    A self-realization experience
This was shared by my best friend. At first I didn’t see myself in the HSP discussion, but the further into it I listened, the more little hints I found. Then came the BIG BULLSEYE!!! It’s a fantastic podcast. Thank you!!!

    Life changing podcast!
Sharing an overdue thank you to Julie, Willow, and community for your empowering messages and shares of how you've overcome obstacles as HSPs! Incredibly supportive, valuable, and practical. Listening to your podcast for two years now has truly helped me better understand and accept myself with compassion, and I've eagerly shared episodes with family and friends to help raise awareness of the wonderful gift of high sensitivity!

Just what I was hoping to find!
I love this show so much! The widsom, insight, and compassionate manner in which it is delivered is like a total healing balm to me. I am so glad that I found this podcast and hope that it sticks around. I listen to it while I'm relaxing for bed and since I've been doing this, I am far more relaxed and my sleep is the best I've ever had in years. It is because of the positive messages that soothe me and helps me to immerse myself in a peaceful state. So thank you to the hosts for following the tug upon your hearstrings to do this I'm sure there are many others that are benefiting from time and effort that you put into each episode! Bravo!!!

    Life changing
Before discovering that I was an HSP and this podcast, I had almost given up on therapy. I had therapist after therapist that didn’t seem to know how to help me with my anxiety and didn’t really get it. I kept feeling frustrated and kept wondering if I’m just crazy for having a lot of anxiety which would turn into depression sometimes. This podcast has completely changed my view of myself, my life, and my past in a way that is so positive and productive. I know it’s not a replacement for actual therapy but understanding more about myself now has helped me gain confidence and listen to my body’s needs so that I can show up my best self with my family and at work. I have the confidence to ask for and take what I need to be grounded. Thank you, Julie!

    Highlighting our HSP layers
I am so appreciative of Julie and Willow for dedicating their lives to uplifting and empowering the highly sensitive community. They are guiding lights 🌟 for all of us to step into our magic and truly soar as the amazingly gifted individuals that we are. These podcasts cover many intriguing topics surrounding the HSP experience in a world that is not designed for us. And yet, despite the challenges we face, we’re always offered supportive tools and a community to lean on. There is an even greater emphasis on our superpowers and the ways we can use them to create a more beautiful and tender world. So much love, radiance and courage emanating from these two beings and their inspiring guests. ❤️ ❤️

    Intentional, Inclusive, and Heart-Warming
I found this podcast a couple months back as I was trying to learn more about being an HSP. After listening to several of Julie’s episodes, it honestly feels like I am heard when I listen and I am getting that warm, emotional hug we all need when we feel misunderstood in a modern world that moves so fast! More importantly, I love how inclusive she is to other identities as well. Amazing work, Julie! Keep up the incredible work!

    Helping me in 2021
I found this podcast after hearing about HSPs for the first time last month and realizing I was one. I feel like I’ve gone through 20 yrs of therapy in 1 month, everything makes so much more sense in life now. Listening to Julie and Willow has been a wonderfully calming and supportive aid for me in processing this information and helping me make positive changes in my life. Thank you!

So much appreciation for this community!
Until about a year and a half ago I had never heard of HSP. As soon as I learned about it from a documentary I felt so many clicks regarding my whole life. The more I listen to these episodes, the more I feel so much joy and understanding about who I am. I wish I had someone in my life when I was young who understood this and helped me grow with the knowledge and understanding I have now. What matters is I have it now from this entire community and am grateful beyond words. Thank you Julie, Willow and everyone here. 🙏😊

    Feeling seen/Healing found
After a recent diagnosis of HSP, I went to search for podcasts that could help me further understand my trait, and be in community with others that are doing their inner work, which elevates this trait as a super power. This podcast is gentle, informative, mindful and totally thought-provoking (which HSPs can always appreciate) I am so glad I found this podcast on my journey towards thriving, and being in relationship with my overwhelms. Thank you. THANK YOU!!!

Have been lost inside my sensitive empath soul.
You don’t know what you have been missing until you find the something that speaks your language. I have been on a long journey searching for my self love and strength and non reactivity. Through my husbands suicide the awakening began and through a pandemic parenting a highly evolved sensitive boy the biggest , darkest heaviest energy brought me to my knees and straight to you. My knowing said order the HSP book and child. And look for a nee podcast for your walks and you and willow spoke to me about protecting your energy and it was like holes of my soul began to be filled with your knowledge which started to repair my light. How can i ever thank you enough. I am breaking this cycle and stigma for myself and now my child

    Is being an HSP genetic?
Hi Julie, I wondered if you could talk about your understanding of whether you believe that being an HSP/empath/etc., can be passed down in generations? My mother is an HSP/empath—I am as well, and I am noticing characteristics in my 2 1/2 year old son. Thoughts?

ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS I HAVE EVER HEARD!
Until listening to this incredible podcast, I had no idea I am a High Sensation Seeking Highly Sensitive Person (HSS HSP) - this amazing podcast helped me figure this out, which is SO important and something I had never heard discussed. Not only does this podcast provide helpful information, but also tools, and incredible meditations, all contained by such a beautiful soul of a host, Julie (sometimes with her amazing co-host Willow!) ... Whether you are a Highly Sensitive Person or know someone who is (which is very likely) it is worth checking out this wonderful show as you are bound to learn something wonderful and entertaining! THANK YOU JULIE FOR ALL YOU DO!!!

    Just... wow
I have listened to four podcasts in the last couple weeks. I didn’t know I was an HSP until a few weeks ago and it has changed so much in my world, like a weight lifted off my shoulders. The podcasts I’ve listened to so far have hit home. Tears. Emotion. I keep thinking yes yes yes! I understand and this IS normal. Thank you both for doing these. 🙏🏼😇😇🙏🏼

    Safe haven
I am so happy to have stumbled into this podcast. Listening to this has enlightened my self being. We are in a state of unknowns and the world as we know it; has completely changed. As an HSP; it’s been very hard to cope with all the turmoil that’s been happening . The struggles of trying to separate yourself from feeling the deep sorrow of what every human being is going through. Just for a moment, listening to this podcast; has given me a safe haven from what seems to be a harsh world. It gives me a sense of self nourishment and the validation that I’m ok and that everything will be ok. Thank you for the great work and making us all feel; that we’re all understood nor alone.
