Honestly, just writing a review to ask you guys to PLEASE do a different ad. The one where the guy is talking, "i've been warned not to share this story" is so LAME! It sounds so much like edgelord incel talking that it has turned me off from listening.

Like the show wish it was still around making content but sadly like a lot of good shows Covid destroyed them and they couldn’t recover to continue.

I was led to this podcast by an ad on another show. I tried a few episodes and this is what I’ve heard. Soooooo many ads. Ads in the front and back, as well as MIDSENTENCE during the interview. The interviewers ask some good questions to establish background and are adept at letting people talk. But they didn’t guide their guests to actually *tell* their stories, or ask probative questions to get details or expand on points of interest. They ended with softball closers like ‘tell me what you think about ghosts’ versus what did this experience lead you to believe, etc. The sound engineering was decent. All in all, find something better to do with your time.

I listen from time to time it used to be a better podcast and I agree with other reviewers it’s gone downhill. The major issue is the sound is so low on this that you have to turn it up and then ads literally blast the speakers in my car I almost drove off the road this morning from a Home Depot ad.

Love the Friday Rewind for sure. Best podcast out there.

Ok so I love your show! I’ve been bingeing since I found it! I just listened to the episode where the guy was talking about “intense Deja vu. And now I’m listening to the episode with Kelsie & her haunted doll Lola. Noah, you just asked Kat & JJ what doll would they want haunted and I immediately thought “Stretch Armstrong” but not for myself because 1) I’m a female and 2) I wouldnt want a haunted doll! But then Noah said it! 👻 “0Ooo00Oooo”👻 Lol I had to get on here and tell you about it! I’ve never had a ghost experience but I do experience this kind of stuff often! Anyway! lol just had to share! Keep up the awesome work I feel like I’m hanging out with friends when I listen to you all!

OMG I love this podcast. Alway the first podcast I listen to when a new episode comes out. July 22, 2024 is the first time I have heard an extra voice in the podcast. I’m so shook right now.

Searched forever for an open minded, funny and fair paranormal podcast that actually has people on to tell their own stories.

This podcast has amazing guests but the hosts are terrible. The hosts laugh at terrible situations people suffer through sometimes nightmarish situations. The lack of class, respect and deep care of peoples bad experiences are not found here. I find paranormal 60 with Dave Shrader the best podcast, he cares and never laughs at people and their experiences.

If you need a new spooky podcast you need to jump on this one right now! I have searched around and tried out A LOT of different paranormal podcasts and this is seriously the best one out there. If you like comedic banter, great intro/outro music, and intriguing paranormal stories told first hand then you’re going to want to give this pod a try. 👻 Real Hauntings never disappoints.

This used to be my favorite podcast. I’m not sure what’s happened, but the last year it’s really started going down for me. Particularly, the last 6-8 months. Maybe the hosts are getting bored? I love the dynamic of Noah, JJ, and Kat but something is definitely off with them all. It might just be me, but JJ and Kat seem like they have lost interest in the podcast. And the fact they are missing from it so frequently now, really leads me to believe that. What happened to the guests? Now it seems like you have guests that are just advertising something. And the hosts are starting to become a little obnoxious. Every time a guest is telling their story, the hosts seem to hijack the conversation and start talking nonsense about something other than the guests story. The last several episodes have lost me and I’ve ended up not finishing the episode and moving to another podcast. Such a shame, but I guess all good things must come to an end.

I have been listening for some time now and the last few months it’s been a different kinda show and I haven’t been interested in the show like I use to. Not sure what’s going on. Loosing interest and finding myself not excited about the podcast and skipping episodes.

I found this podcast and loved how you all interacted with each other and the more I listened to, the more I connected with you all and your guests. I love that everyone is a Harry Potter nerd too! I’m so fascinated by the psychic side of things and love hearing others stories. Plus you all are so warm and welcoming, I feel like I’m listening to friends. Thanks so much for this wonderful podcast!

