paigeamberbacaniChanging your life won’t change your lifeI absolutely LOVED the interview with Joshua Fields, you asked incredible questions and gave plenty of space for him to answer and add more! It is really neat how there are pieces of your story that relate with each other and so many others that are listening! Thank you for sharing real life stories with us and encouraging us to continue letting go of what doesn’t matter so that we can enjoy what does!

BrianVollJust discovered this podcastI just discovered this podcast about a week ago. Already listened to a few episodes on my commute. I’ve been a minimalist for years now, but have been struggling mentally with too much going on all at once for the past month, and honestly probably throughout at least until the end of the year. I think just listening to them, the positivity in their voices, the subjects, really brings me back to my core values. Focus on one thing at a time, being more mindful of those things and just overall living a better and simpler life. A lot of topics have already been on my mind the last few years. It’s nice being able to hear fresh perspectives. My new favorite podcast!

Dr_Dr_JSo much valuable content!Kelly and Lauren have inspired me to develop my minimalist lifestyle goals and achieve them! I love hearing from female thought leaders in the minimalist space. I find that they are so relatable as a fellow professional female! Thank you for all your passion and work😊

vikariqVocal fry..One of the hosts (the one who asks fewer questions, perhaps she’s she secondary host) needs to realize she has a vocal fry which is terribly annoying to listen to. Work on it. Otherwise the other host is great.

meganlballMinimalism at its finestI honestly believe this is the best podcast about minimalism out there! This has been consistently one of my top favorite podcasts for more than three years. Lauren and Kelly explore minimalism in all aspects and this podcast will absolutely help you learn more about yourself through a minimalist practice!

Jesssmith07Addicted!I SO enjoy listening to these ladies. Helpful and relatable content that’s also enjoyable. Little by little I’m decluttering and letting go of things that no longer serve me.
-
amydingdongEasy to relate and enjoy!Love listening to these girls who are not pretentious and are just on the path of minimalism and gaining insights from them and their guests! A great find for a podcast for me! Thank you!

SmallbuttonsIncredible PodcastAre Kelly and Lauren my best friends? Not really, but it feels like they are! I listen almost daily as I’m working through some of the past episodes and I can say that the girls have changed my life for the better. They offer so many practical, easy to implement solutions and mindset shifts that anyone can apply this work to their lives. Even though I am married and have three kids, I still find so much value in their advice. I’m also a teacher and I love that this shift in thinking has made its way into my classroom and with my students. I am striving for contentment and simplicity in all areas of my life and hearing the girls chat it all up, is the highlight of my journey. I seriously love this podcast so much and share it with all of my friends as much as I can! Keep up the incredible work, girls! We’re all rooting for you!

USA millennialKelly is a bullyIn a recent episode Kelly and Lauren agreed to describe each others’ apartment. Kelly described Lauren’s apartment then proceeded to describe her apartment. I was really looking forward to hearing Lauren describe Kelly’s apartment, but Kelly per usual over takes the conversation and silences Lauren. Not to mention, Kelly usually speaks to or about Lauren in a negative light. Needless to say at the end of many podcasts I end up feeling sorry for Lauren. Kelly needs boost Lauren up, not knock her down.

Cincinnati CherylMy Favorite PodcastKelly and Lauren are my favorite minimalists. Even though I’m in my 70’s their message speaks to me. I can really identify with both of them.

scrapologieMy favorite minimalism podcast!!!Dear Kelly and Lauren, where do I start? Your podcast, and both of you, are a gift to the world. There is nothing I love more than to sit down with a cup of hot coffee and listen to you or have you chatting in the background while I work around the house. Your calm and reassuring voices - unknown to you - have talked me off a ledge many times when things seemed overwhelming when I first began this journey. You can’t imagine what an impact you have had and the amount of clutter you helped me to clear out of my life, both physical and emotional. I am grateful and indebted to you. I started listening to you both probably a couple of years ago. I was immediately drawn in by the balance of Kelly’s outgoing, uplifting and energetic flow with Lauren’s calm and balanced delivery. Soon after, I treated myself to a package of consults with you. You were both so helpful and encouraging, never judgmental; giving me loads of useful feedback and tips to incorporate. I absolutely ADORE both of you. As a single mom empty nester - who is actually a late Gen Xer, your podcast’s vibe spoke to me in a way in which years of organizing and self help books, programs and working with an organizing consultant could not. You offer wisdom that is beyond your young years and a fresh and uplifting approach to life that makes me want to incorporate all your advice! I love your youthful no-nonsense vibe and how you deliver every episode compassionately and with loads of useful tips. I have learned so much from you! You know I love you both and am a forever fan! I wish you every success in the world - please excuse me for not leaving a review sooner but with your help - life has finally gotten calmer and I am on the way to building the minimalist home of my dreams. Sending love, my best wishes and gratitude to you both, Ranjini

