I love this podcast- Patricia hits all the important topics for any and all salon owners. I get so much valuable insight! I like her no nonsense approach and she gets to the point quickly- not just a lot of fluff. Being busy( as we all are) I appreciate that!

I follow a few different salon owner insight podcast but I’ve found Patricia to be one of the best ones. I love how authentic and relatable she is. She’s not only an owner of her own salon/ suites but she’s also a stylist. Gaining insight from someone that is in working in and on her salon is what resonates with me. I found it difficult to connect with different coaches and leaders out there to better my business. No matter where you stand within your business, this podcast is for you.

The latest episode about a serious topic - addiction/alcohol use - really resonated with me, as I’ve dealt with that in my own salon. I was also shocked at the responses shared by others in regards to the “terminate immediately” suggestion by Patricia. Many may not realize the detriment having that behavior in the salon is. I know many salons like to wine-n-dine their clients with bubbly in an attempt to elevate the client experience (I personally do not agree with that but no judgement to salons that do that) , but when it comes to the staff that behavior needs to be nixed ASAP. So bravo for shedding light on a somewhat-taboo topic Patricia!
