shundvlsPeaceful and PowefulVery rarely do I make it past 10 minutes still awake. Andrew has the perfect voice it is so soothing. I really like the float method it is so effective. No annoying ads is also a bonus.

Sunny.DazeReally great job!!Listen to many podcasts over past few years bc seem to have hard time turning off my mind in order to fall into sleep. Sleep magic archived episodes seem to work best but lately old faithfuls are not working. Could be my recent cancer diagnosis. I am so grateful to have found this podcast. His voice is so soothing and he speaks softly ..not overpowering the message. His ‘float’ method worked on me like a charm. My concern was that the episode would be too short and while listening I thought I will need to set another of his episodes to follow. But next thing I know is morning. Still wish a bit longer just in case. Will listen again!

WordLover007Calm, soothing voice…I subscribed as soon as I heard his first sentence! I knew that he would be able to lull me into a deep sleep. I like the fact that I’m not bombarded with adds in this podcast; nothing to interfere with the continuity of that amazingly, soothing voice. I am surprised though, of the low rating. Some bozo randomly gives him one star for misnaming a piece of art, which has nothing to do with his talent as a hypnotist or his ability to put me to sleep! I am so glad that I found him!

SidewalkvocalsIt’s the only hypnosis I listen toI came across Andrew Green via the Better Sleep app (which I subscribe to) and found his tone, pacing, and voice particularly calm and effective. I wondered if he’d worked on anything else, and voila—I came across this podcast. I think I’ve listened all the space-related episodes at least 10x each (and I’m always crossing my fingers that more will be created with that theme). I have had insomnia for most of my life, though it varies in severity—sometimes it’s truly impossible to fall asleep, other times it’s surprisingly simple, but on a regular night, it’s just very…difficult. Guided sleep hypnosis doesn’t work immediately, but it does seem to help me feel more inclined to relax and I do often fall asleep to it, but even when I still can’t sleep, the rest that I do get lying in bed and listening is much deeper than it was without this audio factor. Obviously, a podcast isn’t going to cure an affliction. But I’ve seen solid data and, anecdotally, I’ve had positive experiences with hypnosis, guided meditation, and sleep stories (is there a technical term for those?) to have faith in the efficacy of a podcast like this. Also: I find it so strange that someone would take the time to rate a show one star because of a painting reference. It happens, mistakes happen! (I have nothing to do with this show, I just got really irritated with that reviewer’s I-correct-people’s-grammar-on-Twitter vibe.)

CheesewastakenWrong ArtistFirst 10 seconds of the first episode I listened to, and the speaker attributed “A Starry Night Sky” to Pablo Picasso. No thanks. Bye.