love&lemonsWonderful content- motivating and informative!I love this and can say it’s been one of the best catalysts for me to finally start to declutter and let go of a lot of things that my family of 5 (three young kids) have carried with us to 4 different cities in 8 years. I’m listening to all the old episodes while I spend the summer transforming our home and even teaching my kids the reasons why and how we can make steps to live more simply and happily. I would recommend this to anyone!
-
iaelbshMy Go-to PodcastThe podcast is thoroughly enjoyable, with refreshingly relatable hosts. It has quickly become my preferred choice for insightful content. They offer many straightforward yet practical tips on leading a more uncomplicated lifestyle. I had the opportunity to participate in Lauren's personalized closet course, which I wholeheartedly endorse. For those who aim to cultivate a minimalist, functional wardrobe tailored to their lifestyle, this course is an absolute must.
-
CrocognawGreat insightThis podcast is so wonderful to listen to no matter where you fall on the spectrum of maximalist to minimalist. Great conversations about living deliberately and mindfully and not letting the possessions in your life control you.

Emily RosenbergThe Best Podcast!I stumbled upon this podcast by accident when I was looking for minimalism inspiration and it immediately became my absolute favorite. Kelly and Lauren are so fun and relatable. Their podcast is inspiring and feels like a conversation with your friends. It’s a dose of positivity and they have shown me that adopting a minimalist lifestyle has so many benefits including financial, environmental and mental. I recommend their podcast to all my friends (even ones who are maximalists - haha) because I love it so much and think everyone can gain something from listening. Highly recommend! P.S. Their closet course and guide is awesome - I’ve tried so many methods to organize and declutter my closet over the past decade and all have failed until I found their guide. It is truly genius!

Tjohnson080390Go to one hostOne shot was super enthusiastic with good tips and the other seemed like she had better stuff to do. Really odd dynamic
-
Michaela the DoulaCozy conversations about simple living!I have considered myself an obsessive organizer as a kid, then a semi clean college student and since college a “semi-minimalist” and with this this podcast I hope to become a “cozy- minimalist”. I organize a minimalism challenge in January annually with some family and friends and I’m going to share this podcast with them to inspire and encourage! I will share on my blog as well about learning to live lightly! I love how this podcast touches on many topics and is a cozy, convo with some Canadian minimalist friends who help each other live more simply. (I learned that lip balm is called lipchap 😁) They answer burning questions about not just “getting rid of stuff” but living more simply as a whole. Thank you Kelly & Lauren!
-
da BebotLauren & Kelly have accelerated my minimalism journeyI listened to the first episodes of probably three or four minimalism podcasts before I found this one. Lauren and Kelly Are just so fun to listen to and have really awesome, timely practical advice on how to live with more intention by living with us. I love it!
-
FlownAway2.0Would follow Kelly and Lauren to the ends of the earth!I’m a brand new listener to Kelly and Lauren’s podcast and oh man am I grateful to have found them. I’m a newbie to this crazy journey of minimalism but this dynamic duo makes minimalism easy, infectious, and fun. My little studio apartment bachelor pad is slowly but surely becoming my place of calm and mental clarity. My own little mindful sanctuary. And I have Kelly and Lauren to thank! And it’s not even just about decluttering and organizing. Kelly and Lauren have started upping their podcast game by inviting some HUGE names in minimalism onto their show. Their conversation topics arborize from finding peace in what you own to finding peace within your mind. All delivered by the coolest down to earth gals you’ll ever know. Can’t wait to see what 2023 has in store for the podcast!
-
SydneeRMLove itAs a millennial (wannabe) minimalist, I love all the advice shared in this podcast. It inspires me to keep trying to live more simply, and that makes a huge difference!

Wanted moneyWhat about wallets!I’m new to the show, absolutely love it. My minimalism journey actually began with keeping only solid colors for my son’s clothing and shaving my head! I’m a stay at home mom and a housewife, so having my home contain essentials and loved items only has been such a freeing mission. My struggles are photos, moving clutter (“decluttering” a room but moving items to a different room creating another problem for later,) and my wallet!!! Maybe y’all have talked about this before; I love listening to previous episodes, so if ya see this throw me a reference! Thanks! Love the inspiration and your interviewing skills are top tier, focused, and obviously very well prepared for! Can’t say enough good things. And Lauren’s natural minimalism is something I hope to give my kids :)

Bama leeLearn so much new stuffI found this podcast almost a year ago. I learn something new with each episode. I love y’all teach about living simple and with intention! Keep it up. Thanks

