Mark DagGreat Podcast!A great podcast for any grappler wanting to get strong , smash your training partners and stay on the mats! As a 56 year old purple belt, who has lifted weights for 40 years, I find the content on this podcast to be both informative and delivered with a great sense of humor at times! Can’t wait for each episode to drop ! If you want to smash your training partner and hear “Dude, you are strong!” Then this is the podcast for you!!

Alpaca86Love this PodcastThese guys have great content for anyone doing BJJ. Joey and JT are also really funny so it makes it a really easy listen. I would highly recommend the Q and A portion. I submitted a question that was read on the show. I was really impressed with how well they were able to give advice. These guys have a really good incite into the sport. Whether you train at an old school traditional gym or a more relaxed gym. If you are a hobbyist like me with little to no extra time. Just listening to these guys while in the car is a great way to add a little bit more knowledge to your game. I am very grateful for this podcast!

Zack -LegendsNew to BJJ,started training at at age 32. Listening to podcast help me get through my for 10 months by getting my head right about the ups and down, realizing how lucky I am to have the gym I have, and preparing for my first comp. Thanks for the tips, keep on it.

Book199CursingFirst off, love the show and the content. Thank you! You guys are all about making yourselves and us listeners better, correct? Then why doesn't that also apply to your communication skills? The cursing, especially on today’s show (July 17), was out of control (JT, I believe). I’m not a holier than thou guy, but the amount of F bombs was ridiculous! In almost all cases using the F word does not improve the effectiveness of your message. I see your cursing like you two see solo drills — it does nothing to improve anything and it actually detracts from getting better. Cursing is the lazy man’s way of communicating, and we all know you mates are not lazy! Keep up the great work. Grateful for your knowledge.
