    Resource Rich!
Thank you Josh, for putting the committed, thoughtful effort into making this podcast. The information is relevant and useful. The guest stories are inspiring. I love that your podcast is not focused on racing or bike reviews but rather, maybe the athlete‘s story or the people and passion behind the brand! I am from Sheboygan, WI and it’s so good to hear from a La Crosse native and stories of the Midwest. Thanks in part to you, I will confidently pursue a new career in trail building! Thank you, sir!

    Great Pod
Really enjoying this podcast. I only recently started listening and have been going through the old catalog and keep finding great insights. Being a pretty new mountain biker, you often don't get the story of how trails have developed over time and I have a much better appreciation for what I get to ride locally. Each podcast makes me wanna go explore some new part of the country. Keep up the great work, your passion shows and the content is unique in the space. Happy to listen to topics other than racing news and the newest tech launch.

    All mountain bikers should listen.
Love hearing all the stories about what it takes to build trails in communities all over the globe. This has become my favorite podcast and it has inspired me to get more involved with my local trail builders. Thanks for the awesome free content Josh.

    Not a podcast person but......
I am not much of a podcast person. However, some aquiantances mentioned Josh's podcast at a BCIP Level 2 recertification class. I looked up the podcast and started listening and became pretty enamored with the interviews. I just drove from VT to Bentonville(bascially a 2 1/2 day drive) and it was fantastic to have so many episodes to listen too. They are insightful, funny and easy to listen to for long periods of time in the car. I am a huge volunteer on our local mountain bike system so find just about all the episodes I have listened to being able to take something out of the podcast and apply it to Pine Hill Park, Rutland, VT. Josh if you're reading your reviews I know you've interviewed some great folks in VT. One gal who you interviewed who went to school in VT and now lives in MN talked about within 1.5 hours of Duluth you can have all these areas to ride. Well, within 45 minutes of Rutland, VT(along the Route 4 corridor) we have over 275 miles of singletrack trails and Killington Resort with world class mountain biking.

A lot of good guests and stories through trails and bikes
Josh finds interesting and entertaining guests that provide a lot of good input on trails and the mtb industry. Solid podcast, episodes seem to come weekly as of late. 🤘

Best podcast on Trail Building period.
I may be a bit biased here as Josh is a friend of mine and we’ve even done some time trail building and riding together, but if you’re interested in trail building, mountain biking, your trail community listen no further than Trail EAffect, Josh has done a ton of volunteer work: building trail, gaining access for trail and green space, going to meetings, knocking on doors, and helping others in his community of La Crosse, WI get involved as well. If every community had a Josh Blüm the world would be full of amazing trails and happy communities. Give him a listen!!!

    Must listen!
The Trail Eaffect podcast is great! I am new to the sport and have found a ton of value in listening to the podcast. Being a woman and new to the sport, I appreciate how the host and guests encourage new riders and woman riders. I love learning about the different locations across the country that need to be added to my “must visit” list. Thank you for producing entertaining and inspirational content!

    Great content
As a professional trail builder myself, I enjoy hearing some ‘shop talk’ from others in the industry that I perhaps wouldn’t meet otherwise. And always interesting to hear from folks behind the scenes within the trail advocacy world. Keep up the good work Josh

Helping to spread the good word!!!
As a MTB and Trails advocate I rely on other groups to share their knowledge base for the betterment of our trails and communities. Josh and the Trail EAffect are helping to record and share these valuable lessons and approaches.

    Building Community
Every episode is a deep dive into another character in the mountain bike family. The host does an awesome job interviewing and letting the guest voice come through. So many other mountain bike podcasts are Dripping with bro culture. This is a relief to hear so many women leading the charge and hearing their stories. Its simply the best resource to get the best ideas from around the country to implement locally to make my community better! Unfortunately, it’s making my list of “must visit” travel destinations too long…

    Midwest Represent!
Josh has done an exceptional job of telling the stories and work being done in the MTB and trail building communities. La Crosse is a treasure for the mid west - and this pod reaches far across the lines and regions to tell great stories and advocate for trails.
