    Clear & compassionate
I really like this podcast because the host does such a good job of providing clear information on the complex issue of HA recovery and also does it from a place of compassion, having gone through this journey herself. I’m so thankful to have found this resource!

Best HA Recovery Podcast out there!
After just a few months of listening to Sarah’s podcast and implementing the changes she encourages for period recovery, I got my period back naturally after 5 years without one! This is the best recovery podcast out there — Sarah’s recommendations are spot on, and she has expert knowledge about all things HA. I highly recommend listening to this podcast or working with Sarah one-on-one if you are trying to recover your period.

    Keep listening and DO
I finally got my period back after a full year and a month due to over exercising and under-Eating. I kept listening to Sarah's podcast and trying to follow her advice the best I could. I reached a point where I was getting impatient but that's when hope came, and I just had to trust the process and keep pushing. Full recovery is possible and resources like these are very helpful since they are full of information that you can apply to your own life to reclaim your cycle. I will forever be grateful to have found Sarah and all the free info she provides because they got me on the right track to my recovery. ☺️💗

    She’s just the best
Sarah has a ton of one liners that can help you on your health journey whether it is HA or trying to have a better relationship with food. Some of the things she says on the podcasts have become mantras for me on the days where this stuff is hard. She is dedicated to this field and has such a heart for people which you can truly see in her podcasts. She also has a very soothing voice, but somehow motivates so well in the way she discusses these topics. I’m thankful for her messages about choosing our well-being over the pursuit of a certain body ideal. She’s just the best.

The Perfect Balance Of Mental & Physical Health
It’s so refreshing to have someone speak with vulnerability, compassion and emphasis on mental health... While also using real science to explain how things work, and why certain approaches are best. Sarah is a brilliant coach who does just that through educational (but easy to understand) episodes with amazing guests and a communication style that feels like she really ‘gets’ you. Fantastic show and I’m so happy I found Sarah!

    Amazing.
This podcast has been so helpful to me and eye-opening beyond belief. I have been struggling with disordered eating and listening to Holistic Health Radio has made me realize just how sick I really am. I am slowly making progress and learning to embrace who I am and stop letting my worth be determined by what I look like. Sarah Liz King is so relatable for anyone that is struggling with poor body image or disordered eating- give her a listen. You will not regret it. One of the best things that she brings up multiple times is the idea that people like our friends and families don’t value us for the way that they look they value and cherish us for who we are- so if we are letting who we are fall by the wayside in order to look a certain way we are losing ourselves.

    Balanced views to wellness
Wonderful podcast with truly balanced views to create a healthy relationship with food, body, and movement. She has great guests and solo shows acknowledging the tough situations many women go through in a battle with their bodies. She is realistic that exercise and movement are a great part of life and can be a part of your wholesome life.

    Excellent all around
I love this podcast! As a health educator and fitness expert, I’m super picky about the podcasts I listen to because often they’re focused on self-promotion rather than education. Sarah does an excellent job at talking about tough and important topics in a way that Everyone can understand. More importantly, it seems that she is having fun doing its. Her passion for what she does is palpable. I learn something new every time.
