The really amazing thing about his podcast is that he asks the questions that other interviewers are afraid to ask...intriguing and thoughtful questions that are so informative when answered by the guest. Whether a designer, lover of design, or just eager for great conversation, I would rank this podcast as one of my top 5 favs and urge you to subscribe.

I have an hour (sometimes 2) long commute to work every day, and this podcast makes it fun! I learn a lot, and I enjoy every episode. I highly recommend for anyone who is at all interested in design.

I wasn't sure how I would like this show, but it ended up being very facinating to listen to. I've never thought much about what goes into these kinds of projects and it is interesting to get a peak into that world.

I’ve always been interested in design, but I’ve never really taken a deep dive into that world. This podcast serves as a nice entry point into all things creative and design. The shorter episodes also keep things digestible and easy to listen to. Well done!

I am not much of a designer, however I love listening to creative people who are passionate about their craft, and Josh does a great job of getting those passionate people onto his show to have great, authentic and relational conversations. I liked the pace, as well as the length of the episodes--great for a short commute--and have learned a few things as well! Keep up the great work!

This podcast is definitely different in content from my typical tastes, I can’t say enough great things about it. The audio quality is top notch, I feel calm & focused while listening to it, it has a fun subject matter that I would like to learn more about & Josh is a very good conversation facilitator. Top notch!!!

So interesting, even If I was a featured designer! I learned what motivates other desingers, how they come up with their indiviual looks, and how they attract clientele. A very thorough and insightful podcast on the art of a Designer Show House!

I loved the debate on LA's public spaces. The host does a great job of arguing his side, while totally respecting his guest, which makes for a great disucssion. You definintely had me listening to the end.

Takashi Yanai interview was very interesting! I picked a random episode and I wasn't disappointed; always a sign of a robust podcast. I like the passion of the host, and the quality of the audio. Great for anyone interested in architecture and art!

For those who are interested in design and creative interiors, this is your podcast. Josh asks relatable, stimulating questions with some of the best designers in the area. You can tell Josh loves what he does and is genuinely interested with the newest design trends.

Great voice and delivery, the sound is really good! I liked that the interviews have a little bit of background construction noise ever so faintly, it made for a great live feeling. This must drive a lot of listeners to your website, because I need to see these spaces I’ve heard all about now! My wife and I are in the process of buying a house now, and while we won’t be designing this one ourselves, it’s great to hear about design trends to be on the lookout for!

I was hoping for something truly unique and this podcast did not disappoint. Great insight into how buildings and spaces evolve and change over time with societal needs and preferences. The interviews are very conversational and remind me of Inside the Actor’s Studio except with design and architecture. Love the short format. Makes it easy to listen to and digest the material on my commute to and from work.

Convo By Design is an excellent compilation of views on design ranging from traditional building strategies to design/decorating with a stylish flair. Listeners are able to "meet" local designers, architects, and other experts and exit each spisode with "actionable" tips and strategies. If you're a designer or someone interested in design, I highly recommend this podcast!

If you have ever wondered the thought process of why is this way? Who needs this? I wish they had asked me before they made this... Design matters for every aspect of our lives. If you like 99PI this is for you..very informative.
