Gay StephanieIt’s so hard to say goodbyeThank you so much for these 154 episodes. They truly got me through so much of the pandemic and I’m so excited to see what you have in store next. I also wouldn’t mind musical interludes in the second iteration of the pod :-)

Nick Name 🫡🫡🫡 !!!Perfect!I literally don’t need to read books because Chase recites all of the most inspiring quotes from every book. 10/10.

sourceristaA beacon for irrelevant but completely relevant synchronicityHow funny that the day I was listing to “Composed” thinking, finally- “I need to give it a rate/review. I WILL give it a rate/review.” Was the episode Chase laughed to herself as she mentioned for listeners to subscribe, rate, etc… and then said “nobody does it anyway”. If my conviction to do so wasn’t strong already, ironically this statement is what sealed the deal for me- to struggle a bit through my podcast app and figure out how to do this. But I am here, I made it. It’s happening. Thank you for your service in helping that woodpecker. The shell story? The timing of that message in relation to my life was impeccable. This has happened more than once listening to your podcast as of late. I am a fairly new listener, too. The Secret Garden - truly the best book/story of all time imo. This podcast is about everything and nothing all at the same time. It’s profoundly comical and comforting. And maybe it along with Chase is something extra familiar for people that grew up with that fun see-through land line phone (as pictured on podcast cover). Keep it up. You are ABSOLUTELY appreciated.

urguyyywith lovei’m writing this with love, but…the composed hive has not been eating good in ‘24. We miss our queen & quite honestly, we’re losing composure.
-
xoiynChase is a geniusIncredibly insightful pod about everyday life

David_from_NY“That’s affirmative”I love this podcast. Chase is a very compelling storyteller, who can make finding sandalwood candles at Marshall’s fascinating and dare I say sublime. And she works on multiple levels. There’s the surface level of her day to day experiences, supported by a layer of intrigue and suspense, with an ADDED layer (at no extra charge) of profundity. Can comedy about the mundane actually entertain AND enlighten? Composed is here with an emphatic “that’s affirmative”.
-
Carlos Antonio the 3rdEasy listening and funnyGreat podcast. It’s like…she explains her day very well. Just wish it was louder. My hearings not great, so it’s like…when listening in the car, sometimes I’m like “huh?”
-
kenfremerThe other reviewer is right, you should see Barbie.Chase is effortlessly funny in a world of people who are trying too hard. A welcome delight.
-
First time caller 666Go see BarbieGreat pod, love the basketball banter and Chase can make any story interesting, but she really needs to go see Barbie and this was my only way to tell her
-
nickyname1227Light and funnyA nice bit of brevity in my week. I laugh out loud during every episode. When she’s late releasing one for the week, I go back and listen to older ones I have never heard, and while she’s always been funny, you can definitely hear the growth from then to now.

damian9203SO goodThis podcast has quickly become my favorite. I love her vibe and think she is one of the funniest people ever. I love how she sees the beauty and humor in what some would consider the dullest of things. I’m obsessed. HUGE fan.
-
Suzie_KateExceptional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The sax break was, in fact, exactly what I needed.

LesLydia76So much Chase gratitudeThis is my first ever pod review and I love Chase so much. I’ve started at the beginning and I’m on ep. 26 and already worried about catching up to the most current eps. You’re really the best. Do you like how I’m writing about Chase and to Chase simultaneously?? (* sigh *Whatever …Chase voice)

s chaiChase Bernstein bought a planner, so I bought a planner. She’s the reason I bought a planner at Target and the only woman that can make me laugh (no offense *in chase voice*). For the love of god don’t stop the podcast. Been seeing a lot of my favs wind it down. I need to continue hearing about your banana chip addiction, grievances with the day designer planners + customer service, and want to see where your crock pot collab goes. 12/10 would recommend if you are a lady of substance & enjoy a good laugh from a smart lady. Keep them coming babe!

Sam🍦Rated, reviewed, and subscribed.Chase is my Tony Robbins. And when she misses a week, I go through the most intense hardships in my life withdrawing from her podcast.
-
Curtis BayHighly RecommendHot, fresh, sweet (did I mention hot?) Chase strongly recommends sugar tips. Little episode 95 reference. Listening to Chase feels like being on phone call with a close friend. I’d say it’s pretty light and humorous, but if you listen closely she scratches the surface on deeper thoughts and philosophy. You get the sense she’s on a journey of wellness but she never says so explicitly. I enjoy that natural conversation style.
-
davidb03brave strong resilientmy new favorite podcast , chase really takes you on the roller coaster of life. parking garages, weird bagels, dogs with hair, whatever; you really won’t believe it until you hear it and you won’t want anyone else guiding you
-
expertopinion444Upgrade your lifeI come running to listen to this podcast every Tuesday because I love it so much. The hardest weeks of my life have been the weeks Chase didn’t post new episodes so clearly there’s impact being made. I screamed in my car when I heard she was opening for a comedian I already had tickets to. So yeah, I did meet her & she’s just as great in person.

