Did not sub to Locked On NFL

I like the Locked On Vikings show, but I am unsubscribing because they continuously drop unrelated episodes into my feed for their other podcasts that I don’t subscribe to. I understand cross promotion, but it is obnoxious. If I wanted to listen to the NFL pod, I would subscribe to it. I not want it forced into my feed without me asking. I get why you do it, but it is a poor user experience.

Vikings content is great! NFL content is dumb

For some reason, they started including “bonus” episodes of NFL specific content. I have no clue if this was forced onto the channel or they think people want it. If there was a way to not have the “bonus” episodes for that auto downloaded and added to my playlist I wouldn’t mind them but man it’s obnoxious being in my Minnesota Vikings playlist and hearing people move to a NFL focus instead.

Really enjoy the balanced perspective. He acknowledges the reality when things aren’t going well, but will give permission to enjoy the moment. Long time Viking fans need the coaching.

Great listen but poor delivery

Absolutely incredible content and analysis, but varying use of mic and volume levels makes it very difficult to listen to. Have to turn up the volume at times to try hear the mumblers and then get my ear drums blasted when someone else speaks up.

an awkward blend of ignorance and arrogance.

quite possibly the worst podcast I have ever listened to. I gave one 30 minute episode a shot in which the host proceeded to break down a quarterback He only had watched two full games on, and then proceeded to say things like if you know you know or I can't help you if you don't know what you're looking for.

Two and a half minutes of adds (prerecorded and live read for the same thing)to start the episode almost turned me away right off the start, but I decided to stick around and check it out. Then at the 7 minute mark the host mentioned that we would have to go to his Patreon page to get his take… yep I’m out.

Best NFL Team Locked On I’ve heard

I listened to perhaps 20 teams; most multiple times. This host is the best I’ve heard. Lots of analytical info which I think works for this audience. Too many hosts are superficial which o some platforms would be fine.

You guys don’t deserve Kirk as your QB. The more he gets revealed as the fighter he is, the more you get exposed as the losers and whiners you are. My advice is to cheer up, be thankful you have such a great team to root for, including your excellent quarterback, and enjoy the games.

Excellent podcast with one flaw

I’ve learned a ton from this podcast. Luke really knows his stuff, and his opinions are way more thoughtful and reasonable than those of most of the other Vikings’ podcast hosts. The only thing holding this podcast back is the somewhat arrogant and condescending tone with which he shares his knowledge. Simply put, if Luke were to stop referring to himself as “the kid you copied off in math class,” this would be a 5-star podcast

Overall great podcast

This man is really smart and has great knowledge of the game He also has a good sense of humor and he is pretty funny. Sometimes Luke talks way too fast and I lose track of what he is talking about and have to rewind but overall great pod.

Awful pod

This guy is a smug, douche bag know it all and then displays it, full force on social media. Definitely not the way to get someone to listen to your podcast. Additionally, his numbers and metrics are clearly one dimensional and he fails to tell the full story of the numbers a lot of the time. If I could give this pod zero stars, I would. Awful show, jerk host. Not worth the listen.

Love how much ground Luke covers in a single show. If you know football and really want to learn what’s happening on and off the field. I highly recommend it.
