Hosted by Karly Wannos, Esq. - employment lawyer and the founder of The Wannos Law Firm - The Employment Experience is an educational tool for business owners and Human Resources professionals who want to stay on top of employment issues affecting their business and employees. Each episode is a mini-training, a step by step guide or informative interview designed to help educate businesses with employees on important strategies for best practices to prevent costly litigation, and allow the workplace to work at its most efficient level.

    Great Advice!!
Your guest today on “The 7 Recruitment Mistakes” show gave great advice about mistakes we, as business owners, make when hiring employees. I have always felt I just needed “butts in chairs” and I could trust those employees to get the job done, at least somewhat. But NO – it still ends up being me doing the majority of what they should be doing – I am going to try and take her advice and not settle for less than a 5 star employee.
