    Non-diet truth & encouragement
This podcast helps fill the gap for much needed resources for Christians to learn about a non-diet, weight neutral approach to health! Anyone healing from disordered eating or breaking free from the chains of dieting or body image struggles will benefit from listening. I only hope more Christians are able to find and be encouraged by the show!

As a professional and a person, this is one of the first podcasts I recommend to clients, and one of my favorites to listen to! They rock and I’m totally aligned with their mission of helping others care for themselves from a place of grace, joy, and freedom—not fear and shame. They always point listeners to God and seeking his BEST way for their lives. It’s a breath of fresh air!

Great for Christians pursuing health and freedom in Christ
I love the way these two make me feel at ease. Their vulnerability and relatability helps me feel like I'm not alone in my struggles. Their depth of knowledge regarding nutrition, intuitive eating, and physical fitness gives me the tools to find peace and joy with my body and food. This is a great podcast for anyone wanting to live a healthy lifestyle AND remain free in Christ. Aubrey and Kasey are great coaches and women of faith! Definitely worth a listen!!

    Such an encouragement!
What an amazing resource to have in support of living healthy and full lives aligned with Christ. It is often so difficult to find Christian creators in this area and I am so so grateful that God has given these women this platform. I love listening to the Joyful Health podcast on walks or while driving! This show is such a bright encouragement in my day! :)

    Challenging and Hopeful
One of these episodes had me crying. I had failed to recognize my still strained and disordered relationship with food and exercise because I was healthy and because I felt better eating the way I did. But I ostracized myself in group circles when I couldn’t eat what everyone else was. I punished my body and pushed it through exercise. So thankful to have this podcast to remind me to look at both things through a biblical lens’s and to do it all for the glory of God. Who made all things and made them good. :)

    100% recommend!
I’ve watched Kasey and Aubrey from the sidelines through their emails and recently decided to listen to their podcast. I’ve heard a lot about intuitive eating and was afraid this was going to be something that condemned my diets and exercise, but this is far from it! I love how they share their own experiences, acknowledge how culture has shaped diet culture, and how intense of a mindset shift this can be. And they root all of their principles in the Bible! I couldn’t love this podcast more. If you’re tired of yo-yo dieting and killing yourself in workouts to look better, this is the place for you!
  • Emily Fonnesbeck

    Not Just For Women
Guys, Intuitive Eating is not just for women! As a Christian man and nutritionist/PT myself, I’m absolutely loving this podcast. Each topic is equally relevant for us guys too. I mean, there may be some specific female stuff that comes up from time to time but even that can help us better understand the women in our lives as well. Highly recommend. Keep up the great work ladies!
