    I want to love this
Stubbled along this pod, and was sooo excited to listen based on the baseline content covered and the written synopsis of a few episodes. Sadly disappointed by the hosts sounding a tad whiny and sing- songy. Idk maybe it’s just not for me. I’ll keep trying

Have been listening for a couple of months and look forward to it every week! I am a big Every Outfit fan - that’s how I found AWD and so happy I did. Subscriber eps are v worth it :)

I need more silly girl talk in my real life
these girlies are my adrenal burnout recovery plan. an escape from my world of too much masculine energy. they claim to be all silliness, but their vibe is pretty chill, and I respect their responsible and thoughtful takes on serious cultural issues when they do pop up. I’m def on an AWD kick right now

    This show is terrible
And the girls are unbelievably tacky and disrespectful. Even if it wasn’t so boring I wouldn’t listen to it on principle alone.

Long time listener, first time caller
These ladies get me through the lulls in the work week with their silly, pea-brained humor!

I’m in the US, and I found this podcast through the episode “The Panic Years.” Now I’m addicted, and look forward to this every week!

Fills the void left by the high low with an even better vibe because the conversations flow more casually and the topics/recs are also always very smart and unique. Love love love - hope it never ends!

I love the mixture of silly fun chats and serious topics. You two make me feel like I'm learning while catching up with two fun friends at the same time. Literally saving me in lockdown!

    Wonderful Podcast
Dear Isabelle and Grace, I absolutely adore your podcast. I have been listening since February 2019 when I first heard about it through another podcast (shoutout Three Dumplings). I had just gone through a terrible breakup 2 months after moving to Germany with my boyfriend of three years. Alone in Germany and never having listened to podcasts before, it was one of the few things I felt emotionally and physically capable of doing. Listening each week and joining your facebook group helped me feel less isolated during that time. I quickly listened to your entire backlog of episodes, and have been a regular listener ever since—it’s one of the few podcasts I actually follow and the one that I look forward to the most each week. I relate to so much of what you say about anxiety, breakups in your late 20s (particularly being away from friends and family in the midst of a tough one), politics, the environment, and the impossible beauty standards we as a society set on women. The topics you discuss and the nuance you give them are uplifting and bring joy to my life. I have never written a podcast review before, so that just shows how wonderful yours is! To potential listeners, do give this podcast a listen—you won’t be disappointed. Wishing you both all the best from Germany, Clare

    My favorite podcast - EVER
I have listened to AWD from the very beginning, and every week it feels like I’m sitting down for a glass of wine with two of my best girlfriends to debrief on the week that was. Izzy and Grace are so well-read, insightful and FUNNY. Every episode leaves me laughing and thinking hard about topics more women should be speaking up about. AWD tackles topics in a relatable, conversational way that actually gives you an action plan on how to be a better, more informed human being. I can’t tell you enough to subscribe and listen every week!!

    What are we drinking?!
Love love LOVE this podcast. You guys are intellectually accessible with your timely insights and witty humor. It makes even the toughest subjects more palatable. I’ve learned a great deal, just in the short time I’ve been listening. I must say, given the current climate, I’ve missed human connection so much and have a new appreciation for things as simple as happy hour with my girlfriends. Wish there was a way to video stream you guys so I might pop some rosé with you! Keep doing what you do. It matters! 🥂🖤

    Delightful!
This is a lovely way to spend a few minutes listening to chats on topics that run the gamut of whimsical to serious. Best are utterances heard through the muffle of the wine glass!
