I absolutely love This is Us and I am going to rewatch now that I am listening. So excited to go through this journey again. Such a brilliantly written show with amazing actors pulling it all together. Can’t wait to catch up on the episodes already :)

I loved the show (This Is Us) and the podcast is worthy of it. With, humor, insight, vulnerability, the hosts share memories, never talk down to the fans, and seem so grateful to have been part of this amazing show. The actors seem to be as lovable as their characters.

This show is the best part of my day while I work in the kitchen. Love the three of you!!

The language on this podcast doesn’t reflect the show, and that saddens me. I’ll always love the show and wish I could listen to some of my favorite actors ever discuss the “behind the scenes” stuff, but I just can’t listen to the language.

If this is us is my church then this that was us is my Bible study. The hosts are equally kind and emotionally intelligent-making this podcast up there with rewatch podcasts (I think the only comparable one is office ladies). You get behind the scenes info, personal stories and fan engagement. Love, love, love!

Love this podcast, just go ahead and follow the show there so insightful. They cover the episode perfectly and don’t miss any of the small details. Keep it up guys!! Only that a little annoying is sterling talking about himself in 3rd person I also wish Mandy and Chris took the lead sometimes I know you need someone to move the conversation along but I wanna hear from them a little more. These three do a great job of sharing “behind the scenes” stories and tidbits about themselves while at the same time reminding us of the wonderful episodes we watched for so many years. They seem very genuine.

I recently found this podcast at the same time as I started rewatching This is Us on Netflix! There is so much about the show that I realize I missed the first time. Loving rewatching it at a slow pace as I keep up with it with the podcasts. Randall and Toby are mine and my daughter’s faves so this is perfect! Rebecca we love you too! ❤️

I love this podcast so much! I just started watching This is us 2 weeks ago and I’m on S3. I have to force myself to stop and let myself sit in my feelings because it’s so emotional but it’s so hard because it’s such a beautiful show and I want to just watch it nonstop. I am so glad to have found this podcast. Sterling, you do not talk too much! I love hearing what you have to say. And that laugh and how excited and animated you get. This podcast is truly such a beautiful extension of everything I loved about This is us. I often laugh, sometimes shed a few tears, and always leave with that warm and fuzzy feeling. But I have to go back to the laughter, these three are FUNNY together!! Sometimes when Chris and Sterling get going I am cracking up like Mandy does in the background!! This trio has a fabulous dynamic! Full of real life applications, behind the scenes info, vulnerability that we can all relate too, and the recapping of a uch a beautiful story that once captivated so many of us weekly. Miss "This Is Us" since the series ended so getting these insights while doing episode revisits from Mandy, Sterling, and Chris, as well as from the cast and crew, has been so fun to hear/see! This particular podcast is such a treat. The show is phenomenal, and ‘That Was Us’ is that quintessential cherry on top. It’s insightful to hear this tremendous cast reflect and share as to their experiences both on and off set in being a part of a powerhouse group of storytellers. Masterful storytelling, tackling the very raw and real moments in life… IMO, ‘This Is Us’ captures those moments on the spectrum of the human experience in ways that offer such honesty, while still offering a tenderness in how those moments are relayed. Now, we have the privilege of hearing the cast have meaningful exchanges, sharing their stories and wisdom via this podcast. Guys… It’s easy to see how this show became the magic that it is, and that magic is present here in this podcast… Every single one of you are magic in your own right. You’re wonderful actors. Absolutely wonderful. Then, you bring all of you together - whether on set or via podcast - and it’s a brilliant meeting of minds and talents. This is the exact podcast I needed! I watched This is Us when it was on NBC but being able to rewatch it and then rediscover things I missed or hearing all the BTS with Sterling, Mandy and Chris has been amazing!! They are absolutely hilarious, while also knowing how to talk about the tough subjects. I look forward to their episodes every week! Thank you for taking your time to help us all recap and process the show and in return allow us to revisit and process our own trauma and heal just a little bit.

