    Episode 821
As always beautiful and relaxing to listen to before getting my day started. This episode ended with a weird alarm sounding screeching. I was not sure if that was supposed to happen to get me up lol. Keep the podcasts coming!!

10 mins of ads - 2 min affirmations
Was very disappointed in the length of the ad versus the message presented. I started looking at the transcripts before I would practice the affirmations in the morning and started noticing that it’s now more ads than ever. Will be unsubscribing.

Being a single mom vs solo parent for a weekend are not the same.
Saying “Single mommying it” when you’re married but your husband is just out of town is NOTHING like being an actual single mom. Words matter and when your audience is women, I think’t it’s important to be mindful not to diminish the unique challenges real single moms face. Yes, being the sole person in charge of activities and day-to-day tasks is difficult and I’m not here to invalidate that. But being a single mom is much more than managing the weekend - it’s 24/7/365 of not only managing day to day tasks/activities/ tantrums/etc. but bearing 100% of the emotional load. 100% of the financial stress falls on the single parent (saving for retirement, paying the bills, college tuition, etc), 100% of the parenting strategy falls on the single parent, single moms NEVER have a partner to step in and say “I got this, go take care of you”. When a single mom needs a hug after a hard week, they don’t get one. When the roof leaks, a single mom doesn’t have a partner to talk through the solution with or help with the manual labor. When a single mom’s boss says it’s an important meeting and she can’t miss it but then her kid is sick, she doesn’t have a partner to tag in for the day. It is very hurtful and diminishing to single moms when a partnered mom refers to themselves as a single mom.

5 mins of ADs that profit off women
It’s 5 minutes of ads that profit off women. I listen to actual mental health podcasts who do not choose to place ads to profit off our mental health. If I could give this negative stars I would. Women who are reading this, there are podcasts, YouTube videos and Spotify listens that do not choose to place ADs to profit off of you. You deserve to have someone who isn’t trying to sell you something but genuinely wants to help you.

I love reviews , personally I get them all the time. But the negative reviews on this podcast are ridiculous. If your gonna leave a negative review over silliness like you don’t like the music or the podcast voice then simply move on people and go to one you like, but don’t tear down a women who is trying to be inspiring to us. This is what is wrong with the world. We don’t have enough support. I’m in a time in my life that I struggle daily to be positive. So knowing this podcast has been created in hope of inspiring people like me is enough motivation and happiness that I need, knowing someone I don’t know has taken the time to make positive affirmations for myself. So if you have a negative review you want to post to hurt this womens ratings, think about what it must feel like to be torn down if the review was on you, Tiffany ! P.s thank you to the creator of this podcast! I read the reviews, listened snf felt your love and energy, it is so beautiful to know you care.

I am Brave Even When I Am Scared
Just what I needed this morning. Starting a new job today and it is really out of my comfort zone. These were just the words I needed to hear today. Also love the journal prompts as I always need a starting point for journaling. Thanks!

Thank you for this quick meditation in the mornings! Sometimes the few minutes in the morning before I wake my kids are the only few minutes of quiet and peace I get through my day! Background music is super distracting!
Would be 100 times better without some of these background music choices.

    Not relaxing
I did not like the voice or the flow of the words being spoken. It is very robotic and choppy. Do no recommend.
