version of this podcast with the Tv show Lost.

I’m currently watching MP for the first time and loving it! I love watching the episodes at night, then listening to the corresponding podcast episode in the morning!!

I recently discovered this podcast and am IN LOVE. I rewatch Melrose on repeat a lot. The detail in their descriptions is on point. Not to mention Dan and or Jenny say something every single podcast that just has me rolling. They are a great team together! I also hate the Billy character!! 😂 always have! I am excited there are so many and I’ve only just begun!

Not only was it the pandemic in 2020 but I was also dealing with a life-threatening car accident. Long story short this podcast made driving possible again for me. as my anxiety and stress went away the moment I turned it on. Dan and Jenny make me laugh so hard my stomach hurts. please please listen, whether you have seen the show or not. or watch along with the show. Love this podcast! I recently found Melrose Place on Paramount and started watching. I used to watch with my babysitter back in the day (inappropriate but it was the 90s!) Listening to Dan and Jenny has been the icing on the cake. Love their commentary makes me lol every time!

When I was about 10 years old, Melrose Place came out right after 90210. My mom wouldn’t let me watch Melrose Place because she said it was SLUTTY. Little did she know, I would secretly watch it very quietly in my room on the old black and white TV. Thank you for making this podcast. I am about 3 episodes away from being caught up. I have binged your podcast while going through a horrible breakup. It has kept me less lonely and sad. I love Dannys impersonations, you guys really have made me laugh during such a dark time. I found this podcast over the summer when I was getting ready to send my only child to college. I found the combination of rewatching the show and then listening to the podcasts a great motivator and a great way to fill the silence of my house. I have relistened multiple times since then. The banter is fantastic and pure “relationship goals”. The online community is great- we did a zoom watch of Christmas episodes with special cameos by Dan & Jenny. The online polls and group commentary take me back to the simpler days of life when I watched the show when it was originally on. I can’t say enough about this podcast, other than I honestly don’t think I would have gotten through this difficult year without them.

This is not only my favorite episode rewatch podcast, it’s my favorite all-time podcast. Husband and wife Dan and Jenny have great chemistry and are hysterical. They strike the perfect balance of making fun of the show while still being super fans of it themselves. If you’re a fan of the show, do yourself a favor and start listening from the beginning.

I remember watching Melrose when it originally aired in the 90's and I watched it again a few years ago. This podcast brings back so many great memories from back then watching it on Monday nights. This is my absolute favorite podcast! Dan and Jenny are frickin hilarious! This summer I rewatched all of Melrose Place and had no one to talk to about it. Then I found this podcast. I have finally caught up, but I can’t thank them enough for the many hours I spent listening to them while I cleaned my house, graded papers, and cooked dinner! I’m a 4th grade teacher with two boys at home. I spend everyday discussing Pokémon, YouTubers, video games, and everything else kids are into. So this podcast is “me time” and I love it! If you are looking for something fun, that will have you laugh out loud, listen to these two. Keep up the great work Dan and Jenny! (And, btw, parenthood is hard, so we get it. I, for one, am fine with you taking your time taping these podcasts because I don’t want them to end too soon! There’s only so many Melrose episodes left!) Love you guys!

I just watched Melrose Place in-full for the first time and this podcast is exactly what I needed. Jenny and Dan lovingly scrutinize every scene and character with appreciation, disbelief, and humor. Their discussions and observations are on point and are exactly what I would talk about myself if only I had friends who were also watching this essential 90s series. I love it when they crack each other up (especially when it’s with their impressions of stupidass Billy). No swim diss for this podcast, just a swim hype! The hilarity and accuracy with which Dan and Jenny review each episode is perfect. I literally laugh out loud every time I listen to an episode. I love how the hosts point out the plot holes and outrageous situations which arose in this crazy and amazing sitcom. If you loved this sitcom or comedic podcast in general give this podcast a try.

Dan and Jenny are great and they break down every episode scene by scene with commentary. It’s so funny to listen to them navigate the 90’s and try to figure out these crazy storylines that captivated me and many of my friends. Give it a try, if you like laughing!

