Katie-and-MattMy Favorite Health & Fitness PodcastJordan provides incredibly well-researched and practical advice/information about so many different aspects of health and fitness. He’s a go-to trusted source for me amidst all the garbage and click-baity content out there.
-
NygmorcalInformative and well balancedJordan’s podcast is one of the best in the fitness and nutrition space. His information is evidence based but also informed by practice.
-
Nicole AgostinoExcellent education!Excellent guest speakers & solo episodes, unpacking the latest research & trends of the industry. I learn so much from Jordan!
-
Plush Ranch WifeEpisode with Nick NorwitzExcellent breakdown on LMHR (lean mass hyper responders) and high LDL. When Nick talked over my non scientific head, Jordan put it in a context that the average person could grasp. I appreciate the content and look forward to checking out his previous episodes.

FeGalvezFitness PsychologistJordan is like a fitness psychologist. He addresses the things we tell ourselves, or commonly held beliefs about fitness and diet culture bringing forth what is true and science-based not opinions or trends. He gives context of what trade offs are needed and is flexible to adapt to your lifestyle, time constraints and etc. He will be compassionate but also realistic about what is possible depending on the effort you are willing to give. I am one month into his group coaching and am finding it a wonderful value. The form checks were what sold the membership for me. The podcast is icing on the cake so the nerd in me can geek out on all things fitness through Jordan’s thorough, clear and candid communication style.
-
SarahM223Best health fitness pod!Really enjoy Jordan’s balance of what is “optimal” and “practical”. I appreciate Jordan’s knowledge about the science and evidence but also his ability to remain in touch with real people in real life trying to get healthy.
-
williambrodnerOne of my favorites!Jordan is an incredible podcast host who has a talent for giving life-changing lessons. I follow his group programming as well, and it’s great to hear him cover a wide range of topics on fitness and nutrition. What I love most is how he simplifies even the toughest concepts without being pretentious, while still addressing the nuances and context behind them. His clear and thoughtful explanations really resonate with me. I highly recommend both his podcast and his program to anyone looking for guidance!
-
LMB312Fave podcast!Long time follower and listener here.. I really love Jordan’s approach to fitness/nutrition/overall health and well being. His podcast is super informative and gets into the nitty gritty as needed, but also provides a really palatable perspective and gives the listener actionable take home points. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, this podcast is 100% worth a listen. Such great content! Oh and Jordan is an excellent interviewer and no matter who is on the podcast, it’s an engaging listen. Solo q&a episodes are awesome too! Def worth your time to listen and subscribe!
-
Madi_marie14Topics are on pointI’ve been listening to Jordan for over a year now. I have always found his content to be helpful! Being a vegetarian for almost 20 years, it was a breath of fresh air to listen to the episode with Dr Matt. I have never pushed my eating choices on anyone else and it was nice to hear a dr simply share the research. Thank you Jordan for helping to keep the plant based conversation going and your willingness to support different lifestyles.
-
erins2011Highly recommend!Jordan is an amazing podcast host. I also follow his group programming, and it’s nice to be able to hear him talk about various topics and fitness and nutrition, including guests and Q&A’s. Jordan is great at explaining even difficult topics, but does not make complex situations black-and-white and always make sure to highlight any nuances and context. I really appreciate this approach to fitness and nutrition. I am a huge fan of the podcast as well as the program, I encourage you to try both!
-

-
Alyson_lathiaMy go to podcast for fitness/health!What i particularly enjoy about this podcast and coach j’s content in general, is it’s extremely digestible and balanced! He breaks down topics in the fitness/health realm that you can easily get lost in and makes you understand the WHY behind it all and allows you to make the best informed decision for your own journey and goals! Shout out homebodies 🤘🏼
-
Vf99My fav!The best podcast out there. I take so much away each episode. Big fan!

shrink on the goCan’t recommend Jordan enoughI remember the first time I found Jordan on IG. It felt like I could finally take a deep breath—it was so immediately obvious how sane, clear, and balanced his approach to fitness is. *This* is an approach that someone could do for the long haul. I’ve been doing his group program for 6 months, but it was his podcast that got me to really buy into his ways of doing things—it’s fantastic for going deeper into super relevant topics. I trust his approach and, as a medical professional/article nerd, I really appreciate how evidence based he is. Keep going, Jordan!!!
-
cayleehazelAwesome Info!Jordan’s podcast is my all time favorite podcast and has been for about a year now! He’s always straight to the point, insanely knowledgeable, and I love the way he breaks down what would otherwise be confusing topics for the average person. Jordan is truly a breath of fresh air in the fitness industry and cuts through all of the nonsense while giving you the science backed truth. Not only is his content top notch, but his training program is one like no other. I recently joined and you can tell he puts his everything into what he does which I feel is hard to come by these days. Overall, Jordan seems like he’s a genuine, awesome person and it definitely shows!
-
RomamathteacherGreat podcastsSo glad I found this podcast earlier. Wonderful content & a great way to convey this information.
-
betsyarthur5Episode 213 soo goodLoved this episode. I track, just protien and cals but it really helps me maintain. I’m so bad at eating intuitively because I grew up in the days of atkins and low carb and naturally go very low carb when I’m not tracking and tracking helps me eat a more balanced diet with enough carbs and not ocerding that fat. The low carb high fat diets were just ground into my brain at a youngish age and it’s really hard to get away from. This helped normalize tracking long term and stop the “I shouldn’t be tracking anymore.” So good!
-
ChristamainiumLove this podcast!I appreciate the science and studies behind Jordan’s episodes. I also like how (for example in this body recomp podcast) he talks about whether or not the results will be worth the time and effort that you put in. “Is the juice worth the squeeze” as Jordan likes to say. As someone with 4 kiddos and limited gym time I appreciate this perspective and think of this often when I am trying to figure out what will give me the best results and what do I have the mental bandwidth and time for. Excellent episode! Great podcast all together!
-

