Let’s talk about bow hunting. Of course you have to bash Trump. Enough. Stay in your lane. Trump is done way more for hunters and conservation in this country than Biden ever did. Not to mention the mess that Obama created. If I could give this a zero star I would.

Whoever the host is he’s a complete goof. When he asked Darrin why he shot Elite he doesn’t realize that he’s employed by The Outdoor Group, and he had no idea who Aaron was.

Stop doing the video podcasts, all they do is buffer the entire episode.. stop and start

Get rid of the video so you can listen without it starting and stoping to filter

Since you started using video the podcast buffers a lot. I usually listen while driving from job to job but since you started with the video it is very frustrating trying to listen to a 1 hour podcast taking 3 hours to get through.

As a Peterson’s Bowhunting subscriber and fan of Mr. Berg’s writing, I am truly disappointed with the audio quality of these podcasts. If you’re taking the time to schedule these podcasts with amazing guests like Ulmer, Casper and Claypool, please get the audio sorted out so we can actually enjoy listening instead of being bombarded with awkward noises, feedback, etc.

This is a great podcast! These guys are complaining about literally one episode where the host was typing - I'm sure it was on oversight not to mute his mic. Overall, interesting guests and informative topics.

I was so excited to listen to Randy Ulmer, but the typing from the host killed it within 5 minutes.. couldn’t finish. Have some respect for your guest & listeners.

Randy Ulmer is one of the most knowledgeable people in the industry and the host can’t stop typing while he is talking?! So hard to listen to with the key clicking drowning everything out, at least mute yourself while doing it or schedule the interview when you don’t have a looming deadline for an article. However I am enjoying the podcast guests.

Tried to listen to the Perfect Hunting arrow podcast. I had to quit listening as soon as interview started due to the typing.

Pretty annoying trying to listen to your guests but instead need to listen to you hammering on your keyboard

Great content from Randy on arrows but I HAD TO STOP listening not even 15 minutes in due to all the typing going on by Christian. It’s like trying to carry on a conversation with someone who can’t stop looking at their phone — either be present and focused on the interview or just write the article and we’ll read it later. Sorry but it’s just about being a good host and interviewer. Talk with other podcasters, upgrade equipment, and then just be focused on what you’re doing — multitasking during this podcast kind of ruined it. Sorry.

The problem with this podcast is not the guests or the material discussed. The problem is the host. He is completely unaware of the main function of a microphone. He asks his guest a question and then while the guest responds the host types on his keyboard making it impossible to hear the response. Does he not realize the microphone picks up the sound of him typing and will record it? Along with this major issue the host also sounds like he’s hooked up to an iron lung machine. The sound of labored breathing overpowers everything. The only good news is I can’t hear the iron lung machine over his typing. Please do some audio checks and improve upon your equipment or setup. Do something. It’s horrendous. I actually want to hear the discussion because I’m interested.
