    Rare
This is an incredible show. Grounded, introspective, intelligent. There’s a world of reading to discover in each episode. It’s rare to find something this good. Big Credit to no laying up for sponsoring great content like this.

    Wonderful commentary!
They both completely entrench you into the classic game of golf with the feel of being a ‘five star’ tourist! By them both a drink at your local pub!

An excellent sublet to the great game of golf
Golf is a sport unlike any other in that there are many areas which one can be fascinated by. Some love the gear aspect, some love to watch and/or play, some love the architecture, and some love the literature side. These two fine gentleman shed light on perhaps my favorite interest of golf other than playing which is the literature. Jim and Stephen’s vast knowledge of the history of golf is admirable and I can’t wait for each episode to hit the airways the first Friday of every month!

    Great pod
Really enjoyed the pod and the concept is really enjoyable me being an avid reader of golf literature and writing. Keep up the great work! P.S. Mr Hartsell might want to adjust his recording microphone for it sounds lower.

    Such a delight
This podcast is certainly time well spent. Listening to articulate and thoughtful conversations was such a pleasure. And I’m quite impressed with their broadcasting skills on their very first episode. Will be looking forward to listening to many more episodes and getting inspiration to read more golf literature. Thank you Jim and Stephen for making this podcast. I am really enjoying it.