I’ve been listening for quite some time & swore I had already rated & reviewed! (Sorry guys!) In any event, I love this podcast and the space Noah, Cat, JJ and others have created with it. It’s been fun listening to the growth of the hosts in their personal journeys and becoming more & more educated on topics discussed, but especially the main one - all things paranormal. The banter between them never disappoints and, in all seriousness, the open forum for people to share their personal experiences is the best. The newer segments have been really informative and fun too. It’s been nice getting to know some others through the podcast and gaining friendships along the way. All around a great mix of spooky, amusing and informative!

Absolutely LOVE this podcast. I’ve tried listening to dozens and dozens of spooky podcasts and after a few episodes realize they are not for me… but not this one! This is an amazing podcast. Super chill vibes, spooky, funny, legit, and by far the best podcast to listen to if your into the supernatural!

Finally, the truth has been spoken on this podcast. I’ve been waiting for this moment for a long time, hoping they’d have someone on that knows the truth about “ghosts”. I wish the episode was longer, they barely got into it and left so much untouched. There’s so much they could learn but they just keep having silly TikTok people on, so frustrating. I love the show, but they’re always circling the truth concerning the paranormal. I hope they can all come to know the truth as so many others have. There’s no such thing as a ghost. It is all demonic beings trying to make the afterlife seem all good and dandy by appearing as dead loved ones. Demons don’t usually attempt to deceive Christians in this way though, because we know their schemes, that is why when Christians come under attack, it is more to run you down and keep you from being an affective tool for Christ. A demon’s only goal is to keep non-believers from knowing Christ via deception and to keep Christians from being useful at bringing others to Christ. It’s so simple and spelled out in scripture for all to know. Just read and know!

I’ve listened to a lot of podcasts but this one is my favorite by far!! I’ve been binging it for a month now and every episode gets better and better. This was my first horror podcast and I loved it so much that I searched for some more I found some really scary ones and also funny ones but this one is still my favorite. I highly recommend it! Update: I have been listening since the beginning and I thought that at some point I would become bored of it. Which happens a lot to me for other podcasts but Real Hauntings has never been less exciting! Thank you so much to Noah, JJ, and Cat for everything you have done and sacrificed for this podcast to get made!

If you love ghost stories and tales of hauntings from real people, then you will love the Real Hauntings podcast. Journey along with Noah, JJ, and Kat as they interview real people about their own experiences with the paranormal. While they each start out with their own levels of skepticism, as each story is told, that skepticism slowly dissipates. The stories are that good and the guests make you believe or at least,…want to. I love how down to earth each host is and how comfortable they make each of their guests feel. I would recommend this podcast to anyone who wants to get a little spooked and enjoy a couple laughs along the way. Ooooooooooo

Terrible show , every time Evalyn is on the show I tune out . I hate how she always tries to analyze everyone’s ghosts stories and tries to take over their interviews. So Annoying, and now her own show 😡. I do Love the original format of Noah, Kat and JJ interviewing real people with real ghost stories . That part is awesome and that’s why we all tune in and why the podcast grew so fast in popularity. WE WANT REAL GHOST STORIES .

I really enjoyed your podcast until recently. I actually gave you a 5 star review at one time. The recent episodes have not been as enjoyable to listen to. I like how you were open minded to things until you correlated cults with Fox News. I respect your decision to not watch Fox News but feel alienated as someone that does watch Fox News.

I have been following this podcast for a few months now, and I really enjoy it. The hosts are very entertaining and I find many of the guests’ stories to be quite compelling. I grew up in a haunted house, so I am very interested in this subject matter.

