I like Joe’s relaxed style of interviewing. He really gets the artists to open up. This podcast is a good complement to Rockonteurs with Guy Pratt and Gary Kemp. They have some of the same artists (e.g. David Coverdale, Peter Frampton, Paul Stanley, and Steve Van Zandt) but there is not much overlap in the conversations. Would be cool if Joe had Guy and Gary on his podcast and he appeared on Rockonteurs.

I really like the podcast…but, the amateurish sounding audio qualities test my patience, and, may lead me to drop the show from my favored listening list.

It’s So disappointing about those commercials smack dab in middle of syllable of conversation. Annoying !!

This is really good and I’m not sure why I’m surprised. These interviews are more than compelling. They also go places where I think other interviewers simply can’t go because Joe brings so much to the conversation. This is fantastic and I have a lot of episodes to listen to now that I have discovered this. So grateful for this podcast 🤘❤️🙏

I barely heard of Joe except that he is a great guitar player. Started looking into him and discovered this podcast. I’ve been listening to all episodes back to back. Great vibe to the show and he’s a great personality and interviewer. Since listening I’ve been really getting into his music and realize what I’ve been missing.

The Steve Lukather interview was a riot! Raw, informative and entertaining. Joe does a terrific job of interviewing by asking good questions and staying out of the way as his guests explain their views. He gets his guests to be honest and unfiltered.

I look forward to Joe someday hosting Richie Kotzen. Then doing an album together, then a tour. Hint hint

Joe is a tremendously gifted interviewer with a natural ability to bring out the best in his guests. Add to that his ability to land major music icons for his show and you’ll find yourself basking in classic music sweetness. The rapport is palpable and the vibe is awesome. Highly recommended.
