There are a lot of great guests Great information about how to improve your Roping Great info, surrounding sports psychology, and performing at a high-level mentally. I attended a clinic Crawford helped Trey Johnson put on. It was a very positive experience. This podcast helps me to remember the helpful info that I picked up at the clinic and build on the clinic’s foundation. I don’t get starstruck by athletes anymore, but there are a few who have important things to say about their sport, and or about how sports relate to life. As a basketball fan, these were John wooden, Dean Smith who’s books were very helpful, I feel the same about Crawford; I try to take some of the concepts and make them my own to be successful. I think this podcast is fairly helpful as a reminder of those concepts we talked about at the clinic.
