    I am new to podcasts and have listened to a few different weight loss ones over the past couple of days. I am so glad I ran across Nicole’s podcasts. Nicole really knows what she is talking about. She looks at weight loss with a totally unique mindset. She stresses that she wants to help people make mind set changes that will help them lose the weight and keep it off. I am super excited to listen to many more of her podcasts. If you have ever struggled with weight loss, you have to listen to her podcasts.

    What a great podcast with insightful and actionable content. This is what I have been looking for and I love that it’s more than just how to lose weight but gets into the cognitive thinking behind why I might not be my healthiest self and the role my mind plays in that too. Worth listening to!

    I’m 50 and I look 50
    I have always looked younger than my age. I’ve always been shape. I have often received compliments and have never had troubles getting a date. I went to a beautiful wedding this weekend to see friends that I haven’t seen in years and when I looked at my pictures I was taken by surprise. My goal is not just to lose weight but to be healthy and look younger.

    I am a huge fan of this show. I’m 44 going on 45 & struggling with weight loss & now interested in weight training to get healthy & fit again after much weight gain. I came across this show & ended up listening to the entire show so far from the beginning & I am still listening, not bored nor annoyed like I get with other shows. Nicole has touched on all the topics women of my age are experiencing & concerned about. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for health tips regarding overall lifestyle, health,& fitness after 40. Very applicable! Thanks Nicole. I need this. Keep it going!