I thought I had already written a review! Maybe I had and accidentally canceled it. Who knows? I am late to the review party, but thankfully, almost caught up on episodes. This is in my top favorite podcasts - Top 10? - and I am currently listening to about 70 different podcasts. Anyway, speaking as someone who was around to watch Melrose Place when it originally aired, and of the target age, there were times I wondered "Why am I watching this?" I know now: because, decades later, this podcast would exist. Back then, we didn't have Internet (though towards the end of the series we did have computer-mail) so I had no clue that my sister and I were the only ones who didn't buy that Billy was hot, and smart, and so on. But I have found my people! Dan's Billy impersonations are awesome. So are his Patrick ones. What about the spin-off series, Doctors At Law? And who can forget the saucy Kay Beacon? I had forgotten Kay Beacon until this podcast, and my life is richer for it. Jenny and Dan do an amazing scene-by-scene breakdown & commentary that is at once respectful of the show while pointing out is many glaring problems. The podcast episodes are enjoyably long, allowing you to settle in and relax for a good time while working your crappy desk job, or cleaing the bathroom, or making dinner -- The hosts put in a lot of time and it shows. They banter, they joke, but they don't make you feel like the jokes are just between them. If you love or even like Melrose Place, or maybe love to hate it, and you think Billy was wayy overrated, this one deserves a listen. A lot of listens. Look, I keep going on and on but I will stop here. I just can't explain how awesome this podcast is. Listen! You won't regret it.

Dan and Jenny are such wonderful guides, critics, and companions for this shamelessly guilty pleasure. Listening with them brings out many details that I missed before, and it's all as terrible-amazing as the first time I watched it in junior high. #ageinappropriate I'm looking forward to the recaps for seasons 5, 6, and 7. The last seasons weren't good, but neither was season 1, and the podcast episodes for those were SO good. Thank you so much for doing justice to this underappreciated masterpiece!

My sister and I watched Melrose Place about 10 years ago and my daughter recently started binging it on Hulu. It got me thinking what if there is a Melrose Place podcast?? Luckily there is and Jenny and Dan Hill do an awesome job recapping this ‘90s soap. The hosts are hilarious, they do great impressions of the characters, especially Billy, Michael and Richard. I love how they burst into song, whether it’s a song from the show or another song they like. I feel like I am listening to my friends talk about the show! You don’t even have to watch the show to get it, they will paint the full picture of the show, including the strange opening shots they have. I am a huge fan of Melrose Place, and much like like the hosts of this podcast, pretty much love all things 90’s. My sister who is also a huge fan told me about this podcast and I was immediately hooked!! Jenny and Dan are really funny, and they way the recap and analyze each episode is brilliant and hilarious. I especially love their impressions of the characters—it and cracks me up every time. I pretty much stopped listening to all the other podcasts I subscribe to because this one is so good I’ve been bingeing it for weeks now trying to catch up. I was listening to it at work and my coworker heard it and even she was laughing and she’s never even seen Melrose!! I think she wasn’t even born when Melrose first aired but anyway—She’s now beginning to be a fan too and watch the series. Even if you’ve never watched the show, or watched it a long time ago and forgot stuff, it’s so good. Seriously give this podcast a try—you’ll love it!!

Melrose Place is a show I’ve returned to over the years since I watched it as a teenager. I was so surprised and delighted to learn there was a rewatch podcast dedicated to it. Dan and Jenny watch and comment on the show with a mix of familiarity and genuine curiosity that makes the podcast fun to listen to, even if you’ve seen every episode of Melrose. Most importantly their reactions are hilarious, especially their impressions of Andrew Shue and Patrick Muldoon. The podcast is in the middle of season 4 as I write this, and based on what’s to come it can only get funnier. I recently started rewatching Melrose Place on Hulu and then I found this podcast. I am currently in Season 2 and I have laughed out loud during every episode. Jenny and Dan are absolutely hilarious, and Dan’s Billy impression is one of the funniest things ever! Keep it up!

Are you guys going to watch and recap other vintage shows when you finish Melrose Place? As a die-hard fan of the show (I have all episodes on VHS!), I absolutely love listening to these guys recap the craziness at MP. I love the Richard voice, the Billy voice and everything else. Keep it up!

