Dave and Jeff host a fantastic series of interviews of guests in the vet med world. Most of them are seasoned credentialed techs and have insightful experiences they share. This worthy podcast covers both current events important in the VT arena and big-picture issues and concepts. Many of their guests are VTs I’ve had on my radar for two (or three) decades and I love getting a glimpse of their personalities by hearing their voices. The Cafe concept reflects how it genuinely feels like we’re all sitting around together as old work friends and chatting. I often listen on my 40 + min commute to work and I find I walk through the clinic doors just a bit more informed with a positive mindset. So much so that I signed myself up to a monthly Patreon worth buying them a cup of coffee for the cafe! (That they have share.)

Dave and Jeff cover topics that truly MATTER in this profession. I am a relief technician that has frequent long drives and these episodes help me get in the right mindset for my day.

Dave and Jeff are incredibly well spoken, kind, and funny. They aim to provide a place where there is true discussion about that state of the professional. It also opens your minds, to some paths of veterinary medications.

I love hearing all of the different ideas and hearing all the different ways to be productive in vet med. Keeps me motivated to always keep learning each week and gives me great ideas for motivating my coworkers and younger and newer techs. Gives me hope for this field we all love so much.

My favorite podcast. I love learning who is who in the industry. Vet Tech Cafe keeps me updated on what the best vet techs are up to and how they got there. Turns out, going from OJT to RVT is not that unusual after all! I am in good company. A very inspirational podcast!

Living & working in the Northeast, I heard about this podcast from a friend of a friend.... I’ve been listening from the very beginning & the guys have definitely found their comfort zone. Their easy going nature puts their guests at ease and the conversations flow naturally. I have quite a commute & these guys never fail to entertain me & leave me feeling like I’ve made a new friends.
