Kris hamadeTrying to Love AgainLoved when Ashley was the sole host and even the first few newer ones when she was still predominately on the show. I am trying to love the show but miss the old format. Maybe this is just the first season blues where the hosts need to work out the kinks. As much as I want Ashley to come back and do the show I understand that may not be possible, a show is better than no show. I hope you guys can figure this out a little more and I’d love to change my review. Believe me when I say I want this show to do well and want the new hosts to be successful. I hope you guys can iron out the kinks!

DwowwMissing the old vibeI liked the earlier episodes way better when Ashley just told the story straight up without all the back-and-forth banter. There was something really creepy and intriguing about that vibe. I'm not too into the conversations in this new series of the podcast, and honestly, I'm not a fan of the new hosts either. Sorry Ashley!
-
bluesbrothaNot the sameWhen Ashley hosted solo, this was my favorite podcast. Nothing against the new hosts, but it just isn’t the same. I have a hard time even following along now.
-
PennycilinI wish I liked this moreThere is no chemistry in the sisters. It’s not a natural conversation. Have you ever heard two people talked naturally that slowly and never once interrupting each other? Just seems like they’re reading a script. Maybe it’s the editing? Just feels unnatural rather than supernatural

ALou_61Two thumbs upGreat show, love the hosts!

Nightglider1Not the same since the new hosts came onI recently discovered this podcast and I binged everything nearly to the current episode. I liked Ashley’s presentation, where she wouldn’t really come down on one side or the other and just present the story. Now I get to the episode about the Salem Witch Trials and almost immediately I hear one of the new hosts talk about her belief in witchcraft (modern). I have no issue with that on its face; however, I’m concerned that going forward the hosts will be more likely to lean towards the cause of everything being supernatural, instead of presenting both sides and letting the listener decide. I hope I’m wrong.

To alaFantastic show!I absolutely love listening to Ashley flowers voice. She’s got such a great voice for podcasting. I listen to this podcast while I’m working out gets me through it. Keep up the good work ladies keep pumping out the new episodes.
-
heyYO42Please stopThis was my absolute FAVORITE pod cast. I was so excited to see it was back, although the new hosts are ruining it. Ashely- Help them start their own pod cast that they are made to talk about… and come back to tell this awesome stories!
-
ModdsRowMissing the old vibeI was so excited to hear Supernatural was back! The new stories so far have been really interesting. I have to say though, I do miss having Ashley host the show. Rasha and Yvette seem like awesome people, but I struggle with how they almost treat the show like a joke. It almost feels like when adults try to use younger generation’s slang and you can just tell they’re trying too hard. It doesn’t have the same spooky, moody vibe that we all came to love. No hate towards Rasha and Yvette! It takes a lot to do what they do. I’m just not sure if this podcast is one for them to host.
-
ettsie wMiss AshleyI know Ashley can’t do all the things and be all the amazing podcast hosts. I loved Rasha and Yvette’s podcast they did about their family history/the black dahlia but this is really hard to follow along with on supernatural and I end up zoning out. Still a good story line.

Amc765Adore this show and the new hosts!Love the new hosts, I do have some feedback, and I love the show. Just listened to the new episode, and as a social worker, it gave me not the greatest feeling. Our jobs are so hard, and we love all the families we work with. The mother and grandmother were doing the best they could with what they had, and it was also clearly not a safe place for children to be and it was not ok to keep children there. As social workers, we do consider the spiritual - our biggest concern is if that spiritualism is causing harm or not. I once had a young client who told me they saw angels. They were well-adjusted and her angels gave them comfort, so it wasn’t something that needed further treatment. We never ever want to separate children from their families, and if children are suffering to the point of hospitalization and the grownups in the house are working through things but aren’t in a place where they can make sure the kiddos are safe, then children absolutely need to be moved somewhere safe. I hope that more research is done about the type of work we do, and what our education entails. Keep up the good work on the show - I have enjoyed every episode. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have questions about the discipline of social work. Happy to provide pro-bono guidance!

nansee8Enjoy this podcastAshley -I love listening to your podcast!!!
-
DillonBrumDisappointedI loved Supernatural when it originally aired and was excited to see it was coming back. But the hosts are so bad it’s hard to listen to. They sound like they’re reading a bedtime story to a 4 year old. Revitalizing this show without Flowers just seems like a money grab.
-
ghshrrgeLove this shows but…The new host are alright but I want more murder mysteries, unexplained, unknown and such I feel the alien stuff is starting to cloud things up I like the way they tell the story but down take forever doing it it would be great if y’all posted more often aswell SUGGESTION for being from the south And born in Louisiana pls add a rugaru story in and bring attention to more stuff like that and maybe some stuff about mysterious places people are found Yours truly, W.

