Welcome to Meditation Mountain. Here we produce guided meditations to help you reduce stress, lower anxiety and improve sleep. Our unique guided meditations range from 10 minute to 20 minute meditations. We focus on mindfulness, visualizations and affirmations on a range of subjects such as meditations for stress, anxiety and depression. Meditation benefits are well documented but for those new to meditation we have multiple meditations for beginners including short guided meditations on positive energy, acceptance and forgiveness. Our goal here at Meditation Mountain is to make a positive difference in this world one step at a time. It's so easy to become overwhelmed, stressed, or feel lost. Our hopes are that you use these short guided meditations to help reduce your stress, relieve your anxiety and take a few minutes out of your day to meditate on how you are inside. Taking a moment for yourself to recharge through meditation and using it as a tool to strengthen your mind.

    Morning Meditation
    The January 8th morning meditation was the best episode of the podcast I’ve heard so far. I’ve been using the anxiety episodes of this podcast since 2022 to help me get through my anxiety attacks and it’s been really helpful. I only recently began listening to the morning meditations and I usually don’t like them, but this one was great because it gives me the opportunity to choose the best affirmations for myself instead of just listing off statements that don’t ring true for me. Keep up the good work. Thank you

    I was surprised to hear the sponsors, soda and cereal? Ultra processed foods that have no health benefits don’t seem to match with a meditation app. That threw me off. money has to come from somewhere I guess. But the meditations are good.

    Meditation works
    I’ve been slowly teaching myself to meditate over the last three years as we’ve been crawling our way out of the pandemic. I’ve never felt so overwhelmed, burnt out, stressed, and depressed in my life. I’m not one who can meditate without guidance. My mind isn’t that strong yet, so this podcast really helps me focus and feel peace. I’m usually struggling with thoughts racing in and out that it takes me a good ten minutes to calm down and accept the suggestion of meditation. But it really works if you let it. Meditation is such a gift.

    I have gotten a lot out of this podcast. It would be great if they included a meditation about accepting what you can’t change (radical acceptance) and one for starting your day positively. I’m less interested in the meditations about manifesting various goals outside myself such as wealth, etc. For me, that’s more on the religious side than the mindfulness side.

    The fake robot voices are not comforting. Wish that these weren’t Ai meditations but a human doing it instead. Something about all the fake voices grates on my nerves..so the opposite of what’s intended.

    These mediations have helped me so much in all my states of anxiety! I hope they continue to upload them because I recommend them and use them daily in my routine! I come from an extreme living context and I’ve incorporated this meditations to my routine and I come back to them for how they really take me to feeling relaxed and specially let me forget my worries

    I’m new to meditation and this is an excellent way to start. The shorter sessions really help to relax and reset you but they don’t take a tremendous amount of time. They are short enough that they keep my attention the whole time. So glad I found this!