I’ve been listening non-stop since I found this podcast! I enjoy how long and thorough they are, especially when the hosts have the same questions I have about plot holes, continuity issues, etc. I love the dynamic between Jenny and Dan and laugh out loud at much of what is said. I love the impressions of the characters-Billy is probably my favorite. I love re-watching this show every few years and talking about them as if they were my actual friends. While the show plot lines may not be the most PC for this day and time, this show will forever be entertaining and one of my favorites! I would also like to mention that I’m behind on my doctoral program timeline but I won’t blame this podcast completely. Instead, I have considered titles for a MP study such as “Love and Longing in LA: A Case Study of the HBIC persona of Amanda Woodward,” or “The Many Masks of Michael Mancini: A Narrative Inquiry of a Double Crosser.” Who knows-it could happen!

This podcast is so fun, highly recommend. I was looking for something like Again With This: 90210 because they’re almost finished with the series and found this, a bit different but equally enjoyable. After pretty much non stop listening for two months I’m finally caught up and looking forward to voting in my first botw poll today!

I literally listen to this podcast every. Single. Day. And you should too! I actually found this podcast when I was searching TV podcasts in preparation for starting my own, and I am SO GLAD I did. Dan and Jenny are so incredibly funny and natural and real, and they make even the painfully boring early episodes so engaging that I’ve re-listened to them several times. I binge-listened to the first three seasons in a little over a week and am on my third complete re-listen now. This podcast has spoiled me for all others, I’m not even kidding. As a podcaster myself, I know what does into making a podcast as long and detailed as this and it is WAY harder than it sounds. Congrats to Dan and Jenny for keeping the fun and entertainment going on a regular schedule. They make it sound easy, but it’s really not, so big ups to them and I look forward to many more episodes!

I love this Podcast!!! Do yourself a favor and listen! As a GenXer who was living in LA around the time MP was at its peak, can I say, thanks to Dan and Jenny for bringing the memories back and in such a funny, endearing way. It took me months to catch up and now I am a little sad that I did because I loved listening to your Podcast while cooking or cleaning and now I have to wait for a new pod each week. But, man, is it worth the wait! Dan and Jenny are hilarious! I find myself giggling at Jenny’s “Mirror Buddy” KEEEMMBERLY and Dan’s “Donner Teller…” and all the random stories and snark. I have even started to say “I Don’t KNOW” just like Katja Fielding and my husband thinks I’m nuts ☺ … I will warn you that the show kinda goes downhill after this season, but even then, I look forward to hearing how you two are going to make fun of all the crazy folks that I feel like I grew up watching!!! I love this podcast and I am a fan of melrose place. I have rewatched every season last year and I wish I would have found this podcast sooner but I’m so glad I did! This show brings back a lot of 90s moments for me and I was young when the show came on. My fav seasons were 2 and 3 and 4. I have been binge listening to this podcast for weeks! I am finally caught up, and I am loving it! I love the chemistry between Dan and Jenny, and the impressions are hilarious. I loved watching Melrose Place growing up, and I am really enjoying rewatching now. You guys do a great job! It makes me smile on my ride home, after a long day.

I can listen to my guilty pleasure of Melrose Place privately during a podcast, Remembering it from when I actually watched it in the 90s to rewatching it on Amazon prime. But really the best part of this podcast is the adorable married couple that hosts it. They are so funny, and the husband’s imitations of the characters are the best. His Rhonda is hilarious, but his Billy is downright uncanny. They recap the shows perfectly, but have fun segments that really add to it, like favorite item from the 90s in each episode. I am not at all embarrassed to be a fan of this podcast, unlike how embarrassed I am to have been such a fan of Melrose Place LOL. I hope this podcast continues through the rest of the series, as I truly look forward to it during my daily walks. Thank you both!

Melrose Place is one of my most favorite shows ever! From betrayal to absolute insanity, Melrose Place has it all and Jenny and Dan add the most perfect commentary to compliment a good binge watching of the series. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this podcast! First of all - recapping every episode of MP ever? What?!? That’s what got my attention. As a huge fan of the show, I was so excited to give this podcast a listen. And I was not let down. It’s not just that this podcast was about the beloved, cherished, trashy 1990s prime time soap that I grew up on. It’s that its hosts - the absolutely funny, brilliant, endearing Dan and Jenny - really make it work. The fact that they’re a couple makes it even better, because they have so much chemistry and that’s why this podcast is so good! In addition, there is a Facebook group open to any listener who wants to join and their dedication to their listeners is astounding. MP fans will love to reminisce about the absolutely spectacular series that we all live, and will not be disappointed by how Dan and Jenny deliver each and every episode!
