Tri Hard RonThanks from Pueblo, Colorado!Thank you for all of the research based information and insight. I don’t miss a week and love listening when doing my workouts. You are entertaining, informative and make me feel smarter about my training. Maybe we’ll see you at Ironman 70.3 Oregon in July. Keep up the awesome work.

App is good - login exp is badInsightful and Pragmatic for Endurance AthletesJeff has done a tremendous job of putting together episode after episode of legit science based content to help endurance athletes be their best without being suckered into marketing hype on supplements / gimmicks. His guest interviews also are excellent and focused on triathlon.

jayne griffReliableJeff presents facts about health. I appreciate his thorough analysis of products. I don’t want to spend money on things that have no effect. 😊

EyeTri 08An unbiased assessmentJeff does an excellent job of collecting the data and reviewing the products/supplements/strategies available that claim to help make us better triathletes in an unbiased manner. I have saved a lot of money by NOT purchasing some of these items I see my favorite pro triathletes endorsing even though they looked enticing. At this point, he has nearly 150 episodes to help guide you to be your best. Never thought I’d be supplementing with Spirulina a year ago. Thanks Jeff!

salim303Dr. LundExcellent discussion that helped me understand what my 50-year marathoner wife is facing and with menopause. Dr. Lund’s first name is Kirsten not Kristen as Jeff continued to call her though!

Art6886Be ready to binge listenI was turned onto the TriDoc’s podcast this past summer by a friend. The TriDoc helps you sift through those athletic enhancement products and their gimmicks of marketing from a science based analysis of the products. He brings a plethora of medical and athletic knowledge to the podcast. His guests are relevant to our sport. No matter how much you think you know, the podcast helps you look at thing from different angles. I find myself re-listening to episodes and sharing them with friends.

bkhazAwesome Podcast for athletesI am a distance runner, just becoming interested in triathlon, and I have found this podcast to be awesome! The 3-part format holds ones attention, and I can’t decide which I enjoy more- the medical question section, the interview or the Routard section which describes the logistics of a particular race/event. As a fellow physician, I trust Jeff’s scientific perspective and really appreciate his methodical review and analysis of the scientific literature as he answers his listeners’ questions.