Ted Gretsky-Lurpiss“…No Offense.”Super dry. Super funny. Refreshingly a-political and petty in all the right ways.
-
CatyePalHelena, Please! This podcast is ridiculous and I cannot stop listening!
-

Simon Doom 4 Ever!!!Rejuvenate, Reevaluate, RelateChase, your calm, cool and collected advice and encouragement actually changed my lifestyle. The way you have with words, scaffolding timeframes for self care and creative resourcefulness as a practice of being within the moment while acknowledging distractions as opportunities for serendipitous appreciation is cherished by all who enjoy your artful approach to dreadful excitements

lovelyawkardgirlA Breath of Fresh Air in a Windowless RoomChase’s podcast is one of the things I look forward to most each week. I love listening to her hilarious and relatable podcast while doing the mundane tasks of life because it just makes it so much more fun. This podcast is one of my favorites. Hope I get to see her perform live one day!

Kira RachelIt’s poifectI love this pod! place that finally gives the minutiae of everyday life room to BREATHE.
-
dauphin717Why do some of my friends not listen to Chase Bernstein?Because when they do, they feel like they’re in the presence of Colin Robinson, the energy vampire. Not me!
-
KinfinIt’s just a lovely show!I think the title says it all and I’m not sure I can add much to the already glowing reviews, which is a lot of words just to say, this is truly a splendid podcast. It’s funny, but not gimmicky; it’s super relatable, but not in the usual way. For me it’s a perfect end of the day gem or an early morning walk with the dog sparkle. I used more words than intended in my little review, but it’s that kind of show, worth it.
-
19ccraig86Love itI love listening to this podcast. Like some of the other reviews said, I find it relaxing and fun, like talking with a friend. Chase tells the funniest stories...some the experiences are so relatable, like similar thoughts have gone through my head but I thought I was the only one and it feels good to know someone else has felt the same way. Like the story about starting off really friendly with a waiter at a restaurant and then having the food come out cold and the awkwardness of the situation. It makes me laugh and also makes me observe my life a little closer and notice all the funny and awkward things that happen every day. The podcast also inspires me to want to develop some good habits like getting up early and making time for meditation. And finally there are fun guests and stories about Helena the dog. Highly recommend!

mimiriziBest part of my TuesdayThis podcast is the soundtrack to my Tuesday morning routine. Absolutely hilarious, insightful, simple, giggles, random junk food history and why don’t restaurants put the full menu on the pamphlet. If you like Parmesan cheese, you’ll love this pod.
-
AliciamynameisalreadytakenRivetingRaw. Real. Riveting. Chase tackles the hard hitting issues and takes you where no other podcast host will go. .. but really this is hilarious:)
-
sindsayLove itThis podcast is great, I’m addicted. However do NOT listen if you’re on a juice cleanse. She talks about food a lot and everything sounds sooo good.
-
Wrockstarz22Must-See TVYou think you’ve seen it all and then you watch the Chase Bernstein podcast. Chase puts words to thoughts I didn’t even know I had. Unbelievable that she doesn’t have a Wikipedia page.
-

B TwinkleWhy are there other podcasts?I have been an avid podcast listener since Apple added them to iTunes in 2005. I was subscribed to about 4 dozen current podcasts when Chase Bernstein’s Composed came wafting onto the scene. A precious few moments into that first episode and I knew the podcast game had changed irrevocably. Halfway through that first “ep" (episode) I stopped walking around the paved loop at my local park; I took a dang seat on a freakin’ bench. I stayed perched on this park pew until I had devoured the entire 30 minutes and 2 seconds of pure pod pleasure. Shaken, I started both the episode again, my walk home, and a new chapter in my life. I have since unsubscribed from every other podcast, as they are no longer needed or necessary. I am not requesting you do the same to your queue, but after listening to Composed yourself, I believe you will come to the same decision.
-
Redtail808Love itI first heard Chase on the Yeah, But Still podcast and have been following ever since! So when I heard she was starting her own pod, I was excited. I find her to be very relatable to myself and my own personality so I look forward to listening every week. Hopefully in the future when we are able to attend events I would love to see a standup show.
-
thankskillaStep to my girlSaw Chase do stand up last year in NY, and have been giggling along to her Instagram ever since. The tone of her voice and pace of her stories is such a welcomed mix up from other podcasts I listen to. It’s like coffee with a friend. Can’t wait till she reads this thoughtful, heartfelt review and follows me back on IG. xoxo chet_allen_
