CarolineL911The only podcast that actually helps you train dogs!I own a dog walking and pet sitting company in Sarasota, FL . I noticed so many of my clients have poorly trained or bad behaviors. It was not fun taking care of them in the beginning. I decided to attempt to train the dogs when I was walking them or while doing an overnight dog sit. I haven’t taken any “formal dog training certifications” since I’ve had good results training my own pets. However, ever since listening to the advice and tips that Will explains in his podcasts aIve improved my training abilities and it makes it easier to explain the process to the dog owner. The way he speaks in his podcasts and the psychology behind the process, makes understanding the steps to training wayyyy easier than other outlets out there. I’m usually out walking dogs during the day so I’m unable to watch a YouTube video on this topic . Will explains very clearly and in a way that’s easy to understand without having to see a visual. In addition, I learned about Fear Free through this podcast and became certified as a pet professional (the only dog walker and sitter in Sarasota, FL I might add!) Thankyou Dog Training Today for being an inspiration to my new business. I will continue to learn more everyday. - Caroline

After hours and hours of scrolling through social media and google, I Finally found a dog trainer/behavorist that ACTUALLY offers FREE , detailed information on DOG BEHAVIOR in an understandable, entertaining way (that’s also scientifically accurate). Will also offers SOLID , LEGIT training advise. Most dog “experts “ don’t offer anything constructive for free; it’s all about the “hook & lure”. Social Media is loaded with these trainers. Will’s podcast is an absolute must for all dog owners. And don’t miss a single episode!

SailorGirl1990Love this show with Will!I have two reactive pups. One had been starting to act really differently and I wrote a question one day during his podcast. He suggested I get my boy into a vet ophthalmologist as soon as I could. My vet got me a referral, and sure enough, he’s in early stages of retinal degeneration in one eye. Thanks to extra early intervention I’m working with a blind dog trainer who has been helping me adjust certain things and provide lots of different enrichment and activities, as well as keeping him comfortable. Since then, I’ve heard Will give lots of great advice and try to integrate into our lives for both pups. Thank-you!!

trishiriyeOne of the BEST dog podcasts!Will offers great insights and advice on training and behavior…Don’t bother with all the BALANCED trainers who may have tons of followers and likes but who rely on e collars to teach dogs what NOT to do. Will teaches dogs what TO DO instead of what NOT to do and he has a very straightforward way of teaching dogs how to make better choices and teaches people how to be better dog guardians.