PB MinimalistFun, inspiring and informative !Although I’m not a millennial, listening to this podcast is like hanging out with your best friend, chatting about our favorite subject. Minimalism. I love the simplicity of Kelly and Lauren’s message. We get glimpses of their lives and its so inspiring. If I need closet inspiration I turn on their closet episodes. Ive been minimizing for a few years and your podcasts have helped me tweak my closet and home even more. More please!!!! My goal is to reduce waste as well. In the US we have companies that produce kitchen products in pods delivered in cardboard pkging. For makeup, a company that sells refills in paper compacts, Tooth tablet toothpaste and Beauty products in glass and paper. Swaps like this add another level of minimalism and add to the aesthetics plus reduce plastic. I have listened to almost every episode at least once. Love you girls! Keep up the great work. From a fellow Canadian listening in the US.

Payt1993LOVEThis podcast is one of my all time favorites! I randomly found it while looking for minimalism podcasts and after the first episode I was hooked! These ladies are awesome and are always giving out great advice! 10/10 recommend!!!
-
Ciera from North DakotaMy idolsI absolutely ADORE both of you. I listen to every single episode, and always find value in what you share. You ladies inspire me to become more of a minimalist with every tip and trick, and make me feel like having less in normal :) Thank you for feeling like some of my best friends!!
-
HNDESM1Useful infoUseful info and motivating. However the “dumb blonde” laughter is off putting.
-
Erin from VenturaFellow Millennial loving minimalism!I’m so happy that I found these gals! I recently adopted minimalism, and listening in to this podcast has helped me stay focused and motivated to continue living this amazing lifestyle! Thank you for putting this out in the world for people like me to utilize as a tool to continue expanding my knowledge and growth!
-
HolAnnBroMy favorite podcastI’ve discovered your podcast about a year ago, and it’s become my favorite. I love the way you talk as friends and how well you treat each other. I also love that your intention with everything you do is to be respectful and dignified. So refreshing! I’ve been thinking about starting from episode 1 and listening to almost one a day. Now that you’re going to be taking a break, that’s what I’m doing for sure. Enjoy your break!🌷

devdamvpWas liking it untilLauren laughed when she corrected herself about “colored” clothes and switched it to black. Casual and subtle racism won’t fly
-
Charlatte55895 starsMost minimalist podcasts or blogs I had seen before seemed to be aimed exclusively towards older businessmen, so I was very happy when I found the Millennial Minimalists. They share plenty of practical tips and tricks, but more importantly, dive into explaining their motivations for living a simpler and more sustainable life. In a world of information overload- constantly pressuring women to buy more clothing and beauty products, this podcast offers an appealing alternative.
-
kylie55alReally appreciateSo much appreciate these two women putting this podcast together. It is helpful and organized!
-
Megawinner33Listen In To These Ladies!I recently discovered this podcast and can’t stop listening! I’ve searched around for a female-made minimalist/eco conscious podcast for a while now and have only found options that were from the perspective of stay-at-home mothers. These podcasts always ended up slanting toward a faith-based or mother-focused agenda. Even though I AM a Millennial I was hesitant to try out this one based on the name, but I am soo glad I did! Lauren and Kelly have a real ease in their delivery of the info and conversation, and they know what they’re talking about when it comes to living minimally for the better. My new favorite thing to listen to as I work toward living with more intention! While I think this podcast can benefit anyone, I really appreciate that these ladies are offering up their Minimalist lifestyle knowledge to a demographic (re: single women) that seems to be missing out there in the podcast stratosphere!
-
jessicalr22New favorite Pod!Love this show and love listening to Kelly and Lauren share how we can minimize the clutter and distractions that cause stress. I am nowhere near a minimalist, but I have been inspired by this podcast and have started taking steps to live more intentionally. I’ve decluttered a lot of unnecessary items, and started practicing small habits like carrying reusable grocery bags when I shop and saying no to paper receipts. Thanks for a great podcast! Can’t wait to hear more.

BeautifulMinimalMillennialPSL Ladies!!!!Lost my interest, felt more and more like the same thing over and over, more like PSL, not very minimalist if you ask me
-
FlipperK2018The podcast that has changed my life!I never in my life would of thought I would become minimalist, but thanks to Lauren and Kelly I am. Coming from a family of hoarders this is an incredibly radical lifestyle change, haha. Every single podcast I have listened to I come away with so many tips to apply to my daily life and my long term goals. I love how easy it is to listen to Lauren and Kelly like they are sitting right across from me having a conversation. I also love that they bring a young, female, and open minded perspective to Minimalism that it’s not just one way to be minimalist. It’s a lifestyle template that everyone can apply to their lives starting with listening to this podcast!! If you want to learn more about minimalism, or how to get started, or even the different types of minimalism, this is the podcast for you!
-
tare bear0301My go to girls!I love the millennial minimalists podcast! They helped me realize that I could lead a happier more fulfilling life with less with the minimalist life style. They make me laugh while giving great real life guidance!