-
Ben'7676Actually useful 👍Jordan presents a fun and useful perspective on fitness that really translates into real world life. He’s not selling supplements, not interviewing guests that are selling supplements - this is actual advice that can apply to 99% of us. Did I say fun? I look forward to this podcast every week.
-

RunsammyrunIncredible Info! This is the only podcast that I have notifications turned on for! Every … single … episode is an enlightening journey into broad and niche topics of health, fitness, nutrition, and mental health. Tons of incredible information that I feel guilty consuming this for free. No matter if it’s a Jordan only episode or one where he interviews an awesome guest, they’re jammed packed with all the knowledge boosting goodies and he makes it entertaining too!
-
A. GlasserEvidence-based information with a fun flairJordan provides solid information in an approachable, nonjudgmental way. Jordan never talks down to his listener; rather, he is supportive, encouraging and relatable. I love this podcast and cannot believe how much free content Jordan produces. What a gem.

K31.5Coach JordanI’ve been listening to Jordan’s podcasts for years now . He always backs up his information with science so his podcasts are my go to when I want answers on any topic . They are very informative and help navigate all of the nonsense that’s out there in the fitness world . I’ve also had the pleasure of having him as both my 1:1 coach and group coach . He’s literally the best of the best .
-
Movethenoxmam164One of the good onesMost fitness / nutrition podcasts are by Insta “influencers” trying to make a quick buck by spouting nonsense while trying to sell bogus products and programs. Jordan is one of the small percentage of good guys with factual and practical information. Wish I had found him sooner.
-
AlmostFitFoodieWhere you meet a better you…As a nutrition coach, a certified personal trainer, and also a client, I can promise you that everything you need to know about losing fat, building muscle, and becoming more fit can be found in this podcast. Jordan has the ability to teach and share his brilliance in a way that is never condescending and is always is clear, logical, motivating, and empowering. I will be forever grateful for all that I have learned and continue to learn from him. He is truly a rock solid foundation of truth and sanity in a world full of sandy falsehoods and misinformation.
-
@clazJordan builds confidence for those looking for it!Thank you for producing a great informative podcast. I’m a 45 year old mom of 4, who was raised in the era of Kate Moss. Thanks to Jordan and his insightful work I no longer chase skinny. I have followed him along my 3 year journey and build some serious strength along the way! Jordan has helped to transform my mind and outlook on what true health is.
-
DenverAnna87Great content on every platformJordan’s educational material on this podcast and IG are evidence based but also practical and down to earth. Some of the best health content online today.
-
@heytiffanymcreeOne of the BESTSo thankful for Jordan Lips and this podcast in particular. I have learned SO much.
-
Eastwest21So many great nuggets of informationI swear sometimes I think Jordan’s in my brain. A fitness issue pops up into my head, and boom—it’s discussed in his latest podcast. He has brought truth and reality to the fitness sphere unapologetically. His guests always bring something to the table that I can learn from. He explains his reasons for why he programs the way he does (yes, I follow his fitness program) in a way that is understandable and not nuanced. I’m an older client who has made great strides in my fitness since finding Jordan. My #1 podcast I listen to!
-
ApprvwGreat information!Just listened to if you gain weight every time you stop tracking. I listened to it twice in 24 hours. This was truly helpful information and advice I needed to hear. I hope it sinks into my brain. lol. Excited to listen to more.
-
Jamie___lynn__mAmazing guestsI’m a new listener and listened to the episode on gut health with adrian and minimal training with Bryan and really enjoyed the content! Usually I get bored with basic info I’ve heard a million times being in ex science but I appreciate the fresh topics you cover with your guests! Thank you!
-
Daniel MatrangaI love learning from JordanI really enjoy learning from Jordan’s podcasts. This is as a trainer whose been in the game over 10 years. He’s a great communicator. Danny M
-
ameliafriend04Great ContentI’ve followed jordan on Instagram for quite some time, so I decided to check out the podcast. I really enjoyed the convo and the info, but the swearing was excessive. (Like so many F bombs in a single episode) I’m coming to learn, and while it is indicated as explicit, and I don’t expect to be college style lecture, it’s really excessive for this genre. I understand I can choose not to listen, but it’s kind of sad that I have to miss out because of the language.
-
lindapriceMy favorite podcastTopics are always interesting. Jordan’s practical approach forces you to zoom out and focus on the big picture. Also he brings humor to the discussion!
-
ksarahzGut healthExcellent episode with Dr. Chavez. So much great information. Thank you!
-
CPawlikowskiGut Health EpisodeI frequently listen to this podcast but this episode in particular really resonated with me. There are so many practical take always! Recently, it feels like almost everyone that I follow on IG is doing some kind of gut health protocol - literally to the point where I’ve started to wonder if I have some of these issues too and should I be doing some of these protocols. These days, episodes like this one are a rare find - evidence and research based discussions from health/fitness professionals. Definitely worth your time to listen to this.
-
Jaime1234578Best fitness podcastJordan is a wealth of knowledge. I enjoy how he makes fitness doable for the average person.

egrimsley3Two thumbs upWhat I like about Jordan is he actually takes the time to respond to you on Instagram, etc. even if you aren’t an app user. Taking time out of his day to respond to random folks online is always impressive to me and shows their dedication to helping others at no cost.