Carl V W DI’m tryingI really liked this podcast in the before times , but this new iteration is lacking , from the revamping of the theme music to these new hosts and the valley girl speak , just not feeling it .
-
michigansterPlease have Ashley host!So disappointing that Ashley Flowers will not be the voice on this podcast. Not a fan of the 2 new hosts. The storytelling is off. Please make an announcement if Ashley (or even Delia) start hosting. I’d be love to listen, but just can’t .
-
monica292929929It’s decentI want to like this podcast. They seem to be on the verge of a laugh, getting ready to tell us the punchline.
-
NPR MixerGreat show!I love their voices— so distinct, peppy, and intelligent. Similar to Ashley Flowers- who has the perfect podcast voice.
-
AnnDe MaRieNew hostsI like the new hosts, gives the same vibe as Ashley and Brit!
-
DasbuttocksSad that it has changedI loved Supernatural with Ashley. With the new hosts it sounds more like people reading a children’s book to a Kindergarten class instead of the cool, moody vibe it previously had. I hate to unsubscribe, but I can’t listen to it.
-
minketchHosts are terribleThe two new hosts do not have a good radio voice. Very hard to listen to.
-
Jackel86Let’s get Ashley backBig fan of the show and I’ve heard most of the episodes but I’ve been noticing new hosts. I’m pretty sure they’re good but it’s just not clicking for me for So Supernatural. Let’s get Ashley back hosting the episode episodes.
-
KaylaJo95Just not the sameI LOVEDDDD the original show. I don’t have anything against the new hosts it’s just not the same podcast. It had such a different feel and mood when Ashley was the host. I simply don’t like how the new hosts tell the stories. You can tell they are 100% reading a script and that they aren’t into the topics. I understand Ashley not having the band with for this show but then why re-start it. I’d rather re-listen to the old episodes than the new ones. It’s just not working.
-
VBall13 97So disappointedThe show has gone downhill with the new hosts, this used to be my favorite audiochuck show. The hosts seem nice, but absolutely not the right fit to tell these kinds of stories. Will no longer be listening.
-
Ashley’s biggest fanPretty GoodThe new hosts are ok, they are good though. But I MISS YOU ASHLEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Ironlady7Tone is OffI loved the original Supernatural with Ashley Flowers because she was able to maintain the mysterious tone. Though the new hosts are sweet and kind, it does not take you to a mysterious, haunted frame of mind. This is more like a documentary than a presentation of facts that demand further exploration or imagination.
-
tucker&jackmomReally disappointingI thought this was narrated by Ashley Flowers??
-
LucemfereThe quality has gone downhillNot a fan of the last few episodes where the research is done by looking at online chat rooms. Really. What’s next? Asking your neighbors for their opinions?
-
Ally_jeanBadI honestly believe the women hosting this show are so incredibly sweet but their cadence and tone is better suited for children’s books or happy topics. Like so much giggling and laughing and lightheartedness for spooky topics. It just doesn’t work.
-
Princess-ZeldaUsed to love…Unfortunately the cadence of the dialogue really takes me out of the moment. Doesn’t have the same charm as the original.
-
Debbydebby5Love it! I’m a believer!Definitely makes you think. Personally I have had MANY unexplained things and visits. And so has many family members. On a variety of family get togethers we have discussed…. The strange occurrences have been happening for decades, generations haha I guess we are a weird and creepy family!! ;)
-
SeitanisgoodGarbageI love hearing adds every four seconds.
-
Jessay231HostsWell one more time! I really can’t with the news hosts It sounds like some educational pbs show the way they speak not a spooky show. I really can’t get past it and have not been listening . I think I gotta unsubscribe. The vibes are just sllll wrong with the way they talk. It’s just cringy.
-
Leenie_105So disappointed :/I thought it would be Ashley hosting. I can’t take the dynamic of these two hosts and Rasha’s voice makes it impossible to listen to. Sorry
-
Maybe 🩷❤️🩵12;SpookyI have a love for all things creepy and weird I’ve seen some pretty creepy podcasts but this one takes the cake I love to listen to this podcast when I’m on a road trip and need something to do.
-
DetriexYeah…noThis show lost me when it tried to say with a straight face that certain urban legends and conspiracy theories were true… the Salem witch trials episode is especially abhorrent for even suggesting that the victims of the tragedy actually were practicing witchcraft, and whimsically comparing them to modern cottagecore TikTok “witches.” Like… that is not it.
-
Just_one_listenerCome back AshleyPlease Ashley pleaseee we are begging you… please share these stories from your own voice again. This was my literal FAVORITE podcast and the new hosts have completely ruined it for me. I can’t even get into an episode before turning it off and finding something else to listen to. It feels like I’m getting read to in kindergarten when I try to listen now. Anyways, please.. PLLLLLEASE COME BACK!!!!!!!!!!!
-
AdrianSanSanObsessed❤️🔥
-
jljj80Okay.The women are nice, I’m sure. But their voice doesn’t gel with the topics discussed. They seem like they’re reading scary stories to 11 year old children. They need more of a foreboding tone to their voices. It kind of drives me crazy.
-
JT WarrenJaxx1026Just can’t get into the new host. Really not the same without Ashley.
-
Bigvic6615934$So supernaturalI keep listening to try to give so supernatural a good and fair chance I have heard all of Ashley flower’s episodes and have no problem with them I actually enjoy the topics she would talk about but the new host I can’t say the same they’re talking about Visio games now? Where’s the hauntings the cryptic and out of this world story’s it’s just keeps getting worse
-
Cat999Sorry, nopeI know they are trying hard but I just don’t think the new hosts are a good fit. This podcast just isn’t the same without Ashley Flowers. It’s a shame because this has been one of my favorites.
-
autshiGrow up if you can’t deal with the change of hosts. Can’t believe how many entitled Karens there are giving the podcast one star because they miss Ashley as a host. Grow up and get over yourselves. You’re not entitled to anything and it’s so disrespectful to give a good podcast one star just because you’re upset that Ashley is no longer hosting.
-
LucyBumpkinJust not the same 😫I love an Ashley Flowers collab. Guest on a show are awesome. Although I do appreciate the sister to sister banter it’s just not Ashley. It’s almost a tease for her to do the intro and then just disappear. I may still listen here and there but it’s not what I thought was subscribing to again. Just missing all the spooky undertones and passionate vibes.
-
duncmonkeyDifferent nowI listened to this podcast religiously when Ashley was telling the stories, but it just isn’t the same without her. No one can tell a story quite like her.
-
Natasha_noirBait and SwitchI love Ashley Flowers but this felt like a bait and switch. The hosts she has telling the story sound like they are speaking to children and I just can’t listen. Loved the original season with Ashley, but just can’t get in to this show with the new hosts. It feels really dumbed down and too enthusiastic. Doesn’t match the content.
-
TMcLachlinI have listened to every episode.I loved this show. Five stars. The new hosts just don’t have the voice for it. They smile all the way through and it’s just not as camp fire ghost story or historically interesting. It’s very cutesy. Like we are having more of a giggle. I’m sure they are both very talented but this isn’t the right cast for this show. Casting is a talent. Unfortunately I cannot listen anymore.

