I can’t BELIEVE i haven’t left a review yet! Lasso cast is one of my favorite Ted podcasts. I’m not only sad Ted Lasso is (most likely) over I’m sad there will no longer be any more lasso cast to listen to. I love the dynamic between the Jonny, Sie and Kenny. I love listening to their different opinions and I personally love the bee in Kenny’s bonnet. All time favorite. Kenny gives me Jack Black/Tenacious D vibes (also a personal favorite.) I tend to save lasso cast pods for when I have a longer drives and each time I listen I’m reminded why I love the show so much. I hope they’ll consider doing a pod on the show shrinking because they’re great together and fun to listen to!

Hey there! I adore and appreciate this podcast. I don’t want Ted Lasso to end , 50% of the reason is because of you three. For me your podcast feels like an end of the week catch up with friends. There is no strict outline or time restraints which I love. Its organic conversation with insight on the show that I enjoy. I get excited when I get an alert that a new episode is out, especially when it’s 2hrs or more. I genuinely hope that when you are done with Ted Lasso, you do another pod cast all together. There is a great dynamic among the hosts and I always look forward to listening each week. I have 2 bees in my bonnet I’d like addressed: 1. Kenny - as I’m originally from Upstate NY it is pronounced”fokes” not “folx” :-) 2. In season 1 I’m disappointed you didn’t mention the Doc Brown impersonation/ joke Keep up the good work

This review is long overdue. I have been listening for awhile and realized how addictive it can be. It is the kind of podcast that makes you excited to see updated. The hosts are not just funny but super knowledgeable. Great guest interviews, funny games and catchy opening tune make this my favorite Ted Lasso Podcast. The fangirl in me got excited when hearing 2 of the hosts moved to NC recently. Everyone should definitely give this podcast a listen!!!

I listen to this podcast as religiously as I watch the show and have recommended it to friends and family. I’ve been listening to each episode of the podcast as soon as it’s released for every episode of the 2nd and 3rd seasons and can’t get enough (so I listened to all of the season 1 content too!). Such lovely hosts and wonderful thoughts on a wonderful show!

Laughing really loudly for no reason and “Let me Google that for you.”

With most podcasts, on my drive to work I can usually get pretty far into an episode. However, with this most recent episode (season 3 episode 1). They were still talking about the airport scene! They talked for ages about the Joe Biden Twitter picture— wondering what it was about, but by the time the show came out, we already knew— so that was a little frustrating. But ultimately I turned it off after the third time I heard them say something inaccurate. They honestly seem to be more concerned with having clever jokes than actually talking about the episode. I know they’re the “OG” podcast- as they kept saying— but I’d much rather listen to something by people who are more interested in analyzing the show than they are about trying to sound cool. Sorry guys! I’m sure you’re great people- you just aren’t for me.

I listened to this podcast after Season 2 to keep the Lasso love going. The three hosts are such a delight to listen to. I love their friendship. I’ve been anxiously awaiting the start of Season 3 and their latest episode brought a huge smile to my face to hear their voices again. Thank you!

I love the series and thought I’d enjoy listening insightful people discuss the series, but this is not that. The woman offers the most insight when discussing part of the episode I listened to (season 2, episode 12) and the men interrupt with mindless comments. “I want people to be happy with jobs as assistant managers!” What??? This is scripted tv, not your local Best Buy. Unfortunately, this podcast seems slow and offers nothing deep in its discussion of the series characters.

I love how this feels like you’re in the room having conversations with friends. I love the vibe of all the hosts, love Ted Lasso, and this is one of my new favorite podcasts!

First they say “let’s not cancel Nick Mohammed@ then, not 5 minutes later “let’s get rid of Dave Chappelle.” Get out of here. Your advocation of cancel culture is reprehensible and disgusting. Stick to the show.

I love this podcast, I love Jon and Siedah Rhoads and the Kenny Madison, and I of course I love Ted Lasso! Came across the podcast late in the game but I am all caught up and can’t wait for the new one each week! The podcast is highly entertaining and also informative; they pick up on some cool references that I may have missed along the way. The hosts of the podcasts are smart, funny and cool and the kind of folks with whine you’d like to grab a bite or drink (just not soup, sandwich or coffee). Five stars, indeed!!

So glad to have somewhere to continue my obsession with Ted lasso after the episode ends! Keep up the good work!

Favorite Review Podcast.

Three filmmakers on a podcast talking about a Apple Original. I was worried it was going to be focused more of the trade aspects of the industry. Instead, you’ve dialed it down to the content and let your inner child roam a bit. Kenny’s shenanigans are what I identify with the most after two episodes. I have never listened to Lonely Island, but getting periodically Rick Rolled is about the same. Jon and Sie .. I bet the humor doesn’t stop here with you two. I always wonder how a podcast with a couple turns out and you’ve answered that it’s really fun. I wish there was a way to comment per episode (you need the patreon) and also LassoCast gear would be rad or a sticker! So I’ll be back and on your Twitter. Chris in ABQ

So I made it to season 1 episode 8. I had to finally give up and delete this podcast. The primary hosts are interesting to listen to. I felt I subscribed and kept giving the show a chance to hear their feedback on the show. However I’m giving up because they consistently have the worst guest hosts on any podcasts ive ever listened too. I respect the fact that they might be new to this and will eventually find their stride in season 2. It also seemed to be a trend of the guests that are friends of host Kenny, who himself can be insufferable at times and seems to thrust himself as the quirky one of the group, it just comes across as too forced at times. Some of their guest hosts insight can be interesting but they very quickly take over the show with their own personal stories and not necessarily perspectives on the show. They often talk over the main hosts and it seems the show quickly unravels as everyone has their own timeline they want to follow. Guest hosts come across as that eager job applicant who’s trying too hard for a job during an interview and it just gets awkward. You made an interesting observation now calm down for a second a let the hosts dictate the flow of the podcast. We often spend 10 minutes on their uninteresting backgrounds. The show seems to often forget major scenes and bounces back and forth. Between Kenny’s long winded rants, constant use of the word “outstanding” and friends who he brings on the show quickly becomes dull and uninteresting. The quizzes at the end also shave off a good ten minutes of listening time.

It’s the podcast cast you didn’t know you needed but now can’t live without! It carries the spirit of Ted Lasso which we all can use! Love!

This is a fun little Podcast for those you LOVE Ted Lasso. The hosts are entertaining and nice… just like Ted Lasso. My only complaint are the games at the end of the episodes. These segments feel like fillers. The players always seem perplexed as to what the games are. There’s no need for this. I have a hunch that season 2 they’ll have found their footing and they’ll excel!

Really carries the spirit of the TV show - every fan of Ted Lasso should check it out

As an obsessed Tes Lasso fanatic fan I am so happy I found the Lasso Cast. It makes me smile and LOL and I find myself audibly joining the conversation as I listen! Highly recommend to all Lassoites out there!

Love Ted Lasso, love this podcast!

Currently on my 3rd round of Ted Lasso to watch with the pod episodes - love how insightful the hosts are and I find their chemistry hilarious. Catching all kinds of things I missed in first 2 viewings. The character development analysis is spot on & appreciated. Paul Normandin needs to come back as a regular for S2. He was so thought provoking and had me rewatch episode 5 several times. The show is so good on it’s own, but the pod just adds that little extra barbecue sauce.

These folks come up with some interesting takes; worth a listen.

Ep 6 and 7 they chose very poor guest. Please never have Heidi Rodgers on ever again. Talks way too much. Prefer more insightful guest.
