ADHD Chatter

11

I had my first anxiety attack in a classroom when I was 6 years old. I started LADBible when I was 22 years old. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 34. Suddenly, everything made sense. Join me every Tuesday as I chat with leading experts, celebrities and psychiatrists. This is the podcast I wish I heard when I was younger. None of us are broken, just different. We have all always been enough. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Now It All Makes Sense! (For real)
I recently discovered I have adhd at 29. Feeling like a failure, being hyper critical of myself, generalized anxiety, general sense of something being wrong with me.. these traits have been persistent through adulthood. It’s been an awakening journey of sorts. Excellent resource for any neuro divs figuring out their place in the world / looking for resources. TY Alex 🙏🏼🙌🏼

    Incredibly Insightful
As someone who has dealt with ADHD my entire life but not diagnosed until I was 39, I found all of the information conveyed and format of this podcast to be incredibly beneficial. Keep on sharing the knowledge!

Helps me so incredibly much with what's been going on and all of the things I've gone through the last few years as a late diagnosed ADHD woman.

You won’t regret downloading every episode now!
I started following Alex Partridge on instagram and his compassionate and informative reels led me to this podcast. If you are neurodivergent or love someone who is, you will gain so much insight into why we do the things we do with this show. It’s guests are open and real, the host is not only knowledgeable, but he’s also a great conversationalist. I can’t recommend it enough!

    Fantastic Resource!
After having seen your vids on TikTok, I was happy to see there was a podcast to delve further into ADHD topics. Right from the gate every episode is packed with practical info on coping/dealing/living with ADHD. And as an American I LOVE the accent. :)

    Incredibly relatable!
Listened to my 1st episode, with Kate Spicer & WOW! Her vulnerability & honestly hit home in a big way for me. As a newly diagnosed adhd-er @ 51, I could feel so much of what she discussed. Brought me to tears in several spots. A big thanks to Kate for her honesty & to the podcast for giving her a platform. I look forward to hearing & learning more ❤️
