    Why are you whispering?
Great content. But you seem to be recording somewhere you can’t talk normally. It sounds like you’re whispering. And maybe it’s just the episode I chose but the yawning was very intense and distracting.

    Thank you, thank you!
I just want to say thank you for all you do in this space. I have been a Christian since I was very young. I just recently got diagnosed with adhd and have binged everything that I could to learn more about how my brain works. It’s nonexistent (at least from what I’ve seen) to talk about the WHOLE person- the Christian life of an adhd woman! I also think it’s so amazing that you were a teacher! I am in my 10th year of teaching. I feel like you are my person now. Keep up the good work!

Effective and Entertaining | (listen even if you don’t have ADHD)
We can all benefit from Cheska’s insight on how to better navigate our lives (with or with out ADHD). She takes a casual approach that includes the necessary elements of neurodivergent psychological theory and incorporates those theories and solutions into her daily life in a relatable way. I recommend this podcast for everyone, especially those who have a hard time focusing. The best part of the series is that you hear all the information you’ll need in a 10-20 minute episode. I’ve noticed significant growth in my time-management skills and overall focus as implement tools Cheska shares with us in her series. I plan to continue putting these new tools and solutions into practice and hope you give them a try too.

    Wewww!! Thanks so much!!
That episode on consistency encouraged me so much!! I have been fighting with that so bad while trying to create new habits and getting rid of old patterns as well. I have literally been beating myself up for not being “consistent”(this is how I began to write it lately) for at least a year and a half. Just understanding someone else deals with this and has learned compassion for themselves and the ability to set realistic goals and that being tied to dopamine release was so helpful and timely!! Keep up the great work! You are changing lives by being you!!

    Most relatable podcast on ADHD
I’ve listened to many podcasts about women with ADHD since my late diagnosis and Cheska’s is the first one that I instantly connected with and continue to relate to every episode. She is down to earth, fun and gets right to the nitty gritty of life with ADHD. Her hacks are 110% doable for a busy working mom like myself. I honestly feel seen and heard for the first time.

    100/10
I can literally feel my brain listening, she’s speaking in a language it understands. I’ve spent so many years frustrating over my brain, and it’s “inability” to listen. Finally, something my brain can understand, thank you. Thank you.
