    Jaine "Mack...."
Fun & charming talk story hour shared by Jaine to the clever Todd. Jaines journey seems a perfect winner for the Julia challenge. I do believe Julia is watching over Jaine. Season 2 DeliciousDeliciousDelicious in Provence because it was right! Pauls twin brother- masterful. Gorgeous people in a gorgeous time. I know Julia through her BW tv shows Then her later guest cook shows in SantaBarbara. Then JuliaJulie. Then met her in LaJolla at Warwicks & bought her cookbook which she personally signed. I began to cook. Today im preparing to bake my annual Buche de Noel for our family. Merci et joyeux noel Clare

    Great podcast
Todd’s treatment of all things Julia has been incredible. Really, it is a bright part of my weekend after each show drops (I save them for Sundays, where I can relax and enjoy). I’ve been a fan of Julia’s for much of my life and I can’t imagine a better way to keep her in living memory.

    Claudia Roden
This must be the very “Top Choice” of all your shows, Claudia Roden is another “Julia” an authentic down to earth researcher. The histories she shared is priceless & explains the influences of all the Empires and ancestral acknowledgement still today. Of course her new book is a MUST, rather a cook or not. Her Julia shares are priceless, especially “the picnic saga”. She had spent enough time with Julia & observing her interactions w/ fans, she describes J to a tee. What a great learning experience and Joy to listen to, please have her guest often, there is so much more for her to share. A box of chocolates is my thought....

    Julia-ish
It’s a nice podcast about food, but it feels like you’re using Julia Child as a token celebrity mention to drive listeners to your podcast. Anything Julia related Is a 5 minute reminiscence after 45 minutes of non- Julia talk.

    Conversations That Inform
Each episode is unique yet familiar. Hearing each “Julia Moment” brings her legacy to life. Well done.

Love the Chef José Andrés episode!!
What a delight! Really compelling and inspiring perspective from one of the most accomplished and philanthropic food industry personalities on the planet. Loved his “Julia moment,” too!

    Great fun.
Love this podcast. It introduces us to a world of important people in food, some known and some unknown, but all interesting and relevant. They all knew Julia Child in some way and share how Julia influenced them, as well as a “Julia moment,” most of which are hilarious. Very fun listen!

    Host really knows his stuff
If, like me, you’re fascinated by the inside stories of chefs, kitchens, restaurants, food history, and human relationships in all of the above, you’ll love this podcast. Thankfully, the host here is very knowledgeable without being arrogant or pedantic - he makes it an enjoyable conversation with his guests and we get to sit in. Thank you, Todd!

    Stop interrupting your guests!
I like the content & the guests they have on, but the host needs to learn to not interrupt his guests so much! It’s driving me crazy!

Music to my ears (and stomach)
Never been much of a foodie personally (unfortunately). But this podcast makes me want to be. Particularly like how it’s about food but tackles other topics too, like when Jenny Dorsey discusses virtual/AR or when Stephen Satterfield talks about race and appropriation. If my earbuds were tastebuds, my reaction to this podcast would be “yum”.

    My fave podcast
As a Julia superfan, I thought I’d heard it all. But this podcast has opened my eyes (ears?) to a whole other world. I can’t get enough.
