    Very informative and fun
As a burgeoning jazz listener, this podcast has been immensely helpful in my own understanding and appreciation of the art form through breakdowns and reviews of classic and newer albums. Couldn’t recommend enough for any jazz fan or music nerd in general. The hosts have a great rapport and know what they’re talking about without seeming condescending. The production quality itself is high quality and I like that they play and analyze snippets of songs from the albums. Just wish episodes would come out more frequently. (Would love to get their thoughts on The Bridge by Sonny Rollins!)

I just came upon this podcast fairly recently. There is a wealth of information here for those of us who need to learn more about how tunes are constructed & how the artists conceived of them. Both Dwain and Max are so knowledgeable! Excellent job - keep it up!