Imagine you’re sitting around talking to your friends (skeptics and believers alike) about the paranormal, and one of you happens to have had some “experiences” to share with the gang. That’s what it feels like to listen to this intriguing and entertaining podcast. It’s a light-hearted, friendly, and yes, sometimes disturbing conversation around all things paranormal with charming hosts and interesting guests. Recommended! Update: Not sure what happened here but these folks seem to have list their way. On one Episode my mates and I played “What Recreational Drug is this Co-Host on?” Youngmi Mayer tripping on something there…I was actually embarrassed for you Noah. Surprised that the episode even aired but not anymore. It seems like most of the guests lately are pushing an agenda and trying to sell themselves or…something, instead of being victims of paranormal encounters. There’s also the constant rehashing of the same tired handful (and I literally mean ‘handful’) of paranormal encounters the three hosts love to rehash over and over again. “Lady ghost in the apt.” heard it. “Little Noah touched a ghost and didn’t like it” heard it. “Psychic revealed uncomfortable topics to Noah in interview” heard it. “Phantom lady’s voice on broadcast audio” didn’t hear it, but I digress. The last episode I listened to had JoJo Wright from Kiss.FM as a guest. After hearing his extended fawning fanboy account of his visit to the Michael Jackson childhood home (having nothing paranormal to do with it) I thought my ears were bleeding. I mean I get it guys, a shoutout from JoJo on Kiss.FM in LA is PR that is priceless but you could’ve at least edited his ramblings. Anyways, I recant my four stars and can now only offer two and that’s only because JJ and Cat make me laugh sometimes. Sorry ‘bout the tough love.

I enjoy the guests and stories featured on the show. I do however, find it annoying how uneducated the hosts are in almost all aspects. In the information era all it takes is a quick Google to inform yourself of what a planchette is, what the purpose of tarot cards are, or basic knowledge of supernatural and horror-esque topics. The hosts are definitely kindhearted but often come off as ignorant. In many of the older episodes Cat just trails off talking about herself, derailing the entire interview. I believe that with time, the hosts will get better with their interview style. Hopefully they will also take a minute to become educated on the very thing their podcast is about. (It would be like me - someone who knows nothing about basketball - starting a basketball podcast).

I love this podcast and group of people so much!! I am always ready to listen on Monday night before bed!! I love the paranormal and have had plenty of my own experiences and this is the best paranormal podcast available!! Nobody can top what y’all put out!!

I have been hearing this podcast for a month or two already and I love it. I love ghost stories and I hear this podcast through out the day and night ! Lol what I love about this podcast is that they are not reading these experiences from like there emails or it doesn’t sound scripted. And really enjoy hear the stories from the actual people that have experiences them. Keep doing what you guys are doing, hopefully soon I can get the courage to tell my stories :).

They pick some of the best people with the best stories keeps me excited waiting for the next episode. My favorite so far was the episode last week I’ve listened to it twice since it was so suspenseful listening to personal stories after having experience my own.

I started listening just to see if it would be entertaining or not, and was really surprised. This show is really incredible! I started at the beginning, and it’s been fun to listen to the hosts grow and turn from full skeptics to (somewhat, sometimes) believers lol. I’ve seen spirits my whole life, so hearing other people’s stories makes me feel like I’m not insane. The hosts are also theater people, so I feel like I’m hanging with my friends. I even joined the Patreon I enjoy it so much. Keep up the good work, guys!

This is the best paranormal podcast I have listened to. The hosts are super likable and relatable. The content is interesting and creepy. My only complaint is only one show per week. Boo hoo! (Get it?!)

This is the very first paranormal podcast I ever listened to and now my library is littered with them! They give me chills and thrills and I look forward to their episodes every week! Ps. I’m a 9 on their “believer scale” because I’ve never actually seen an apparition but I’ve definitely experienced some crazy stuff! I’ve thought about writing in SO many times but until I muster the courage, I’ll continue listening and follow on Instagram! Never stop making episodes!

I listen to quite a few spooky podcasts but my favorite is definitely real hauntings! I just love the dynamic between Cat, JJ, and Noah and I think y’all have some of the best stories out there. Love listening to Noah, JJ and Cat. I was confused at first on why they created this podcast if they were such skeptics on the paranormal, but they are so engaging and fun to listen too, great chemistry between the hosts and they are so down to earth/real. I feel like I’m just listening into an engaging conversation between interesting and fun people. The guests they have on the show have such fascinating stories and I particularly love when they have mediums on to talk about their perspectives and experiences. I’m a 10 on their scale of 1-10 for believing in ghosts and this podcast has given me some good resources to learn more as I’ve been studying to develop my own intuition/medium abilities.