hjharkinsRoot of Evil hooked me, now this relieves me with fantasyI knew I recognized those voices! If you haven’t listened to Root of Evil, you’re missing out on the most heartfelt family true crime documentaries ever recorded. As a multiracial adoptee myself, Root of Evil was like dipping a toe into the questions I’ve always wanted to ask my bio fam. This story and the love that resonates and pushes through the darkness that could have ruined so many more lives, I applaud and thank both of these brave women for opening a window into their intimate relationships with family while discovering the macabre, horrible, cruel and evil that lurked behind every new turn. You are all so wonderful and encouraging, your mother was a beautiful soul that balanced these heavy hardships so resiliently. ❤️ That being said, I’m so glad that Ashley Flowers shares the fantastical world of supernatural phenomena with Yvette and Rasha! They deserve the fun in this podcast for sure! I love listening and deep diving into these theories and cryptids 🌟🎧👽👻👹
-
Stortygal3Love Ashley Flowers Podcasts !I’m so glad Ashley is doing Supernatural again. I listened to some other podcasts but couldn’t find anyone as good as her. Some podcasters used a lot of foul language or chit chatted with their cohosts about things unrelated to the topic. I find this very unprofessional and annoying. I also find her voice pleasant to listen to and it doesn’t put me to sleep. Put simply, I just like her style.
-
HudineePoorly researched & exploitative podcastThe Salem witch trials occurred before the formation of the United States. Betty Parris, Abigail Williams, Anne Putnam Jr, Elizabeth Hubbard, Mary Walcott, Mercy Lewis, and Mary Warren are the accusers of Salem witchcraft which led to trials and executions. Suggesting the victims were witches is absurd, disrespectful, and exploitative. Supernatural was a much better show than So Supernatural.
