Regular sleep, eating choices by discipline, nutrition, mindset, music, hydration, foam rolling, warm up dynamic exercises, breathing, and stress. They opened my mind to consider its not just a want to have energy, I can regulate my energy desire with creating new habits to fire myself up and get it done, loving the flow of being an athlete! Happy TriDot AthleteWetsuit podcast saved me five minutesThis episode in particular, I was listening to on my way to a race. I heard the description about the Sailfish wet suits , the material, the design, the philosophy, and the fit. When Andrew said “I got out of the water in a time I have no business doing“. I literally pulled my car over to the side of the road, looked up the sailfish website and purchased a long sleeve full suit. The next race I did, my half IM swim was five minutes faster