I felt like I lived through the show in solitude as I went through all the emotions, and often internalized them. Even more, I found that when I connected to specific ‘instance’ in the story, that connection blinded me to the show’s kaleidoscope of storylines. Being able to rewatch it without the angst of the unknown and to hear these three discuss each episode makes me feel whole and healed! The first time watching it broke me, and this podcast is putting me back together! And hearing Sterling’s laugh brings me shear joy!! Thank you all!!!

I was against watching the show because I very much struggle with my dad’s passing from 2018. I thought this whole show was about grief and sadness, but I was very wrong! There are such funny and uplifting moments intertwined with real moments of family dynamics. The chemistry of THIS big 3 and how they have recapped the episodes made me give the show a real chance. I am now on season 4 and contemplating going back to watch weekly with this podcast

I wanted to say thank you for getting me through a hard time in life. I was late to watch your show. In 2020 I found myself without a job and living in an emotionally abusive marriage that would end a few years later. I had all but closed off anything that required me to feel. Your show gave me a safe place to feel emotion. I related to Kate’s troubles with weight and loss of identity so much. I loved all of the characters like friends and couldn’t wait until the next chance I had to connect with them. Thank you again for the kindness you put into the world. I still think of Jack every time I plug my crockpot in!

I watched all six seasons of This is Us when it was on TV with my teenage daughter and we loved t. When I saw that there was a rewatch podcast I decided to give it a try. I started watching the show again and I am amazed at how good it is from the first episode! I love to hear the cast share their feelings and find that it’s even more relevant to me now that my kids are adults and different people than they were when I first watched it. It’s a great podcast and so happy I found it.

I love love love this rewatch podcast. Mandy, Sterling and Chris really dive into each episode and bring up very great and heartwarming points. I first watched the show when it first aired on TV, I was 16. I rewatched the entire show earlier this year as a woman in her almost mid 20’s with a new perspective and picked up on things from the show that I can relate to so much more now as an adult. This rewatch podcast is just what I need every week to still hold on to the show that has impacted my life the most!

Love this podcast! I just re-watched the show during maternity leave (baby #4) and was heading into the depression experienced when something wonderful ends but then I found this podcast. All smiles when I listen. The actors and guest stars provide such a different view for the audience. There is something relevant in every episode for everyone and additional input from the podcast is a gift. Thank you all for talking it out and keeping the show going .

This is Us is one of my favorite shows of all time. I’m grateful to this podcast for giving me a reason to rewatch it. Every podcast episode is filled with so many behind the scenes info that makes the picture even brighter for me. An extra bonus from this show is learning so much about the film/tv industry from Chris, Mandy and Sterling’s insights. This show truly is a handbook for life - so relevant in all aspects of life. It’s so incredible to go back through and watch and catch details that I didn’t the first time - and then have revealed other details and dig into specifics with lovely Mandy, SKB, and Chris after the episode. These 3 are such hilarious, emotionally intelligent, genuine people. It’s an absolute joy to listen in with them, I feel like they are my besties and I’m right there on the couch with them. I’ve been listening since your first podcast aired, a big fan of the series. Loved hearing about your auditions, all the behind the scenes stuff and the “where are they now“ of it all. So yesterday, well into your (and TIU’s) second season I decided actually watch the episode planned for the next podcast. And down the rabbit hole I went. Couldn’t stop at Season 2 episode 4, stayed up well past 2am, and still going, completely enveloped again by this show, these people. I forgot the rollercoaster ride, the singular beauty and bittersweet experience that is This Is Us, how words and worlds are interwoven to create the most beautiful love stories and gut wrenching heartbreak. This podcast is a love letter to the love story, just as real and raw and compelling as the series. So evident that Mandy, Sterling and Chris care as much for each other as they do for the characters they lovingly and painstakingly created. The protective way our hosts share the struggle of their processes reveals yet another layer to the love story, the one the actors share with their on screen counterparts. I could go on and on, but you have only to listen once and you’ll be right back in the wonderful world you thought ended on The Train. I missed the show during it’s original broadcast but binge watched all episodes this summer while couch bound during a difficult illness. I loved every second of every episode - the writing, characters, acting all so impressive. The only problem was that it had to end!
