    Just what I needed
    Episode 75 with Leila Lutz touched on a few things that really resonated with me and felt comforted hearing. More specifically the topic thats in todays culture of body positivity at any size. While I acknowledge we are so much more as people than our weight and we do need to have a level of self love, I’ve never been able to buy into the idea that the extra fat on body has no affect on my health because it absolutely does and you can’t convince me otherwise. I felt guilty for wanting to lose the extra fat I’ve gained (50lbs) and was questioned if it really matters. I have an autoimmune arthritic condition that affects my spine so yes it has had a great impact on my mobility! So thank you for addressing this, I needed to hear it.
