This podcast is insightful, informative, and inspires me to show up, lean in, and be a better human. It has taught me intuition that calibrates my approach to leadership. I am a better leader of myself, modeling the behaviors and approaches I expect, and supporting the success of my team, my colleagues, and our partners and stakeholders.

Is it just me? I cannot make it through an entire episode. These guys are extremely boring and monotone. I get excited about the content them am turning it off after 5 min. This is important material but is presented poorly.

This is a can’t miss podcast for me. I learn something every time. Would love to hear you all talk about how leaders should deal with the effects of the desire for pay transparency in the workplace today and the effect on team dynamics.

I just want to say thank you for providing this podcast. I’ve learned so much from this podcast in regards to the different views of leadership and to make the best approach when leading. Looking forward to learning more.

When Chris Goede showed up cohosting with Mark Cole I circled back and listened to this podcast. We need you more now than ever. I just took a seminar put on by Chris and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s had me thinking differently since. Highly recommended, and I’m glad I found these podcasts.

The two of you do a great job every podcast. I have listened to almost all of them, some I have on repeat. One of the things I find the hardest to do on the job is when a manager gets "set" in there ways and when change is needed. How might a assistant or one under that manager be able to coach up? It would be great to see a podcast touching on this subject. Continue the great work!

The content is excellent. There is something wrong with the audio. I’m not a podcaster so I don’t know how to fix it but something is not right with the audio. I would rate a 5 if the audio was fixed.

Gentlemen, Love the material and presentation. My only suggestion is to record the podcast at a higher volume. I used iTunes to listen and I always have to turn the volume on high to hear. This weeks guest was so quiet I couldn’t hear his message Thank you and keep up the great work!

Love John. Love the books. Love the podcast. But (and you knew that was coming): where are the leading ladies? Surely there are incredibly talented, competent, successful women who could sit in the all-male-leadership panel, right? For me, as a rising leader, I crave hearing from women who’ve ascended the ranks and achieved the type of influence and success I strive for; and I’d love to hear those women right along side these men. At this point, really, I think it’s more than an oversight to *not* have women prominently represented here. Thanks for taking the feedback and I hope it helps to grow the brand and expand the reach to women better. We need it, too.

Great topic! I don’t have a leadership title but strive to one day have one. I think I will take what I’ve learned in these podcasts and apply them in every day life. Starting at home. I’m new to podcasts and have been sponging them up every chance I get!
