Amy and David are a delight to listen to and I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who enjoys feeling like your sitting at a table chatting with fellow foodie friends.

I’ve listened to every single episode and I now awkwardly feel like David, Amy, and I are the best of friends. Amy is so relatable and lovely. David is very clever and charming. They both share really interesting experiences and recipes that I can’t wait to try every week. I also love their style when they interview their guests. They both are genuinely interested in their guests and the banter is never ever forced. Each week as I listen I find myself jotting down notes and have some sort of interesting take away. When David and Amy completed this season in particular I found myself re-listening to every single episode. I’m super grateful to the entire staff of the podcast for brightening my day every week. Love this podcast so very much. It weaves together food, stories, and people through quippy conversation. Sometimes I learn things, I always laugh, and it never ever disappoints.

If you have an inquisitive mind and appreciate learning new things about food and cooking, then you’ll have a good time listening to “Talking…”. This podcast is thoughtful, arrives with good preparation, and is well executed, sort of like how you would approach putting food on the table.

The best part about TWMMF is every episode is fresh and feels relevant to today! From Tik Tok pasta queens to a cook book author providing ways to relieve stress, this show may have something for those who cook or just like food in general.

I highly recommend this podcast. David and Renee provide a refreshing and fun mix of educational and entertaining content. I listen to this podcast while I eat lunch at my desk at work. I find David and Renee’s voices calm and reassuring - As though I am sitting down with old friends who I know will have something interesting to say. It is a great escape.

Love everything about it. It’s educational, thoughtful, and helpful but the hosts don’t take themselves too seriously. Refreshing.