Feminist FemaleHard to Listen after KnowingSo I was getting really into Millennial Minimalists until one of them said “I’m not a feminist” in like the 5th episode in 2018. I spoke to someone that said it comes up again briefly later. I like a lot of their ideas about minimalism but I’m flabbergasted by the notion that feminism is bad or negative. Maybe because they’re in Canada and feminism gets a bad rep there. I don’t think these gals know what the concept is, and if they do and still don’t agree with the equality of women and all genders/non-gendered, I’m really no longer interest in anything else they have to say. It’s a shame though, thought this was going to be my new go-to podcast.
-
Brit_RNInspirational!These ladies have inspired me to live a more intentional life. I’ve been on a minimalism journey for over a year now and love listening to this podcast for continued inspiration. They have also helped me realize that minimalism is more than just your things, it involves all aspects of your life.
-
lulu0965I am obsessed lol!I was a bit skeptical at first because of the intro music but I am happy I sticked around. Love it now!
-
AFueslerBest Minimalist Podcast!I’ve been on the hunt for a good minimalist podcast and I have to say this is the best one I have come across. Lauren and Kelly are funny, insightful, and have a beautiful friendship. Their interviews are very thoughtful and the material covered is always relevant and interesting. I think what truly makes this the best minimalist podcast out there is a few things: breadth of information covered and people interviewed (not everyone is specifically a “minimalist”) and the energy and enthusiasm that Lauren and Kelly possess that creates a genuine feeling of authenticity. Please keep it up and I cannot wait for more content.
-
Becs245Obsessed!!This is a fantastic podcast for anyone interested in minimalism— especially women! I’ve wanted to start on this path for a long time, but hadn’t been able to hack it. Kelly and Lauren explain minimalism in a way that is attainably inspirational and realistic. Cannot recommend enough.
-
1directionerFTWMY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE :)Lauren and Kelly are so much fun to listen to and I truly feel like I learn something new from each episode! I am so thankful to have come across this pod because it has truly inspired me to declutter my life in all departments and has helped me to live more simply and more meaningfully. be1wpeaceUpbeat and amazing tips and suggestions!Love, love, love! This podcast is so positive and upbeat and every show I learn something new. Thank you both for all of your enthusiasm and hard work! Much appreciated by this 59yo boomer wannabe millennial…
-
samanthajoadairLOVE THE GUESTSBut please tell them beforehand not to play with things while speaking... the crunching sounds are awful and takes the focus off the topics.
-
megagogoJust what I was looking for!Honest and thoughtful look at all aspects of minimalism.
-
tooblessedtobesressedMinimalism from a woman’s perspective!Lauren and Kelly are the “Josh and Ryan” for females! 😘 I also listen to the minimalist podcast with Josh and Ryan and love that they are referenced quite often in this podcast. The ladies are very relatable and encouraging that women can live this lifestyle despite the unique challenges we face in today’s society. Their conversations are very natural and always feel warm and fuzzy like I’m talking to two of my girlfriends. Keep being great role models for young females by inspiring and changing lives! ❤️
-
36jh36A fellow millennial minimalistAlthough I consider myself more minimal-ish (I definitely have more decluttering to do!!!), I love this podcast. As a female around the same age, I find Kelly and Lauren very relatable. This podcast is enjoyable to listen to and is very inspirational. Their own reflections on their minimalist journeys has encouraged me as I seek to reduce my own clutter and become more intentional with my purchases and time. I enjoy that they focus on not just “the stuff” but also discuss the mental and emotional aspects of minimalism.
-
jessd12345Amazing podcast!!!These women are smart & sophisticated. I love listening to them on their show. They do a great job of bringing on interesting guests. If you need a friend during quarantine, these women will be there for you!
-
SnowyOwl455Overly privileged white girlsJust... wow. These girls are surprised to learn that it saves money to cook your own food and make your own coffee. And not buying expensive specialty health foods also reduces food spending, whaaaaat? Then they start going on about their investments. Who are these wealthy millennials that never had to think about the money they spend on lattes when the rest of us are still trapped in mediocre admin jobs that don’t pay a living wage? Unbelievable. As much as I hate the “entitled millennial” stereotype since the majority of us work harder than you to get paid a lot less than you, that’s the word that comes to mind. Listen at your own risk. They even whine about waiting in line at whole foods.
