I've been listening to Coach Carson's podcast for several years now as I prepare for my non stock market investment strategy in retirement. He provides a huge amount of very practical advice on a wide range of real estate related topics. I appreciate the wide spectrum of investors he interviews, from young beginners to experienced seniors and everything in between. He also frequently shares the stage with other experts on who provide advice on specific topics, one of my favorites being Erion Shehaj. The podcast often digs into specific topics, breaking down deals or particular approaches to various real estate related subjects. And while he is not afraid to get technical, he keeps it interesting and human, discussing the psychology and emotional aspects as well. His was the first real estate podcast. I chose to listen to, and I hit a gold mine on my first try!

I’ve been binging on this podcast and that says a lot since I follow a lot of other real estate podcasts. This one provides so much value.

I’ve been listening to Coach Carson’s show for over a year now and it’s revolutionized my outlook on real estate. Before, I used to think that I had to purchase tons of properties and somehow get lucky with the end result, which always seemed ambiguous. But Coach made me realize that building a solid portfolio of 12-15 paid-off properties can mean financial freedom. And I love his emphasis on taking little life-breaks along the way. What a relief! His wisdom, humility, and sense of humor are refreshing; honestly every episode is a joy to listen to! Thanks, Coach!

This is a great podcast for new real estate investors. It has helped me out tremendously with my first rental house.

Love this podcast and the approach Coach Chad takes towards REI. His goals much more align with mine than most everyone else with a platform in REI. It’s refreshing to see somehow who wants to be practical and values time over attempting to grow a 5,000,000 unit portfolio. The Small but Mighty REI book was fantastic and this podcast is basically an extension of the book which gives me a new listen weekly. I would recommend the book and podcast to anyone looking to grow a moderate sized portfolio and looking for an alternative to the “scale scale scale” approach

Chad’s humility shines through in his podcast. I constantly receive knowledge from his episodes that help me push my investments forward and think about where I am in my investment journey. Appropriate for investors in all stages of their journey!

Love the podcast. Aligns with my goals to become a small but mighty investor. I’m a pretty simple guy that likes to enjoy outdoor recreation and I see small but mighty investing as a simple process that’s easiest enough to manage. I currently househack a duplex in a great small coastal New England city with lots of old small multifamilies, single families don’t make sense to own to rent in this area as most people around here want to own single families so the market for them is very high and they will not cashflow well but would be great for flipping.

I really appreciate Chad’s down to earth, humble and honest approach to Real Estate Investing- and to life in general. As someone who has a smaller and mighty portfolio I really align with Chad’s philosophy on REI and his values in general. I aspire to take my family on extended overseas trips and follow in Chad’s footsteps. This podcast is inspirational to me but it’s also super practical and provides actionable steps for anybody already in or interested in getting started in REI. Excellent podcast!

Advice is too generic and most of the pod content is adverts for his next big thought.

Chad does a great job explaining investing and encouraging listeners to learn and invest. He has a very practical common sense approach which I appreciate. This podcast doesn’t come across as a get rich quick pitch and isn’t over the top like some other REI podcasts.

Coach Carson thru his Podcast has enabled & taught us to learn most of what we needed to have the courage to purchase our 1st rental property. You learn a lot more as you do real estate investing yourself but through our journey starting out and each time I listen to his podcast it seems as though he was talking directly to me and teaching what I need to look out for and apply that on what we were going thru. You can have a plan and things not work out but you can educate yourself as much as possible to learn from Coach and have the chance to avoid some struggles along the way. I definitely recommend listening to each episode for the new & experienced investor and everyone in between!

I like that Coach is branching out and covering folks who live in higher COL areas and are looking for income properties around the country. Would love more episodes focused in that. As others have said, this podcast breaks things down and provides a framework to take the next step.

Been watching Coach’s videos on YouTube and recently started listening to the podcast. I love the deep dives on different strategies he goes into. Once you peel back that first vague layer that most other youtube videos give, you really start to get the answers to detailed questions that I was looking for. Coach has good information that he presents in a way that is easy for the beginning investor to follow. His podcast seems to be more about providing helpful information than about talking himself up.

I was introduced to Coach’s podcast some time ago through the Mad Fientist’s podcast. Coach provides mostly real estate- centric investing advice and has guests that mirror that focus, but like any good coach, many of the lessons that Coach teaches on are applicable in a variety of ways for investors, those seeking FI, and beyond. Aside from inspiring me and my business partner to begin investing in real estate, he’s also inspired me to work to be a better neighbor and more involved member of my community. I look forward to the new episode every Monday!

I listen to a fair amount of RE / FIRE podcasts. I like Coach Carson because he has a super listenable way of delivering information that makes unfamiliar concepts (i.e. finance) digestible and less overwhelming. There are some other great podcasts out there but they come across as incredibly high intensity and information overload.

“Wow” is all I can say about the most recent episode #169. I’ve listened to a lot of podcasts myself and love coach Carson’s interviews and advice. So cool to hear from people like me in a small town and investing in it! Also I may be biased on the episode that I picked for the review but they are family and have helped with advice in getting us started in our FIRE life!!! Great job with all your podcasts can’t wait to keep listening every week!!!!

Got tuned into Coach Carson just a couple months ago after I heard him on another podcast and was hooked. I’m 19 right now and the path that Coach has taken is one that I am trying to take myself. He always has great guests that are all over the Real Estate spectrum. They also bring great wealths of knowledge. The show is not difficult to comprehend at all. It’s great for someone who’s just beginning or deep into their path to become financial free through RE. For the 45 minutes it takes to listen every week, it’s well worth the time.
