Also, I just love how straightforward Danny is with his information and how relevant it is to the current information, or “misinformation”, that society is pushing out through social media. Danny is not just a good myth buster, but he has the research/knowledge to back it up.

xusnrnI loved Episode with Dr. Mike Israetel!!!Hi, just listen to the episode aired on February 21 and it was probably the funniest episode. I have heard on any podcast ever. Dr. Mike really just broke it down for women with their Silly fears of that minimal fat gain 3 pounds!!! Lol) in order to achieve their physique goals and get muscle growth. I was hiking and coming to the end of my 9 mile hike and this episode had me laughing as I was very tired and trying to stay focused on just finishing. I am an avid listener already and hope to sign up for coaching one on one at some point in the future when I am able to get access to each gym in order to cut body fat and get me into better shape as I get older. Thank you Danny for providing this wonderful resource for women my age (50 years old fyi). ~Rita RN

AshleyECOOne of the Best Podcasts & People!I have been following Danny for some time now on social media (about 6 months) and continue to take his advice to heart, let alone share with multiple family members for quick, daily reminders of how to optimize health and performance. I discovered his podcast today (not sure how I just found it), and I’m already hooked. It is so great to listen to his advice in comparison to just scrolling and seeing (his social medial is great, nonetheless). I woke up and planned on a quick 2 mile walk while plugging in to a 30 min podcast…2 hours later I’m 6 miles in and still listening to podcast #3! Danny makes advice for health/fitness approachable, easy, and HE is motivating! I recommended these podcasts for anyone who is seeking information and/or motivation on how to better their understanding of health and generate steps toward an actionable plan of optimizing physical and mental health!

I have burnt out on the other health/fitness podcasts since the content becomes stagnant, but Danny’s approach to health and fitness and his delivery of information keeps things interesting. I love the variety of guests he has on the show, and his direct discussions about overall health and wellness. In particular, the episode on “mistakes holding female lifters back” was excellent and one of the few female specific podcast episodes, in general, that I felt was actually helpful, applicable and wasn’t dumbed down to “women are just different and have cycles.” Thanks for great informative and digestible content!
